Guest Reviews
- Njini (10/5): - The place was clean, well maintained and comfortable throughout my stay. Everything was in good condition and worked as expected, which made it easy to relax and enjoy the environment. None
- Alysha (10/5): This property was perfect for our stay - clean, stylish and homely with excellent facilities for a family weekend away. - Very clean, stylish and homely. Spacious rooms with excellent facilities - perfect for a weekend away.
- Jason (10/5): Amazing stay - Great host - Great house, very cosy & friendly host - Would definitely recommend. A home away from home. Very clean & had everything you needed facility wise. Would definitely stay again
- Asha (9/5): Perfectly clean, spacious, and a fantastic stay beautiful apartment - We had a brilliant stay! The apartment was spotlessly clean and very spacious for our family. The inside was beautiful
And The location is perfect close to everything and only around 10 min drive from new street station. I’ve already recommended it to friends and would definitely stay here again! Just a heads up for those with young kids or lots of gear there is no lift. The apartment is on the first floor, so we had to carry our luggage and baby car seat up one flight of stairs. It wasn't a dealbreaker for us, but good to know in advance!
- Ronald (5/5): Only had one night, comfortable nights sleep. - Comfortable beds, good kitchen facilities, good TV, Poor cleanliness, mouse? Chewing at something woke me up at 5am. Mold in shower, biscuit crumbs between fixed cushions on the settee.
- Honorine (4/5): Disappointing, regret every minute in that place - Good location Really dissapointing, insufficient towels, the host pointed a washing machine having wet towels in it and washing when we got in, dusty drawers, no change of beddings for the 4 nights we stayed there, when i asked the host he told me is a rented
apartment and they cant change sheets, the few dry towels we had for a family of 5 ran out, on open the
machine the following day, a part of the door fell out
,which i know is a trap if not why were there towels there waiting for us to take it out, the host charged us 100 pounds to pay, on the 3rd day my kids developed
rashes , we had to end up at the GP, our holiday was totally ruined.
- Nneka (10/5): it was a beautiful time we had. - The Host was very friendly, helpful and reachable. The property exceeded our expectations. It was very clean, tidy, spacious and felt very homely too. If I have to visit this city again, I will gladly stay in this property again. Absolutely nothing
- Akib (10/5): The apartment was very clean and comfortable, also the area was really quite - Location and the size of the property The area around the property was the cleanest however did not affect our stay
- Rosario (9/5): -
- snowflake2005 (10/5): - Everything!! There was no faults with this property at all
Host was lovely and incredibly welcoming would 110% recommend 😀 👌
- Marie (9/5): A comfortable, clean, first floor apartment. - This is a comfortable, clean, first floor apartment. The photographs are a true representation of the place. We were greeted by the owner Omar, who was friendly and welcoming. The apartment was warm, (our stay was Dec 25).
Although we did not use the kitchen, it is fully equipped.

- Sandra (9/5): Incredible - Cleanliness There was no airfryer
- Omeife 1 (10/5): It was a good experience - NA The heating didn't particularly work

Definitely recommend going to this apartment and hoist was very welcoming and friendly Maybe to mention that flat is on the first floor on the info
- Annikha (10/5): Exceptional -
- Ali (7/5): The bnb was lovely to stay in cozy practical and easy to commute from to city - Comfortable and cozy The area isn’t the greatest was worried about the car being in that car park due to young men lingering around the car park late night
- Bonj (9/5): One night stay - Location was great for Asylum music venue where we went to a gig. Very clean, very tidy, functional accommodation. Would stay again if another gig materialised at the venue. The surrounding area left a lot to be desired. In no way the apartment owners fault. Vast amounts of rubbish dumped in streets. We were there for one night so it served it's purpose.
- Joanne (8/5): Very good -
- Wayne (10/5): Exceptional -
- Amee (8/5): Really happy, helpful host - Clean and beds comfy, lovely and warm We were happy
- Stephanie (9/5): Comfortable stay - It was incredibly clean and very comfortable. The lady who gave us the key was very friendly and helpful. The toilet lock was stiff to used and my friend cut her finger on it. Also the toilet door doesn’t close properly.
The view of the fly tipping outside the kitchen window wasn’t nice.
- Kansenga (9/5): Superb -
- Richard (8/5): Very good - Property nice and clean and as displayed. Location was awful. Surrounding area was a building estate with rubbish overflowing everywhere.
- Noshaba (8/5): Very good - Spacious flat, lots of room for 5 people.
Milk in fridge was a bonus, on arrival we all had hot drinks.
Everything was clean and tidy. Location not so great, I was worried about parking my car here but did not have any issues.
- Anastasie (9/5): The man (Omar) was very nice and very cool with good customer service. We really enjoyed the stay. - The property was very clean and organized find things we needed. Overall excellent
- Aleksi (9/5): 9,4 - Host was amazingly hospitable and the location is close to everything. Free parking, clean apartment with amazing beds and fitted with everything you might need during your stay! Quiet neighbourhood. Google Maps shows the wrong location. The front door itself was quite tricky to find for the apartment number isn't found anywhere outside - the front entrance is on the northern end of Summer Croft, with entrances to 21-23 behind a single door.
The area around Aston-Newtown itself can be a little "rough" around some parts, but this is more of a side note and is out of the host's hands.
- Haroon (10/5): Exceptional -
- Tiffany (10/5): Lovely, quiet and clean! - Such lovely hosts and they had everything with a smart tv, lots of space, and even provided water and milk for our stay!
- Lindsea (9/5): Clean apartment and fantastic host - Host went out of her way to make us feel welcome. Apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. Thank you for a great stay! We were a little apprehensive about the safety of the surrounding area but turned out to be fine.
- Amal (7/5): Nice stay overall - The location was good. The rooms were clean too. Nice little appartment. The beds were comfortable aswell so slept well.
The waters in the fridge was nice too. The toilet door was difficult to shut. Also the front door does not seem to lock without keys. We only had one keys to share which wasn’t convenient. The bell did not seem to work either meaning someone had to go up and down the stairs to let eachother in.
- Lebogang (9/5): Superb - Very clean, beds well made, host very friendly. Shower screen not stable. But that is just a minor issue.
- Laura (10/5): Excellent value, comfortable stay. - We chose the property because it was close to the venue(utility arena)we were attending for a concert. We were very pleased with how clean the property was and how comfortable the beds were, we all slept very well. The extras provided such as fresh milk and bottled water in the fridge was much appreciated. N/A. It was as expected
- Charlotte (10/5): Exceptional -
- Tamoor (10/5): Exceptional -
- Kimy (10/5): Everything was prefect, the host was very friendly too. Had a great weekend. -
- Debbie (10/5): Perfect weekend getaway close to the city centre! - Cosy, clean, great facilities, great attention to detail and great base for the convention centre we were going to. Friendly owners! Parking right outside, no paying for expensive car parks! It was all great!
- Karen (9/5): Lovely break in Birmingham - Beautiful clean accommodation. Super comfortable beds. Brilliant hosts, really accommodating. Lovely hot showers. Everything you need for a short break away. Easy access to the Bullring. Bus goes from the top of the road.(no. 33). Free on street parking. Toilet door was a little tricky. Only one, smallish, towel each. No lock on bathroom.
- Pearman (10/5): Exceptional - Great property great location
