• Benjamin (9/5): - The staff were very helpful and attentive. The apartment was new and clean. It was a pleasant stay in Naples at a good location. Breakfast was good at the nearby cafe. Only paper cups were provided, we would prefer porcelain cups for hot drinks.

The accommodation is newly and beautifully renovated and nicely furnished. Personnel was very nice and forthcoming, always replying quickly to any requests or questions we had. • Guest (10/5): Great stay, great staff and great location! - We had a great time in Napoli and our stay at Iodis Relais was fantastic! Francesco is the best, always nice and available to help with the best tips! The apartment seems brand new, modern style and very functional. Breakfast is quite typical and tasty. The location could not be more central, close to the train station and facing the historical centre. Every attraction is walking distance. We will be back Francesco!!

• Christel (8/5): Goed gelegen, net verblijf in Napels! - Goede locatie in Napels, op wandelafstand van station Garibaldi, van het historische centrum, van metrolijn. Smaakvolle, lichte kamer. Hoge plafonds! Schoon, goed gepoetst. Net sanitair. Wat gehorig, maar wetende dat het aan drukke weg midden in centrum ligt, mogen we daar zeker niet over klagen. Airco werkt goed. Lift aanwezig. Goede communicatie met host. Mogelijk om tassen op te slaan. De kamer staat als 20m2 te boek, maar is in werkelijkheid kleiner, geschat zo’n 12m2, en een badkamer van 3m2. Het bed zou ‘groot’ zijn, maar was korter dan onze lengte (185cm). Ontbijt bestaat (zoals het Italië betaamt) uit koffie met iets zoets van bij een naastgelegen tentje.

• Catherine (9/5): Great Stay in Napoli – Clean, Comfortable, and Well-Located - We really loved our stay in Napoli – the accommodation was spotlessly clean, modern, and very comfortable. A highlight each morning was breakfast at the local café, with a delicious selection of pastries and great coffee to start the day. The location was perfect too – just a short walk to the port, great restaurants, and the vibrant alleyways that make Napoli so unique. Luca was an amazing host and was always quick to reply when we needed assistance. That said, we were a family of five (2 adults and 3 older children), and we found the space a bit tight. With everyone sleeping in the same room and limited privacy around the shower area, it felt more suited to a couple or perhaps a family with younger kids. We made it work, but it's something to keep in mind depending on your group.

• Hasan (4/5): Disappointed - Location was very central and host kindly booked me a taxi back to the airport on the day of my return. Host was responsive to the texts eg when we struggled to work out how to exit the building. It was such a soulless experience! We stayed 4 nights and in that time the only staff we ever saw was one cleaner for a few minutes on two of the days. Room was clean but super cramped! We were walking over our suitcases for the stay. No instruction notes on local amenities, emergency numbers etc. Kettle, but no milk. No handsoap! No details on the breakfast that was included (turns out to be a pastry and a coffee at a nearby cafe, but I only found that out after calling the host!). Central location but we should really have been warned how incredibly noisy the street is at night. This place is fine if you are looking for a bed in a central location, but definitely not if you are looking for a hotel experience.

So che è difficile fare altrimenti ma fare Colazione in un bar vicino 50 Mt. Non è comodo anche se con il giusto spirito e’ anche bello farla sul marciapiede del Bar a fianco strada, ma non sapere cosa poter prendere se 1 o 2 cornetti o altro, questo è un limite e questo lo vedo migliorabile

• Denise (8/5): Good location, very modern inside. - The property was modern once you got in the door of the hotel. The property portrayed it that was able to stay 3. There was nowhere to open 3 large suitcases, the single bed was too small for an adult, which Francesco did assist with and changed for the second and third night. I do not believe it should be advertised for any more than two people.
• Kareem (9/5): - Clean and comfortable room, located walking distance from many restaurants and bars in the area. Was very difficult to find the entrance to the building as it’s a shared tower with other hotels/bed & breakfasts but the host was quick to help. The lack of a shower privacy wouldn’t be ideal for a group but was fine for a couple.

The hotel owner, Francesco, was incredibly helpful and welcoming throughout. The service was excellent. The room was clean, comfortable, had a free wifi and air-conditioned, with breakfast included at a nearby café. The location is ideal , right in the city centre and close to the underground and bus services. Francesco went out of his way to support us on both occasions. From day one, he offered helpful suggestions about places to visit and areas to avoid. He also arranged taxi transport for us when needed and was always reachable via WhatsApp. I especially appreciated that he messaged me after we arrived back in the UK to make sure everything had gone well — a thoughtful touch. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Naples. It's a busy city, and it’s comforting to know there’s a clean, well-located, and friendly place to stay, run by someone who genuinely cares. Francesco, on behalf of my family — thank you so much for everything you did. It was a real pleasure to meet you. N/A

• S (8/5): Great Stay in Naples with a Few Small Improvements Needed - We had a great stay at this hotel in Naples. The location is perfect—central, walkable, and convenient. The rooms are spacious, very clean, and everything feels brand new thanks to a recent refurbishment. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, and the shower had excellent water pressure and stayed warm. We also really appreciated having a balcony for fresh air and ventilation, and the room included a TV. There were a few areas that could be improved. During our three-day stay, we never saw anyone at reception, which made some things—like paying the tourist tax—a bit inconvenient, since we had to do it by bank transfer. Housekeeping isn’t done daily unless you request it in advance, and it comes at an additional cost. We had to ask for extra towels and toilet paper ourselves. The room had a kettle with tea bags and two disposable cups, which was a nice touch. However, once we had one cup each, we couldn't make another cup of tea because the disposable cups weren’t replenished. It would be great if they provided ceramic mugs you can reuse, or at least restocked the disposable ones daily. The current setup with flimsy cups and hot water isn’t ideal. Overall, despite these small issues, I’d still recommend the place. It’s modern, comfortable, well-located, and offers great value. A bit more presence at reception—even just during limited hours—would really enhance the experience.
• Milides (10/5): Exceptional - Brand new and situated in an excellent location. Highly recommended! Just a 10-minute walk from the train station, Via Toledo, and the historic center. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. Both Lucas and Francesco provided valuable info about Naples. The breakfast is authentically Italian, featuring a coffee and a croissant or pastry. • Isabel (6/5): Rooms are ok but I would not recommend - Location is great, walking distance to some main attractions and train station. Rooms are reasonable size. No cleaning service at all. No one at the reception at any time. Breakfast is not a proper for a 4stars hotel: you have to walk to a coffee shop and you can only take 1 coffee and one patisserie from a small variety
