• Rebecca (10/5): - The place was lovely! So much space The only negative really was the cost of Ubers but we mostly walked got scooters or just bite the bullet if your coming as a family a rental car would be very handy
• Jason (10/5): Definitely recommend staying here - The property was very spacious and had every appliance that we could need. The air-conditioning was brilliant in every bedroom and in the main sitting areas the pool was lovely and big we had an amazing time. A couple of things were a little bit dated but absolutely nothing worth complaining about it was very very good from start to finish

• Claire (7/5): Lovely villa in a great location with great hosts. - The property was in a great location. The outdoor spaces for socialising for drinks and dinner were lovely. Our hosts were very good at communicating and helpful. There was lots of space in the house and the beds were comfortable. We did have a lovely holiday. The villa could do with a deep clean and the pool was cloudy for our first few days, so I think it would be a good idea to have it cleaned more often. We only saw the pool man once during our week’s stay. The kitchen needs updating, more shelves required in the oven. The showers need fixing as shower heads would fall off the brackets when in use in two of the bathrooms.

Every comfort was thoughtfully provided, making it an ideal place to relax and enjoy the surroundings. (I do need to add that tiles are in need of repair in the seating area part of the pool, they are lose and need refitting) The host was outstanding—friendly, professional, and incredibly responsive to all our queries both before and during the stay. It made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. • Hilary (5/5): Lovely house, could be a lot better cleaned and organised. - There was air con in the bedrooms which was great. The beds were comfortable and there was lots of storage and space for everyone. The location was quiet which we liked. There was plenty hot water. The cockroaches. It wasn’t clean, for example we found a tray of rotting food in the oven left by previous visitors. The lack of organisation by the property manager-check in was 4pm but the unfriendly cleaner was still there after 6pm so we couldn’t check in till late, no check out instructions, no housekeeping instructions on how to work things, there weren’t enough plates or kitchen utensils for our party of 10. There were no covers for the duvets. The sun loungers by the pool were broken and uncomfortable and there were only six in working order. The garden was unkempt and the grass needed cutting. We were able to resolve some of these issues with Ana the property manager through the week but all these things should be on a checklist and checked, before the next lot of visitors arrive. We shouldn’t have had to chase.

• Phoenix (7/5): The villa is good, but could be better - We liked the villa, size, facilities, location. It's lovely, and with a bit of maintenance it could have been amazing. Feedback for Villa Stay, the villa was clearly amazing when it was first completed, but maintance has been neglected and while it didn't ruin our holiday, there was a catalogue of things that would make the villa amazing again Living Room: - Floor lamp flickers and flashes. Kitchen: - Toaster has a live wire exposed, presenting a safety hazard. - Kitchen drawers are broken. - Dishwasher runners are not functioning correctly. - Cutlery drawer handle is broken. - Fridge drawers' runners are damaged. - No shelves on the fridge door. Outside Area: - Sun loungers are cracked Basement: - Several ceiling lights are not functioning. - Coat rail has come off the wall. - Remote control is missing batteries. - Wardrobe doors are broken. - Unpleasant odor throughout the basement. Electrics: - General issues with lighting—many lights are not working. - Push lights inside the wardrobe are non-functional. Bathroom: - Shower curtain is missing, rendering the shower unusable.
• Tiina (9/5): Great location heated pool - Very spacious villa, great location, lovely heated pool. Great that pool towels were also provided. We had a fabulous time! If a couple of pieces of broken equipment that we pointed out to the staff are repaired then this villa would be perfect😊
• Jaklina (10/5): The perfect villa - The villa was absolutely stunning, very spacious and had everything needed in terms of amenities for our group. The garden and the pool are very well maintained and there was a beautiful back yard with BBQ which was very convenient. The bedrooms are big and the two top ones have an amazing view from the balconies. There is also enough parking space, which was also very convenient. The location is great, there are supermarkets and very nice restaurants nearby. The host was very welcoming, caring and provided support when such was needed. Thank you so much for your hosting, we will definitely come again. :)
• James (10/5): Unbelievable way to experience a group holiday - The air conditioning was a lifesaver worked perfectly, it was close enough together to be homely but not too close if you had to go off and have time to yourself and the area was lovely quite and peaceful if you wanted to spend the day at the pool and relax The smell of the washing room but it wasn’t a problem, and we didn’t stay long enough to use the outside BBQ which was a shame
