Although Anna and her family (or anyone for that matter) weren't present during my stay, communication was excellent via the App and had more than enough facilities. I had a room upgrade due to the above, lovely terrace where I could sit with a few drinks and enjoy the homemade lasagne provided which was delicious 😋. The bed was extremely comfortable and bathroom/kitchen/dining area has been thought out to the highest detail. If I was in the area again, this property would be first on my list. Thanks again. You can really see the amount of work that’s gone into making it such a beautiful place to stay. Anna and Tom are amazing hosts, made us feel very welcome. The lounge was very welcoming with a log fire burning and twinkle lights. We had our evening meal at the hotel, Anna had made a wonderful lasagna which was stunning! Bedrooms are well decorated, very comfy and lovely shower. Slept like a dream! Cannot recommend enough! Nothing at all!

Lorraine (9/5): Beautiful setting. Hosts Anna and Tom and the boys were very welcoming. - Included continental breakfast. Cooked breakfast extra very tasty. Room and bed was comfortable. Shower was excellent. Needed brighter lighting, in room and bathroom. Also needed a voile blind/curtain on window as overlooked and you needed to have the heavy curtain open due to poor light in room.

Ian (9/5): A superb 2-day stay - Hanley House has been one of the very best short-stays I've had over the last few years. From the moment I arrived, Anna and Tom were fantastic hosts. You can immediately see that they take real pride in the work that they've done on the building and in making sure their guests feel welcome and looked after. The property is clean, light, and superbly kept, with rooms that would not be out of place in hotels costing much more - everything from the quality of the towels to the beautiful decor suggests care and thought has been taken at every stage. The breakfast was very good, and the added bonus of a small bar facility and the option to have an evening meal on site is extremely useful. Some nice bonuses include the garden with a wonderful view, and ample parking with an easy-to-find location. I couldnt say I experienced any negatives during my stay. The property is in a quiet area which is pleasant, but if you expect to need a taxi, be sure to pre-book, as local availability is limited.

Tom was a welcoming and helpful host, and whilst we didn't get to meet Anna (3 small boys to manage!) we did meet all the boys over our stay who were helping Dad with breakfast! Immaculate room, well furnished and spotless, lovely continental breakfast in gorgeous area and easy access out of hours. We will be back!

My stay included continental breakfast but sadly I couldn't find anyone around at 7.30am so left without it. Not a huge issue but maybe laying a few self serve items out would help?

The couple who run it deserve every accolade going, and they went out of their way to make our stay comfortable and bespoke. Breakfast had an excellent variety of choices. The room was well decorated with a small bathroom. I asked to have softer pillows which made the bed more comfy for me. Although there was no room for a table in the room, the communal space was really beautiful and plentiful. Next time I would choose a slightly larger room with the famous view!

The views from my room were absolutely breathtaking. The hosts were incredibly attentive and went out of their way to ensure that my stay was as comfortable as possible. The room itself was beautifully decorated and immaculately clean. I would highly recommend this bed and breakfast to anyone looking for a peaceful and relaxing getaway. I can't wait to return!
Janet (10/5): Beautifully renovated and artistically furnished, comfortable and spotless. - Fantastic location- wonderful view- even on a misty morning. The property has been beautifully decorated and furnished. Excellent eye for detail. Bed really comfortable with crisp white cotton sheets and such opulent and tasteful decoration. The basic breakfast was perfect- fresh breads and home made jam/marmalade. Fresh fruit and yogurt and a great choice of drinks. We stayed there as a meeting point- part way between where we now live. Because we are old and didn't want to share, I booked two rooms for the two of us. A couple would be best booking a suite as the space is fantastic and the view is great plus there is a little kitchenette area and private decking/patio. Our rooms met our needs, just saying it's worth it to upgrade to the suite if there are two of you. Interesting to know they can cater for parties and it would be ideal for a big family get together as the dining room/bar area is so well thought out and again there are fantastic views. and lovely outside areas. The garden has been lovingly tended and for a young garden is so well established and well planted. Parking is excellent- not hard to find although it is away from the town of Tenbury Wells (a lovely town with lots of little independent shops and a really vibrant historical and community feel). Thank you, a lovely stay.

Interiors really are so beautiful and lovely touches inside the room to ensure stay is extra special. THE comfiest bed I have ever slept in my entire life. The guy who greeted me was super lovely and helpful.

Marguerite (9/5): We would love to visit Hanley House again. - The bed was comfortable and the bathroom beautifully decorated with a good shower. In fact all the rooms were beautifully decorated. The owners Tom and Anna were welcoming and friendly. They did their utmost to make our stay enjoyable. The breakfast was good with homemade jams and marmalade as well as a wide range of cereals, dried fruit, nuts, yoghurt and stewed fruit. Unfortunately we didn’t try the cooked breakfast because we had to go out early each morning of our stay. On two evenings we had the home made evening suppers offered ( the lasagne and Moussaka were delicious) and Anna even prepared a fruit crumble at the last minute for us. We ate this seated at a candle lit table looking out of the window over beautiful Worcestershire scenery. Lovely!

Ian (10/5): Wonderful and relaxing - The hosts Anna and Tom were lovely people who could not do enough for us. The room was absolutely beautifully and sumptuously decorated, with a kitchen if you wanted to cook. The bathroom was gorgeous with a rain shower. There is nothing to dislike about this place - it’s absolutely gorgeous and full of character.

Rebecca (10/5): What a view what a stay! - The whole place is fantastic. The rooms are beautiful and decorated with a keen eye. All the facilities were top notch. Kitchen well supplied. Lovely and clean. Welcoming and communicative owners. It was lovely to meet their adorable two children this morning at breakfast. Breakfast was ample. The honesty bar was so well stocked with so many lovely luxury alcohols. A real gem of a place. That we only booked for one night! Loved it!!

Ellen (10/5): Perfect for a peaceful, rural, lux stay - This place was such a gem! The rooms have been renovated to such a high standard, they are both luxurious and cosy with all the finishing touches. It's also the perfect balance between an airbnb-style apartment (with all the facilities you need in your room including an oven) and a hotel/B&B, with the option to have homemade food delivered to you room - we had the lasagne it was huge and amazing, perfect after our long drive - and a delicious fry up available in the morning. Anna was super quick and easy to communicate with and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed / was helpful with local recommendations. Unfortunately we had rubbish weather but I'm sure there are some amazing walks right from the property and we visited Ludlow nearby which is very nice. Large and very comfortable bed which is always appreciated! Overall a great stay, good value for money, and we would definitely return! We couldn't think of anything - only wish we had stayed for longer than 2 nights!

Beautiful interiors, beautiful view and beautifu - Absolutely beautiful interiors, every aspect has been thought through and designed perfectly. The hosts are so warm and welcoming and you are made to feel so at home. Great food that can be preordered and lots of other details too.

The communal areas are beautifully decorated with a real warm and homely feel. Anna was an amazing host and with two young boys in tow and done a fantastic job We could only stay for one night!!

Hannah (10/5): Really lovely! Beautiful spot and super comfortable stay. - My partner and I had a lovely stay, we loved the view from our room and the super comfy, massive bed! Breakfast was lovely and there was a nice selection. The only thing we thought could be improved was the lighting in the room, just for lazing in bed its nice to have a bit lower lighting, say some lamps.

Including the lovely home made biscuits - Yum ! I also need to give a mention to the home made musilli which is the nicest i have ever tasted . The views from the rear of the property were amazing , We had a very comfortable stay . I would highly recommend . Thank you Tom and Anna Just a suggestion - It would have been really helpful to have a sign on the side of the road . As we drove straight passed
