• Ricardo (7/5): A nice and cheap option if you do not need luxuries - Great value for the money, clean and confortable. You pay for what you get, a bed, some furniture (there is no fridge or TV) and a private WC, and if you want a cheap option that is not a shared dorm in a hostel, this is a good one. It is a 10min short walk from the center/beachfront, but a steep climb and not ideal if you have a big luggage. Nothing really important to mention as negative. It is a cheap option to spend a few nights, but it would not be a big investment to put a shower curtain and avoid the bathroom and toilet to get wet, and also some hangers on the wardrobe...these were already mention by other guests but aparently the management doesn´t care so much to improve small reasonable things.

• Michaela (5/5): - Clean sheets and towels. I would not recommend this place. It was in bad condition. The toilet was leaking, the sink faucet was broken, etc. The picture of reception was misleading because it was closed and it looked dirty thru the window. We were supposed to spend two nights there but after arrival we decided to leave after first night. I think it was not expensive for this location but you can find better place for the same price.

Das eingeforderte aufrunden beim bezahlen hat mich gestört, auch wenn es nur centbeträge waren. Ich vestehe ja das nur 0.50 oder 1€ akzeptiert wird. Eine Lösung hätte ja auch drin bestehen können abzurunden oder den Preis vorab rund anzupreisen.

L’adresse indiquée sur Booking ne correspond pas, aucun accueil à l’arrivée. Chambre très vétuste, salle de bain étroite et sale, sans rideau de douche et avec une odeur désagréable. Quartier bruyant et peu rassurant, avec une station de lavage juste en bas. Draps et serviettes manquants (heureusement, le propriétaire a été réactif quand nous l’avons signalé).

Aún avisándoles de que llegaríamos a las 02:00 y confirmándonos que habría alguien para poder hacer el checkin, al llegar les llamamos según nos indicaron pero no respondió nadie, tampoco había nadie en el hotel. Viendo que nos quedaríamos en la calle, fuimos por nuestra cuenta a los pisos de las habitaciones y encontramos una con las llaves puestas pero no habían dejado ni papel higiénico, ni toallas ni mucho menos jabón... Al día siguiente al comentar lo sucedido, el trato del personal fue también malísimo, en lugar de disculparse por no cumplir con el servicio, su actitud fue arrogante y conflictiva... Evitad este hotel a toda costa, hay opciones mucho mejores por el mismo precio.

Najbardziej podobali mi się właściciele, zawsze byli dostępni i błyskawicznie reagowali jeśli czegoś potrzebowaliśmy. Będziemy bardzo miło wspominać pobyt w hotelu. Polecam! brak

• Sandra (4/5): Ça va pour une nuit. - La literie semblait propre. Il y avait une clim. Elle fonctionnait. Centre et plage accessibles à pied. Sarandë. L'adresse sur Booking n'est pas correcte. Mais les propriétaires m'ont rapidement envoyé la bonne adresse. L'enseigne était cachée par un drap qui séchait donc j'ai quand même eu du mal à trouver. Il n'y a que 3 places de parking et rien n'indique que ce parking est privé donc d'autres personnes peuvent s'y garer. Et des personnes se garent même à l'horizontal derrière vous. Dès mon arrivée à 12h, on m'a prévenue que le robinet fuyait et nécessitait l'intervention d'un technicien. Cela peut arriver. Mais je n'ai pas eu de nouvelles ensuite. À 18h je les ai recontactés pour savoir ce qu'il en était mais ils n'ont pas su me donner une réponse claire et m'ont juste dit qu'il faut encore attendre car personne n'est disponible. Ensuite plus aucune nouvelle et personne n'est passé. Il n'y avait qu'une clé donc je l'avais laissée toute la journée au cas où le technicien passait. Je n'avais donc pas pu installer mes affaires dans la chambre (N'importe qui peut rentrer dans le couloir depuis la rue, la porte est grande ouverte. Et, de fait, aussi dans les chambres lorsqu'elles ne sont pas fermées à clé). Le robinet n'a donc pas été réparé. Ce n'est pas grave mais j'aurais aimé que les propriétaires soient directs pour ne pas être dans le flou toute la journée. Quand je suis arrivée à 12h une dame a ouvert la porte de la réception et l'a tout de suite fermée à clé derrière moi. Ensuite, je n'ai plus revu la réception ouverte de la journée. Il n'y avait pas de terrasse, alors que selon l'annonce il devait y en avoir une. Et 0 chaise à l'intérieur. Tout était cassé (poignets de porte d'entrée, d'armoire et de fenêtre dévissées, miroir cassé, rideau troué...) mais c'était quand même fonctionnel.

• Pinky Charo (9/5): Good for the price - I stayed in a twin bedroom at Villa Kanina with a private bathroom. The place is a bit rundown, torned curtains, loose sitting in the bathroom, table was fully damaged, sheets are already grey but I love the private balcony, it made a huge difference with my entire stay. I think they ddnt have any repair man to fix it but its fine with me, 20 euro a night with a balcony and private bathroom, im not complaining. The sheets and towel seems like freshly washed. The couple host are also very kind, and responsive to all my questions. Location is roughly 7-8 minutes walk to the beach. There is a small store/market just outside so its very coonvenient. Rooftop is nice, good view, i ddnt see any kitchen but its okay since im not gonna use. Overall, im okay with the place, just enough for the price.

• Wiktor (10/5): Za tą cenę w sam raz - Najtańszy hotel w Sarandzie. Późny check-in. Zaraz przy porcie (5min), tylko trzeba mocno pod górę iść. Przy stacji benzynowej duży market, obok piekarnia z wypiekami kanapkami. (A na dole przy porcie piekarnie są tańsze). Żeby zwiedzić miasto i pojechać gdzieś dalej miejscówka w sam raz. 5 Min z górki do plaży publicznej, ale ona taka niewielka. Brak brodzika i zasłonki, ale w Grecji widziałem dużo mniejsze łazienki. Bez tragedii. Przydałby się stolik i krzesło.

On the terrace there was a nest from bird and they were shi**ing directly to plug of WiFi router. Within the week mobady cares. Last day I saw fallen birdie on the floor. Again nobody cares.

• Raghav (1/5): Please avoid staying here - Nothing. I wouldn't recommend the top floor bed sharing to anyone. Unhygienic washroom, the room was also not good as it had a glass window which didn't had curtain and anyone could see inside. The mattress had bugs in it, I got big but on my arm. The staff was not there to attend me when I reached. I had to wait 1 hour.

Malgré notre demande nous n’avons pas eu la télécommande, du coup nous ne savons pas si nous aurions pu avoir du chauffage. Quelques crochets pour les serviettes dans la salle de bain seraient pratiques Enfin il n’y avait pas de drap du dessus et ́oui avons eu l’impression que notre demande était extravagante.

Dormí en habitación privada con una cama gigante por un muy bien precio, la gente de Villa Kanina súper amables, acostumbrados al turismo. Recomendable Si tengo que ponerme detallista, fui fuera de temporada 13 Marzo, la habitación era un poco fría. Aclaro es un mínimo detalle que no interrumpió mí genial estadía.

• Fatmir (8/5): - The host is a welcoming guy with very good service. There is a bar and café inside with nice atmosphere and interesting people coming and going. The dog Lupo is a rarety and a pleasent character who is very intelligent-, he goes and buys stuff for Aldi the host. Also a plus for the upper facilities with an open fireplace, kitchen and a gourgeous view over Saranda bay. I had the roof top dorm wich is shared with others because of the kitchen also being inside it. It was more an opertunity to converse with other intersting travellers than an issue. All and all an ok place with very good people who help and share. It was cold due to off season, but its not the issue when they start the fireplace.
• Iryna Muliavko (3/5): Check everything once you arrive - I didn't spend the night here unfortunately. The room and the view from the balcony were beautiful. They brought a table per my request, as I was working online. There are fresh towels and toilet paper. There are extra blankets. The rooftop bar is currently not working, but you can enjoy the view. The air conditioning wasn't working. I informed the host around 15:00 that i will not be able to stay in a room without heating. Till 20:00 there was still no solution, the room was getting colder. I also couldn't wash my hair as it was cold inside and had no hair dryer. I offered to transfer me to another room, or to fix the AC or to bring the heater. Then host told me there was a mistake in my booking as i paid 8€ (discount from 14€) and that was a price for a dormitory. Ok, but the next person who enters the room will have the same broken AC! He offered to move to a room which cost 28€ or to pay extra €15 so he can buy a heater. I really got stressed out from this as I was afraid to get ill, so i ended up searching another place to stay at 8pm alone in an unknown city.
• Alena (5/5): - на горе но недалеко от центра от начала набережной .но если идти после пляжа тяжеловато .кто хочет в Саранду готовтесь идти в гору после пляжа или на заселение и обед и радостно с горы дорогой к пляжу !!! в номере нет холодильника .нет стола нет стакана, в шкафу нет не вешалок не полок, душ и туалет всегда в воде ,но это по всей Албании берити обязательно резиновую обувь а то при каждом посещении уборной вы будете в луже ..... очень шумная сантехника...

The guy at reception was very welcoming and friendly. WIFI works great throughout the hotel. I liked everything.

• Jojo (10/5): I recommand if you are in sSarabda for the weekend as i was. Very nice place - I loved the place, the view and the hosts. They were exeptional and very polite. We got everything we need.

• Fatma Nur (1/5): - Tesiste çok basit ihtiyaçlar bile yok. Sıvı sabun istediğimizde bile yok denildi. Check in için bile 1 saat bekledik ve klima kumandasını bile o zaman getirdiler. Soğuk odada beklemek zorunda kaldık. Saç kurutma makinesi de yoktu. El havlusunu bile isteğimiz üzerine ancak getirebildiler. Tesis sahibi genel olarak ilgisizdi memnun kalmadık.
