Dave (9/5): Great unit in a great location, ill book again if the chance arrives - The unit was amazing and exceeded my expectations from the pictures. Its set up like any other hotel room, but it felt far more comfortable and welcoming. A bit tricky to find the entrance to the building at first, but that was mainly a fault on my end. I would have liked a option for a later checkout without being charged, but this is very minor.

It really was quite dusty, cleaners could do a better job at vaccuuming and wiping down surfaces with wet clothes between guests. Everything being black really shows up the dust and under the couch looked like it hadn't been vaccuumed in months.

Eiko (9/5): 期待通りとても素敵な滞在でした！ - キッチンが横に長く、電子レンジやコーヒーメーカーなどの必要な設備がすべて揃っていてとても使いやすかったです。毎日、日中は観光し、夜はスーパーで食材を買ってきて自炊し、広いリビングテーブルで家族と食事を楽しむことができました。洗濯乾燥機や乾燥機、掃除機なども揃っていてとても便利でした。2部屋ある寝室のクローゼットは鏡張りで、ちょっとした時に鏡があるのも便利でした。リビングのテレビが、自動で画面が切り替わっていく絵画のような使い方ができ、見た目も非常に薄く額縁のような縁取りがされていて、素晴らしいと思いました。お部屋全体の内装や照明のライティングも統一感があり素敵で（エアコンやスイッチプレート/コンセントプレートの色が壁紙と同じ黒色だったり）、インテリア小物も内装に合わせてとても工夫されていると感じました。ホストは全般的にとても丁寧で親切でした。入室方法やドアの施錠方法でこちらが手間取ってしまったときも何度も丁寧に説明・対応していただけました。最終日に、飛行機の時間の都合で早朝にチェックアウトする必要があったのですが、そのことをホストに連絡しておくのが遅れてしまい、早朝にチェックアウト確認の電話を入れることになってしまって、ホストを起こしてしまい本当に申し訳ありませんでしたが、そんな時でもフレンドリーに対応していただけてとても助かりました。洗面にヘアドライヤー用のコンセントがあればよかったと思います（寝室のコンセントを使い、クローゼットの鏡を見ながら髪を乾かしました）。

Highly recommended. - This is an exceptionally well appointed apartment with everything of the highest quality from the furnishing to the towels to the kitchen appliances - all excellent. The bed was very comfortable and the lounge room was so relaxing and lovely decor. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need and a huge full size fridge and dishwasher. The location is fantastic and is close to so many great cafes and restaurants and the tram into the city is a 5 minute walk. Plus 4 record stores in Smith St!

Ashley (10/5): Best Air BnB I have stayed in. - Obsessed with this place. This is the first Air BnB where I have not had a panic attack trying to get in the door haha. Aside from that the place is Immaculate, it's so well designed & the bed was SUPER comfy. Looks exactly like the pictures. Great location, close to everything I need & quiet so I got a good sleep. The host & his colleague were so friendly & always made sure I had what I needed. 10/10 will be back & 10/10 recommend.
