• Zhilkina (1/5): Deception - Never stay at this hotel. It's a lie, and the reviews are fake. No one will help you if you don't like it. The owners are rude and unaccommodating. There is no kettle, the room is small, the shower is also in an unpleasant location. .I booked a room, the pictures show one thing, but in reality they gave me a different room, where the entrance is not the main one, but on the other side. The room is stinky and smells like sewage. Everything is old. You'll pay money, but it's not worth it.

• Wolf-Ulrich (1/5): Nie mehr! - Das Wohnviertel ist ziemlich heruntergekommen Bei Ankunft war niemand da. Eine E-Mail mit Zugangsdaten hatten wir vorab nicht erhalten. Nur über einen Nachbarn konnten wir telefonischen Kontakt aufnehmen. Das Zimmer war eng, die Kissenbezüge erschienen nicht frisch zu sein. Die Sauberkeit ist sehr verbesserungswürdig. Von der Zimmerdecke rieselte Farbstaub aufs Bett. Zugegeben: Miami ist teuer. Aber auch unter solchen Umständen stimmt das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis nicht. Wir hatten solch ein schlechtes Angebot durch Booking.com nicht erwartet.

The cleaner was helpful, despite the language barrier. Communication from the owner was unprofessional and entitled in tone. The room was not ready upon my arrival even though my arrival time had been approved. The owner was unreachable when needed. The bathroom was extremely small. No hand soap was provided. The sink was uneven, which caused my phone to fall and the screen to crack. There’s a big mirror and I don’t trust how it’s located.

• CHUNMEI (9/5): 物美價廉的好住宿。 - 因為邁阿密是一個觀光大市。是搭大遊輪的碼頭城市，隨時都有來自全世界的遊客，所以住宿費非常的昂貴。Azucar Miami是我們找到的最物美價廉，但住宿品質沒讓我們失望的好住宿。位於小古巴區的靜巷 進出方便又安全 也方便停車 週末會吵鬧一點，但是很歡樂。附近有很多大型超市跟餐廳 我們的房間算寬敞 床也很舒適 雖然是共用浴室，但是不用等候排隊。喜歡。

• Jaime Humberto (10/5): ESTANCIA TRANQUILA Y COMODA. - Me tocó en una habitación junto a la entrada trasera de la casa, la cual está ubicada en un vecindario muy tranquilo (cerca del aeropuerto por lo cual se escuchan algunos aviones, pero no es algo que no te deje dormir). Muy limpia y ordenada, y el baño se comparte solamente con otra habitación. Si se hospedan aquí tener la precaución de traer la comida que vayan a consumir, porque los restaurantes mas cercanos están a mas de cinco bloques de distancia. En mi caso me encanta caminar así que no fue un problema, en absoluto, pero lo menciono porque es un punto a tener en cuenta.

• Andujar (7/5): Bon rapport qualité/prix, si vous ne voulez pas dépensé tout votre budget dans un logement - Très proche de plein d’emplacements à Miami en voiture, c’est ce pourquoi nous l’avons choisi. Nous avons apprécié la climatisation dans la chambre et le choix d’avoir un ventilateur en plus si besoin, et un endroit pour garer la voiture. Ce n’est pas une chambre neuve, donc au niveau visuel et aspect nous avons été sceptique. Nous avons dormi avec mon amie dans le lit du bas car le plafond tombaient un peu en miette sur le lit du haut. Mais nous étions dans cette chambre seulement le soir pour dormir, donc c’était plus que suffisant. C’était assez bizarre de vivre avec les propriétaires à côté, mais il étaient très gentil et serviable!

• Sigler (9/5): I highly recommend this house! - Property owner/manager was there when I arrived to show me to my room. My room was clean and had a mini fridge and microwave as well as a desk. One bath towel provided. Bathroom was separate but only shared with one other room. I did not see any other guests. It was quiet and quaint. Perfect place for me to spend a long layover! I am glad I brought water with me but maybe one water in the fridge would be a nice touch.

• Heiko (5/5): Es hätte so schön sein können, Flair von Little Havanna toll, aber das Zimmer eine Zumutung - Die schöne Veranda zum abendlichen sitzen vorm Haus hat für das äußerst gewöhnungsbedürftige Zimmer etwas entschädigt. Man erreicht zu Fuß schnell die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel, eine sehr gute Bäckerei und einen Supermarkt. Kommunikation per WhatsApp sehr schnell und zuverlässig. Unser Zimmer war für 3 Personen eine Zumutung, das 3. Bett wurde kurz vor unserer Ankunft aufgestellt, Tisch und Stühle standen draußen auf der Veranda. Man bekam die Tür kaum auf. Total belastend ist, dass keine Möglichkeit zum lüften besteht, kein Fenster zum öffnen, die Klimaanlage wird vom Vermieter per WhatsApp ein- bzw. ausgeschaltet, wenn man es wünscht. Erfolgte aber immer sofort.

Bett und Badezimmer waren sauber, Türschloss vorhanden. Die Stabilität des Laminats und der allgemeinen Immobilie lässt zu wünschen übrig. Die Klimaanlage war viel zu stark eingestellt und lies sich nicht abschalten.

• Melissa (5/5): Es literalmente para pasar una o dos noches máximo. - El personal (dueño) de este lugar fue súper amable. Muy atento. En todo momento fue amable No me gustó la distribución de la estructura del lugar. Construyeron un mini espacio y lo convirtieron en dos habitaciones y un baño. El pasillo que da el acceso a las habitaciones es demasiado estrecho. El equipaje difícilmente se puede manipular. Tampoco hay ventilación. La limpieza del baño es escasa. De los 14 días que estuve, solo el primer día estuvo limpio. Algo que desaprobé desde el día 1 es el olor a marihuana que emana de la parte delantera de la casa. No entendí si eran huéspedes o amigos del dueño del alojamiento. En conclusión, si solo pasas una noche, está bien.

The host got me a fan upon request, which helped. I wish the A/C was stronger/on for longer, though the host did lend me a fan, which let me sleep. I also would've preferred a little better light-proofing from the windows, and some better pillows are needed. At least for this visit the wifi was broken, which was unfortunate.
