Villalba Indiano (5/5): - Las instalaciones de la cocina. Muy completa. La limpieza. Mucho polvo en la casa, sobre todo en la habitación. El baño necesita una limpieza a fondo. Que el internet no fucionaba y cuando contactamos con el propietario no contestó.

Nieves (10/5): Acogedor. - En cuanto a la ubicación, recomiendo al 100%. En el centro de Oviedo. en cuanto al transporte público, tiene paradas de guaguas justo al lado y el Renfe está a 15 minutos a pie.
