• Lynne (2/5): Ruined at the end of our holiday by waking up to see an intruder in my bedroom. Management agents were obviously aware - Location The security . Door locks were old and inadequate which enabled burglars to enter the villa at night while we were in bed and steal all our cash. We then found out from the neighbours that this happens every 2 weeks.
• Jarosław (8/5): Jesteś zadowoleni z pobytu na Cyprze - Bardzo dobra lokalizacja. Przepiekny widok. Willa bardzo obszerna i wygodna. Problem z ciepła wodą. Rano ciepłej wody brakuje, w ciągu dnia jest OK, wieczorami tylko do pewnej godziny woda ciepła lub letnia. Przydałoby sie jakieś wspomaganie grzania wody. Dyskomfortem pobytu była również próba włamania do willi, więc przydałby się prewencyjny, zniechęcający złodziei, monitoring kamerami, terenu zewnetrznego.
• Joshua (1/5): Beautiful Villa, but Burgled in the Night – Serious Security Failures and No Support - We stayed at Villa Celine for a week and, while it has many positives, unfortunately the negatives we experienced outweighed them. The villa itself is beautiful — spacious, modern, and in a great location with a lovely pool, stunning sunset views, and a rooftop terrace perfect for relaxing. Inside, it was mostly clean and comfortable, with a good open-plan layout. There were some maintenance and cleanliness issues, including ants in the kitchen (common in Cyprus but worth noting) and several cockroaches, particularly in the basement area, which we avoided. Some of the kitchen cupboards needed attention, and one of the freezer drawers was broken. The Wi-Fi signal was poor, and there were no clear instructions for essentials like the hot water or safe. However, the main concern was security. We received an email on arrival advising us to keep shutters and doors locked due to burglaries in the area. Unfortunately, despite following this advice, we were burgled while asleep upstairs on our third night. The intruders gained entry and stole around €900 in cash. We contacted both the police and the property management. The police attended, but management’s response was disappointing — rather than offering assistance or reassurance, they simply re-sent the same generic warning email. It left us feeling that the safety of guests isn’t being taken seriously. We also found that the shutters were not secure — they could be easily opened from the outside even when locked, and several of the vertical blinds were rusted or poorly maintained, meaning they couldn’t fully close to provide privacy. In the basement, there were three locked rooms that guests could not access. Even the police commented that it was concerning not to know what was behind them. We later discovered that the bathroom key unlocked the adjacent storage room, which contained tools and spare keys hanging on the wall. Using these, we were able to open the other two rooms to check them — a serious oversight in guest safety and property security. We later learned from the neighbouring villa owner that similar incidents have occurred nearby, and they have since installed CCTV and personally warn guests about security.

• Catherine (10/5): Fantastic stay, would definitely return - Really lovely villa, 3 double rooms, really clean, amazing pool and roof top seating area, can’t fault it at all
• Tim (9/5): Clean, very cool, amazing pool especially at night. Loved the roof top to watchbuu to r sunset. It's a must do with - Pool and room with tv was lovely and extremely cool at night. Surprisingly no biters. Get bit more in England! Think it's more of awareness because of the heat but need to make sure nothing is on sides. Little ants get into everything. Also would have liked a few more towels for 5 of us but otherwise really nice. Make sure you lock up too! The robberies in the area made us over cautious at night but glad we knew about them so we took precautions. Not no reflection on the villa because we were as safe as houses because we were aware. Do not leave shutters and doors open if you go beach. The place is good to look at so chancers will take a chance.
• Antonio (4/5): Tolle Lage - fehlende Sicherheit !!! - Die Lage war wundervoll und das Haus war im Großen und Ganzen auch sehr schön. Das Reinigungsteam hat, nachdem wir darauf aufmerksam gemacht haben, sehr sehr ordentlich und gründlich gereinigt (man hatte vergessen das wir kommen - aber am nächsten Tag haben sie alles wieder in Ordnung gebracht). In der Nähe ist ein Lidl (mit dem Auto 5 Minuten) man kann sich also super selbst versorgen (die Restaurants im weiteren Umfeld sind eher auf Touristen ausgelegt und keine "Granate" - da isst man in Deutschland beim Griechen mitunter weitaus besser (zum selben Preis). Die Duschen haben keinen Wasserdruck und nur kaltes Wasser. Eine Reaktion trotz Meldung erfolgte leider nicht. Kakalaken im ganzen Haus... hat uns nicht weiter gestört, aber falls jemand empfindlich ist... Wichtig-> in der 4 ten Nacht wurde bei uns eingebrochen (auch bei den Nachbarn) !!! Wir hatten alle Fenster geschlossen, dennoch kam es dazu... insgesamt wurde uns ein Schaden von 1500 Eur zugeführt. Seitens der Vermietung erhielten wir lediglich den freundlichen Hinweis (nachdem der Einbruch stattfand) das wir doch darauf achten sollten,alle Fenster sowie Türen im Erdgeschoss zu schließen. SCHEINBAR ist das dennoch nicht ausreichend gewesen, denn eingebrochen wurde in der Nacht und der Einbrecher stand sogar neben unserem Bett und hat die Handtasche mit nach unten genommen, sowie das Bargeld und andere Gegenstände entwendet. Zum Glück ist nichts schlimmeres passiert. Wir haben die letzten Nächte alle 5 in einem Zimmer verbracht und ich habe die Schlafzimmertür mit Holzkeilen (selbstgebastelt) zusätzlich gesichert. Nicht alle Türen haben einen Schlüssel...aber wir haben festgestellt das der Schlüssel von der Toilette auch die Schlafzimmertür schließen kann. Im Keller findet man ein bisschen Werkzeug (Axt und Hammer z.B.). Diese Werkzeuge lagen die letzten Nächte neben meinem Kopfkissen. Im Keller findet man auch viele andere Schlüssel...vom Safe zum Beispiel # hoffentlich kennt das schlechte Versteck niemand anderes ;) zudem auch ein Schlüssel von der Hauseingangstür. Sicherheit interessiert hier scheinbar niemanden. Keine Kameras ...keine Alarmanlage und das Haus ist von allen Seiten frei zugänglich ' optimal für Einbrecher- mussten wir am eigenen Laib erleben. Die Polizei war nach 3 Stunden da und hat lediglich eine Anzeige aufgenommen...mehr nicht - nicht ein Foto nicht recherchiert oder ähnliches. Einbruchsspuren gab es komischerweise nicht - was bedeuten könnte, dass ggf.
• Jenna (8/5): Perfect location and a wonderful villa to stay in - The property was fantastic and massive. It was lovely and clean and in the perfect location close to everything. The fact that you are a stones throw from the beach is amazing and made for the best sunsets. The water and milk in the fridge were a great touch and really useful having arrived after the shops had shut. We had a couple of issues but the hosts promptly dealt with the issues the next day which was ideal. Will definitely be back. Few things need to be fixed like a draw in the kitchen and the freezer probably needs to be defrosted but nothing that effected our stay in the villa.
• Parkes (10/5): Exceptional - Amazing Villa. Clean, comfortable and very spacious. Staff bend over backwards to accommodate you. Fantastic experience Location is a little quite. Restaurants and bars aren't very near to you. Some building work going on near by but that isn't the villas fault

• Nicole (10/5): Overall a Bucket List tick for staying in a Villa right on the sea front, it has lovely seating areas and Pool but did l - Location to the Beach and Sea, spacious, comfortable, Air Con, Lovely Pool and excellent choice of seating areas On arrival it wasn’t overly clean, lack of instructions regarding hot water, some of the loungers were broken, a lot of switches which we didn’t know what they operated. Wi-Fi was weak upstairs.
• Lena (10/5): Living in a dream - Absolutely wonderful place, with an amazing view, and a beautiful house. We are delighted with the peaceful surroundings, the large pool, and the amenities in the house. We enjoy free diving and greatly appreciate diving in the nearby Badger's Bay - crystal clear water Swarms of tiny ants, but that's a characteristic of Cyprus, not a specific issue with this property. Otherwise, our stay was amazing and we're coming back in the future.
