• Jaromir (10/5): - Bardzo komfortowy, przytulny apartament, blisko plaży. Widać, że właściciel zadbał o każdy szczegół, aby goście czuli się tutaj komfortowo. Podobnie jeśli chodzi o samo zakwaterowanie czy pobyt - dostaliśmy wskazówki ze zdjęciami, co gdzie się znajduje. Niby taki drobiazg, a nie trzeba się zastanawiać np. którymi drzwiami należy wejść albo gdzie na parkingu jest nasze miejsce parkingowe. Na miejscu była "instrukcja obsługi" z wyjaśnieniem, co i gdzie trzeba włączyć aby działało etc. Kontakt z Chrisem bezproblemowy i bardzo miły. Polecamy!

The host was very easy to get in touch with and explained everything - The property was very spacious, bigger than I expected it to be. There were: bath towels, kitchen towels, plates, bowls, side plates, glasses, cutlery even plenty of washing up liquid! Washing machine, clothes airer. The beach and restaurants were in walking distance of the apartment. Air conditioning and ceiling fans. Lovely apartment, I would definitely recommend and would stay there again in the future. • Vlada Motologa (10/5): Everything was perfect! - Great experience, apartment is big and very clean, everything what was needed was there, kitchen fully equipped. Location is amazing, easy to come from airport, 3 min by walk to central bus station to travel around the island, 3 min by walk to the beach. Clear instructions prior to arrival from the owner. Great communication during the whole stay, appreciate the help with reserving the table in taverna for the Christmas evening, very kind and helpful owner. Everything was perfect!
• Rafał (10/5): Super udany pobyt, na pewno wrócimy. - Duży apartament, dobrze wyposażony. Troszkę nam zajęło ogarnięcie kontaktów (mają dodatkowe włączniki obok). Gospodarz zostawił dwie przejściówki na polskie typ gniazdek, oraz butelkę wina. Co do gospodarza to jest z nim bezproblemowy kontakt na WhatsApp, pozwolił nam na późniejsze opuszczenie lokalu bez dodatkowych opłat. Sam lokal super usytuowany, bardzo blisko centrum i głównego deptaka, ma widok na podwórze ale nam to nie przeszkadzało bo dzięki temu jest ciszej w mieszkaniu. W apartamencie nie zauważyłem. Przy wejściu głównym do bloku mógłby być zamontowany włącznik na czujkę ruchu -w nocy jest bardzo ciemno (wejście jest od podwórza) i trzeba szukać włącznika na ścianie z włączona latarką w telefonie.
• Adrian (10/5): Perfect place for a family vacation in Larnaca - This apartment was perfect for our week-long family stay in Larnaca! Great location just a couple mins away from the central bus station, which made it super convenient for day-tripping around the region, as well as getting picked up for booked tours. Larnaca sea promenade is just as close too, which was nice for morning strolls, and evening walks to walk off the meze/dinner! Place is spacious, clean, and quiet. WiFi quality/speed is good. We appreciated that there was a beach mat and parasol available for us to use too! Chris, the host made sure we were settled in smoothly with clear instructions for self check-in, and offered ample tips on local spots to visit. The welcoming gift was a nice gesture too! We had a great time, and definitely will be booking this place again! Nothing comes to mind, all was great!

Preporuke za izlete,narucivanje hrane,u koji tavernama dobro jesti,karta Larnake,Cak nam je ompgucio late check out.Dnevna i spavaca soba imaju izlaz na ogromnu terasu. Kreveti,jastuci udobni.Rezervni tanki,debeli pokrivaci.Deca su imala zasebnu sobu.Dovoljno ormara.Kuhinja ogromna opremljena,bukvalno sa najsitnijim detaljima.Od hemije,preko posudja do raznoraznih krpa,sundjera,kesa za djubre…Rasveta sjajna,dosta prekidaca,adaptera za uticnice,fen,pegla,usisivac,masina da se na brzinu operu peskiri.Stan je na drugom spratu,zgrada cista,lift brz. Autobuska stanica ispred zgrade,pored prodavnica. Preko puta najukusniji sendvici. Prolaz pored vodi na Finakudes plazu tacno se izlazi na marinu. Mi smo bili 5 dana i stvarno smo odusevljeni.Stan za svaku preporuku!

• Lukas (10/5): Great - The apartment is located in a great spot super close to bus stations, convenience stores the beach and the city centre. We really appreciated all the useful information about the apartment and about the city that is provided in a booklet that comes with the apartment. The apartment itself is very spacious, well decorated, comfortable, clean and provides basically all the supplies you need for a short stay. Also, the air conditioning and ceiling fans do an amazing job at keeping the temperature inside comfortable. Chris (the owner) was exceptionally kind and made sure to give all the information you should need for a stay in Larnaca. The only suggestion i would give is adding a few more hooks for towels in the bathroom, and maybe switching out the scratches teflon pams for newer ones. Otherwise, no complaints :)
• MaFiJa (10/5): - Położenie apatramentu jest rewelacyjne. 5 minu do plaży i promenady, przystanki autobusowe bardzo blisko. Mieszkanie duże i przestronne, klimatyzowane. Wyposażenie świetne zarówno kuchni, jak i pozostałych pomieszczeń. Łóżka wygodne. Kanapy w salonie i fotel również. TV nawet z polskimi programami, Netflix. Przy wejściu do bloku jest sklep i apteka. Piekarnia Zorbas - 5 minut. wszystko Ok.

The owner was extremely helpful and nice, he left for us everything we needed, plus a basket of yummy fruits and a bottle of wine. We don’t have anything negative to comment.

Chris, our host, went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect—his communication was always quick, and he was incredibly helpful and kind. The apartment itself was spotless, beautifully modern, and stocked with everything one could need to feel right at home. Comfort was a priority, and it showed—we felt completely at ease throughout our stay. The location is ideal, just minutes away from the beach, restaurants and bus station to get around. Highly recommended! Not a 'didnt like' but perhaps a suggestion that the microwave could be at a lower height. (for those of us who are shorter than 6ft) :) Some nights traffic was a little loud... but that can't really be helped if you want to stay in a lively central location! Other than that everything was great! We will be back I'm sure!

It has everything you need. The contact with the owner is very good. He answered every question we had and was very polite. We were welcomed with wine and fruit.

Large balcony was very enjoyable. location is close to shopping, restaurants, beach and museums. Host is super friendly and always available for inquiries. It felt like home! There was nothing not to like.
• Mahsa (8/5): spacious apartment - Spacious apartment with very descent kitchen . good coffee machine . We got some coffee pods on our arrival plus Some fresh fruit and fresh flowers plus a bottle of wine. Nice modern tv for those who want to use it. Good location close to beach and restaurants. Nice Bakery and mini markets close by. Many hangers for clothes which is good. good washing machine and dish soap available. The host is vey communicative and attending. Hot water requires a timer which requires a bit of planning for shower ,so not convenient. Also no hot water for washing the dishes and cold water in the morning for washing your face. The beds are not comfortable at all. they lack a top layer to protect you from the bed springs going into your body . We stayed 10 days here so it wasn't good for our backs . Very big pillows that cause neck pain for those who prefer smaller pillows. Also for longer stays it would be good wih an extra set of sheets. Lack of good powerful vacuum cleaner. behind the furniture and in the corners there are a lot of dust. The shower walls need deep cleaning . We only had one set of keys which makes it complicated if you want to do separate activities . The hangers in the bathroom are not enough. The apartment is much darker than in the photos . we visited in december so the balcony doesn't get any sunlight until very late afternoon which means you need to leave the apartment to be able to enjoy the sun. Lack of shoe rack at the entrance . The balcony doesn't have any nice view and there is construction site and noise.

A special mention goes to the thoughtful welcome gift of wine and fruit upon arrival. The interaction with the host exceeded all my expectations. I received detailed instructions on how to get to the property, and parking was arranged in advance. The host was always available to assist with any questions, providing prompt and helpful responses. The apartment also featured clear and detailed instructions for using everything. The location is excellent – the promenade, port, cafes, restaurants, and shops are all within walking distance. If you're traveling without a car, there’s a bus stop conveniently located right next to the building. I highly recommend Lazaros Centre Apartment for anyone visiting the area!

The beach is a 5-7 minute walk, a bus stop, shops, a 24-hour bakery, cafes and restaurants are all within walking distance. Special thanks to the owner. Good-natured, responsive, always in touch and ready to help at the slightest difficulty. We spent 9 wonderful days in Laranaka and I now know the only address where I would like to stay when I arrive next time

• David (10/5): Exceptional - The arrival process could not have been any easier. I received a very friendly message from the host Chris, with all of the information I needed for a seamless check in. There was a lock box at the side of the door to the apartment and he provided me with the code to access the key to the property. A very simple and quick process that could not have been made any easier. Everything was spotlessly clean on arrival and there was a very comprehensive welcome folder advising essential information and things to do/see in the local area. There was even a vase of flowers and a bowl of fruit, which was a very nice touch indeed. The whole place had a nice homely feel to it and is clearly very well loved and looked after. The apartment itself is very spacious and has a fully equipped kitchen with everything you could hope to need if you wished to cook or cater for yourself. Both bedrooms have plenty of storage and wardrobe space for clothes. A double wrap around balcony that is accessed from the lounge and the double bedroom provides a nice outdoor space to sit and enjoy the afternoon sun. The whole apartment has excellent wifi throughout and also a smart TV should you wish to spend time indoors. An excellent location only a short stroll to Finikoudes Beach and the town centre. The sea front along the beach has a very good selection of restaurants and bars and this is where you will find your nearest small convenience store that sells most things you should need. If you have a car, then the AlphaMega large supermarket is literally a 5 minute drive away. A dedicated car parking space is provided at the back of the property, right near the lift. The car park is controlled by barrier entrance and exit which makes it secure and gives you piece of mind. On the occasions I contacted Chris for help or questions, his responses were always quick and super friendly and nothing seemed too much trouble. In summary, I would definitely stay here again.

Lovely personal touches from the host, gorgeous fresh flowers on the table, fresh fruit basket, local wines and beers as a welcome gesture. Excellent location to the centre of Larnaca and the beach front, literally a 5 min walk to the nearest beach, and all local bars, restaurants and amenities. Chris the host is a lovely guy and on hand for any queries regarding your stay. Would highly recommend this property 😊 Nothing…. We loved it 😊

Very knowledgeable about the area, lots of tips re where to eat out etc. Apartment was spotless with nice touches like a welcome bottle of wine and bowl of fresh fruit. Helpful information in binder in the kitchen. All singing all dancing television system - more programs that I can get at home!! There was a bus stop at the front of the apartment building and the waste bin was always overflowing which was a little offputting. This has absolutely nothing to do with the owner, I'm just mentioning as the only negative point

We were welcomed on this rainy day with delicious local wine in the appartment and fruits also fresh flowers were there. We loved the location of the property - there is 24h shop just round the corner and a delicious Zorba bakery. We definitely recommend this place The only bad thing was the lenght of our holiday in Cyprus - only one week. I wish we could stay one more LOL

• Gail (10/5): Spacious apartment near beach - The hostess contacted me a few days before arrival, gave detailed instructions on how to get the key. When I asked about transport from airport, also explained & gave approximate prices as our flight arrived at 23:30. Apartment also very close to the start of the Radisson Blu International Marathon. The welcome fruit and bottle of wine made us feel very welcome. We searched for the entrance to building as it was dark when we got there.. I would advise to explain on where entrance is.
• Italy (9/5): A lovely apartment, in easy reach of town, beach, restaurants ....Very clean and quiet. - Love!t roomy apartment, i.immaculately clean, very well equipped kitchen, nice size balcony, the lovely Gina, who was so helpful, very quiet for sleeping, washing machine and drying rack, lots of electric sockets and phone/tablet points. Double bed a little firm, but that's a personal preference, not a fault. A little guide for local shops, bakery, restaurants would be useful?

Immaculate. - The Owner, a lovely man met us at the entrance to the Car Park to allow us in and park the rental car. He took us up to the 2nd floor apartment and showed us around. A Bottle of local wine was waiting for us on the Kitchen side to welcome us. The apartment was beautifully renovated, USB points on each power socket, Free WiFi, TV with more channels from around the world than I can count. Air Conditioning in the Lounge and both bedrooms along with modern ceiling Fan's / Light. The place was immaculate and fully stocked with all the crockery and kitchen wares you could wish for. Bath and Hand towels provided as well as Tea Towels. A Music system is in the kitchen along with a rack full of CD's. 2 x racks of novels where available also. Local area info was on the side. This is a City Center Apartment and as such is approx 5 mins from Larnaka beach and shops. Restaurants start at about a minutes walk and spread out along the promenade. The balcony affords a Side Sea View across the marina and the rear balcony offers lovely sunsets across the distant hills. We loved it so much for it facilities and convenience that we will be booking again very soon. Nothing

• Angela (10/5): A great apartment in a good location - The host was really helpful and friendly and we arrived to fresh flowers, a bottle of wine and a bowl of fruit which was wonderful! The apartment was bigger than we expected, everything is finished to a good standard and the place was very clean. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything you could possibly need including a washing machine. The air con was great and much appreciated as we visited in July. Beds were really comfortable. We enjoyed the balcony views across the town to the distant mountains. The location is excellent as it’s only a 5-10 minute walk to the town/beach front. We had our own parking space too. It felt very like home. We really enjoyed our short stay.
