• shpak__unltd (10/5): - Absolutely stunning experience of staying in this apartment. A freshly renovated place that has everything one may need for a comfortable stay, and even beyond. The owner is very welcoming and nice, and is doing her best to make sure all the requests/concerns are properly addresses. If I come back to Santander there is no way, I would consider other accommodations.

• Magdalena (9/5): - We had a lovely stay last weekend. The hosts were very friendly, helpful, and informative throughout our visit. The apartment was nice and clean, and the location was very good — close to the local football stadium, which is great if you’re a fan. There is also a playground on site. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend it. The only small disadvantage was the lack of a dishwasher, but aside from that, everything was great.

• Dacquerie (10/5): - This was a great stay and we would gladly return. The apartment was spacious, welcoming and nice to relax in. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen was fully equipped and functional. We appreciated the small things such as the electric kettle and the Bluetooth speaker. Maria was responsive and helpful. Free parking was close by that was easily found with Google maps. A minor drawback is that it is a ground floor apartment and there was some foot traffic going by. There are internal and external shades to help with privacy.

The location was fantastic - 10 mins walk to the beach, 10 mins walk to the city centre. The facilities were great - nothing was missing. The hosts went over and above to make the stay welcoming, which only enhanced the holiday. I would stay here again, and definitely recommend it to anyone. Nothing
• Valentina (10/5): APARTAMENTO EXCEPCIONAL - Me gustó todo en general - un apartamento muy amplio y confortable, limpio y cuidado, con un gusto exquisito en la decoración en una zona residencial muy tranquila. Todo se destaca por la calidad, el buen gusto y la pulcritud y el amor en cada detalle. La cocina super equipada y completa. La puerta se abre con código lo que resulta cómodo, así no hay que ir cargado con llaves. Los detalles de la persona anfitriona todo un acierto. Sin duda un lugar ideal para alojarse en Santander.

• Maike (10/5): Beautiful apartment, top location. - Beautiful apartment, clean, nicely furnished, in a good neighbourhood, walking distance to Sardinero beach and to the city center. Very attentive host who gives a lot of recommendations. 2 separate bedrooms, washing machine, dryer, freezer. In the direct surrounding there is a bakery and a supermarket. We stayed as a family and had a very good time in Santander with Maria as our host!

The location is brilliant for a stay in Santander being 10 minutes walk to the beach and 20 minutes to the city centre through the tunnel. The apartment itself is beautifully decorated and has everything you could need for a very comfortable stay. The quality of the furnishings and the bedding is really great. Maria was a fabulous host who gave really great check-in instructions and had a list of recommendations for resteraunts and shops nearby. She was eager and willing to offer assistance during our stay. We would highly recommend this apartment and really don't think we will find anything as good again. Don't hesitate, just book it. Absolutely nothing. Everything was perfect

Everything promised in the description was delivered, the photos of the apartment don't do it justice. The hosts were amazingly helpful, understanding and patient. It felt like nothing was too much trouble and their helpful advice was only a message away. The apartment has been beautifully appointed and lacked nothing. Located within 20min walk of anything we needed...including a couple of superb dining experiences that the hosts recommended. Highly recommended...would book again. It's very hard to offer anything constructive here because everything was so good.
• David (10/5): A great property in a lovely city - The apartment refurbished with quality materials, making it a comfortable, modern and spacious flat .Maria our host was always available to answer any question and gave us many tips for restaurants and pinchos bars .Santander is a great city and we would like to return one day . We would have no hesitation renting Maria's apartment again Nothing , having to leave and come home 😀

• Elena (10/5): Extremely satisfied and would certainly recommend. - The location is excellent, twenty minutes taxi from the airport, about ten minutes easy walk to the beach, and twenty minutes walk through a tunnel to the centre of the city. The apartment is clean, spacious and comfortable. The shower room was great, and the toiletries were superb. It is also very well equipped with clean, modern full operational kitchen and cooking appliances. The dishes and cutlery are new and good quality. We had an issue with the coffee machine, which the owner solved within a couple of hours. The area is quiet and we felt very safe. Just a word of caution, as accessing the place from the main road requires to go up a few stairs, so it may be a bit tricky if one has mobility issues.

• Konstantin (9/5): Big and modern apartment in walkable distance to the beach - The apartment is very modern and big. For the price it was a good offer. The host was very helpful and easy to reach, in case we had questions. The apartment is located in a residential area of not so nice buildings around (tall buildings and monotonous). We were by far the only tourists. It is also quite far away from the touristic city center, but in a walkable distance to the beach which is nice.

The host left nice little gifts like fresh oranges with the juice press so we could make our own juice. She also left a list with recommendations for places to buy food or to visit. It was a fantastic stay, and the location relatively close to the Sardinero beaches was great. Literally nothing
• Steve (10/5): Excellent weekend in Santander - Maria and her husband have created a smart, comfortable apartment with everything you need for your stay. It was spotlessly clean and attractively set out in Japanese style. Maria is a great host and communicates quickly. It is 10 minutes to the beach which is great for seimming. Nothing to do with the property but don't walk up the tunnel to miss out the hill it's very polluted.

• Marika (10/5): It was great, if I’ll be traveling back to Santander, this will be my first chance of a place to stay. - The location is great, walking distance from the beach and all attractions in the town, playground for kids right around the corner. Area is safe and quiet. Apartment is very clean, modern and comfortable. Everything you would need throughout the stay is provided. Owners of the apartment are lovely, communication with the guests is great, all information needed is provided beforehand and throughout the stay.
