Cuisinière et machine à café défectueuses, personne n'est venu voir malgré le message envoyé aux propriétaires. Les WC se bouchent facilement.

• Harriette (8/5): Loved the apartment. Very spacious. - Very spacious & bright. A beautiful terrace. We had issues with the street entrance door. It worked fine the 1st day but from the 2nd day onwards the lock was malfunctioning. It was a stressful situation as we never knew if we were going to get into the courtyard or even get out of the courtyard. It was reported several times to maintenance but was never resolved. Kitchen had no wine glasses. This was mentioned in several other reviews but they were not added to the cupboards.

• Ornella (8/5): Très beau séjour, je recommande cette appartement avec une nouvelle literie ☺️ - C’est très propre, spacieux, lumineux. Les deux salles de bain facilitent la vie du quotidien. La piscine est très appréciable ainsi que la terrasse. Il y a un grand nombre de draps. La climatisation dans la suite parentale est trop faible , il fait chaud la nuit et la literie est catastrophique dans cette chambre. Nous avons dû échanger avec nos enfants. Les lits dans la deuxième chambre sont très confortables à l’inverse la Clim est très forte et on entend même un sifflement en fermant la porte . Je pense que si nous avons été 6 adultes cela aurait été très difficile.

• Sola (7/5): Très bon mais bruyant, climatisation insuffisante et piscine gelée. - L'emplacement est très bien, le logement est spacieux, propre et rangé. Le canapé est grand ainsi que l'espace repas. La literie était bonne avec plein d'oreillers à disposition. Les équipements ménagers (lave linge, lave vaisselle, plaques et four, frigo) étaient bien. La piscine était extrêmement froide, la climatisation pas assez puissante. Nous avons été envahi dès notre arrivée par des fourmis. L'isolation sonore n'est pas bonne, on entend beaucoup les voisins et il y a un immeuble en construction juste devant la fenêtre, les travaux commencent dès 7h00 du matin et font beaucoup de bruit. Il y a aussi très peu de matériel de cuisine.

• Aris (1/5): Worst ever apartment - Nothing Worst apartment I ever stayed. I wouldn't recommend staying here. The air conditioner is terrible—it took only 48 hours to finally cool down the apartment, and it was making tractor noise. We reported the problem, and they sent a technician, but the issue was never resolved, and according to technician, it was working just fine. No black curtains or sun shade available through out apartment. On top of that, while we were on vacation, we were woken up every morning at 8:00 AM due to construction right next to our building. They didn’t bother to inform us about it beforehand, which was really frustrating. Management is terrible, they promise to send second pair of keys, but never did. Overall, this place has been a huge hassle—save yourself the stress, money, and nerves. Stay away!
• Deacon (8/5): Very good - The space was a good size except the bathroom, as it was hard to get in and out of the shower, with the toilet being next to it. It was great that it had an iron and ironing board. However, the board needed to be replaced as it is wobbly and rusty. There was no coffee or tea in the unit. You need to buy coffee pods, which are kinda expensive, compared to drip coffee. To get to the pool, you had to walk down steep stairs that were dimly lit, not convenient for people with mobility issues. The pool area had very high humidity and was not pleasant to be there. It needs air conditioning and proper ventilation. The terrace was huge, which we appreciate. However, the flower pots needed tending, and the floor needed to be swept because of all the leaves. The box with the keys in it on arrival was hidden behind a beam and took a minute to find. There should have been a sign.

• Elena (9/5): really nice stay - The apartment is really nice, equipped with everything you need. It has a terrace but we couldn't use it as it was too cold outside. The host was very responsive and provided us everything we asked for. I can say it was a really nice stay. :) In the bathroom there was a smell but was not too bad

• Joaquin (3/5): Worst value for money ever!!! - Not much, considering the value for money. We paid almost 4 thousand euros for a 2 week stay. I cannot begin to explain to you how many better places you'd get for that money in terms of space, actually working amenities, and customer service. Overall state condition of the apartment was bad. The living room has two ceiling lights. Each one has a burnt out bulb (I've attached photos). And the house is already very dark as it is, but lighting is just awful. The clothesline is broken. It's missing several lines, and it's useless (See photo) The bathroom that's not in the room smells like dirty sewers constantly. The towels are absolutely worn out (I'm not saying that there should be new towels, but these are worn out beyond practical use). They don't dry and they have dirt embedded in them. The doorbell doesn't work. There are no window blinds or anything to properly shade you from morning sunlight if you want to sleep in. In general the house is dirty and things are half broken. Drawers in the kitchen, sofa and armchair are very dirty, etc. The first day in the microwave wasn't working, they took 3 days to come bring a working (not new) one. The indoor pool was not available (and probably thank God because it is probably poorly maintained when open) You can tell that the company that runs is is not personally inspecting the property once the tenants leave. They just send in a cleaning crew that doesn't care, does a shy cleaning, and doesn't check for any improprieties or additional issues. And the company just manages from affar, getting paid, and having lousy customer service.
• Anna (1/5): Will not go back - The location of the apartment was great. Metro station nearby. Easy to find. The apartment itself is very good. We have a series of inconveniences and decided to leave. Fortunately the management agreed to reinbourse us for some of the nights. The double bed was not comfortable. The apartment was extremely cold and the heat managed centrally so nothing could be done about it. The bed lining very poor. Very small and thin duvet for the bed and the sofa bed. The sofa bed was extremely dirty. My son was disgusted to sleep on it. But the worst part we’re neighbors upstairs. Extremely noisy. We had several nights of poor sleep because of the noise. Not a pleasant experience.

• Daniela (7/5): Good - The apartment itself is very spacious and bright, a mixed of old and new. It’s a pity that there are two single beds rather than a double but I knew that before booking it. The door to the terrace became blocked during the stay and I could not retrieve my laundry, although I reported it, the problem was not resolved, no one answered the phone each time I called. I had to climb the walls to get my clothes as I was checking out. Clearly I am very upset. The place is good but is badly managed. There is no hairdryer, no wine glasses.
• Mary (1/5): Terrible experience, host never communicated. - Nothing. I would advice everyone to stay away from this place. Terrible. The host will ask you in advance to sign contracts. I have been traveling in Europe fot six months and no one has asked me to sign such contracts. The host is very frugal, they control your room temperature from their end. The first night I did not have any heat and the rest of my seven nights the radiators were barely warm. I had no TV AND WIFI. The hosts is very rude, when I addressed my issues and would not respond. They did not provide cleaning service or bathroom supplies. To fix the radiators and the wifi they sent the cleaning lady who would not speak any English. Please stay away from this awful place.

The location was fantastic, providing easy access to various amenities and attractions. The apartment itself was spacious, offering ample room for relaxation and comfort. Additionally, the convenience of having public transport nearby made our exploration of the area seamless and hassle-free. Overall, the combination of a great location, spacious apartment, and accessible public transportation contributed to a positive and enjoyable experience. Unfortunately, our experience at this accommodation was marred by the inconsiderate behaviour of the upstairs neighbour. Throughout our stay, we encountered persistent disturbances, including loud banging of feet and furniture, well into the early hours of the morning. This disrespectful noise significantly impacted our ability to rest and enjoy a peaceful environment. It's regrettable that the disruptive behaviour detracted from what could have otherwise been a more pleasant stay.
• Keltonmvp (8/5): Overall stay was good, thank you - We liked that the check in and check out was not face to face. We received an access code to the entrance in the yard and in the building, and then another code to receive the keys to the apartments in a lockbox. This was great because we didn't need to rush for the check in. As for the check out, we were instructed to leave the keys on the table, which was also great. I liked that we had a dishwasher, as well as a washing machine. This is very good for more people. I also liked that the apartment had 2 bathrooms. It was clean. The building had an elevator, in case you had difficulties in climbing stairs. The neighborhood was good and quiet. We had a bit of trouble with the thermostat which was not adjusted well for the temperatures of the visit. We had to contact the property to instruct us how to change the temperature because the thermostat was a bit complicated to use because there were two units one next to the other, one belonging to the AC and the other to the heating system. Eventually we managed to change the temperature and make it warm enough for this period. We didn't like the smell in one of the bathrooms. There was some smell from the drains. Also some of the walls need a bit of renovation, as the paint was chipping off in some areas where water infiltrated itself.

Great quality for the price, will definitely stay again on our next trip to Madrid. Free parking on the street at all times, and there was always a place to stay! Was only one capsule for washing machine and two for dishwasher, considering we booked the place for 5 days. But we asked the host and got additional ones straight away!

• Paul (5/5): Location and Veranda great, Interior and provisions poor - We stayed in apartment 2A. The Location was suitable to us in a quiet neighbourhood with close access to bus and metro without the veranda the apartment would not have been worth the 960euro for 7 days. The quality of the interior fixtures and furniture did not match the building and location. Cheap furniture and the TV was not smart to allow casting. The plaster was crumbling from the walls in some rooms. no headboards in the beds, blinds not long enough to cover the bedroom windows. The experience would have been much more better with a little effort from the hosting company by providing simple everyday items such as salt, sugar, tea coffee etc. One dishwasher tablet provided and two toilet rolls for 4 people for a 7 day stay. I have stayed in other apartments in Madrid where the hosts add a personal touch which does not cost them a lot but it means a lot to the people staying not to have to buy every single basic ingredient when they have too cook.
• Amin (7/5): Nice and helpful host, Good place to stay but should be better! - The property is located in a calm and residential area. Bus stations are close ,but the metro station is a bit far from the property. The host is very good and helpful. It has also a nice patio to seat and work. They didn’t provide a shampoo,body wash and the toothpaste at the property and I had to buy all of them myself. The flat was not too clean and it really needs some deep cleaning. The refrigerator smelled very bad although it was clean!! At nights the apartment was too noisy due to the thin walls and you could easily hear the sounds from other flats which was annoying. Also Lack of good supermarket nearby was another issue.
