La colazione e nella norma, il personale è stato gentile e si è adoperato a procurarsi i cornetti al posto della colazione albanese. Il gestore, al termine del soggiorno, dopo che siamo andati via , ha comunicato a BOOKING.IT falsamente che non abbiamo soggiornato presso la struttura quando noi siamo stati regolarmente e pagato in contanti il soggiorno.

• BALLA (8/5): ικανοποιητικη και καλη φιλοξενια - Ο οικοδεσποτης ηταν πολυ φιλοξενος και βοηθητικος. Η τοποθεσια ηταν επισης καλη αφου το διαμερισμα ηταν κοντα στην θαλασσα. το δωματιο ηταν καθαρο, ησυχο. Το μοναδικο αρνητικο ειναι η ελλειψη ασανσερ.

• Veronika (8/5): - Ubytování bylo krásné, malé útulné pokoje, personál milý a vstřícný a i přesto, že majitel anglicky moc neuměl, tak se snažil vyhovět ve všem. Snídaně perfektní ve formě bufetu s domácí zeleninou, která jim roste přímo na zahradě. Parkovací místa na dvorku za hotelem, klimatizace plně funkční, kde nefouká přímo na postel. V koupelně k dispozici i sprchový gel a ručníky samozřejmostí. Chyběly menší lampičky u postelí, popřípadě do budoucna by bylo dobré vymyslet nějakou hadici na umytí nohou.

Привітний персонал, вони ж сім’я- власники, вранці на сніданку закінчилась яєчня, попросили щоб донесли, хазяїн швидко сам приготував те, що попросили, зробили омлет та звичайну яєшню. Дуже гостинно, затишно та по-домашньому, чисто та охайно. Чомусь з 12-ї години ночі закривають територію будинку, якщо ви своєю машиною і щось терміново вам буде потрібно, ви не зможете в неї потрапити, або якщо будете повертатися пізно, то не зможете потрапити до кімнати. Можливо, звісно, можна попередити заздалегідь і тоді проблем не буде. Було б добре якби в кімнаті були ще пара тумбочок, щоб не приходилось використовувати стільці замість них, але це не мінус, а скоріше порада.

Funcionários muito despreparados e a comunicação era difícil, somente uma menina (que parecia ser a filha do dono) falava um pouco de inglês. No checkin, quem parecia ser o dono não sabia como a máquina do cartão funcionava, e nos pediu para pagar em dinheiro. Não aceitamos e ele disse que iria consertar a máquina e que poderíamos pagar depois. Quando fomos pagar ele colocou um valor muito acima do que realmente era, eu o questionei e ele disse que era por causa da conversão da moeda. Realizamos o pagamento 10 vezes a mais do que realmente era. Ele não sabia como estornar a compra e não tinha o dinheiro para nos devolver na hora, mas devolveu no dia seguinte. O problema foi resolvido, porém foi um estresse que poderia ser evitado se eles tivessem um pouco mais de preparo. O banheiro era muito pequeno, não tinha box e o chuveiro era quase em cima do vaso sanitário. O café da manhã foi muito simples, de bebida só tinha água. Também não tinham opções de comida, era um prato feito na hora por eles com omelete, tomate, pepino e dois pedaços de queijo branco, tudo regado com muito azeite, já veio da cozinha assim. Serviram o que parecia ser um pão caseiro à parte. De fruta tinham alguns pêssegos também.

Kurzer Weg zum Strand, ca. 3 Minuten mit dem Auto. Innen sehr schöne Einrichtung. Die Lage ist nicht optimal gewesen.

Only 1 bin in the toilet. The area was run down, bins full of rubbish which smelled really bad. Stray dogs looking for food. Big pot holes in the road.

• Daniela Alex (10/5): - Hotel che si trova in una posizione molto comoda per visitare Valona. Si trova all'incirca a 3 km dal porto e 4 km dal centro città. Host e staff molto accoglienti e gentili, qualsiasi problema si abbia chiedendo fanno di tutto per aiutarti. Momentaneamente propongono per colazione un piatto che si può decidere il giorno prima se tradizionale Albanese oppure la classica colazione italiana, con cornetto caffè e frutta. In futuro parlando con il proprietario l'intenzione è di farla a buffet. La stanza l'abbiamo trovata molto pulita. In caso dovessi tornare a Valona sicuramente andrei ad alloggiare da loro. • Wanderer_Guy (7/5): Good value for money - 1. Location: quiet street, a bit far from the center, beaches or areas of interest. 2. Accommodation: good, not the best, but good value for money. Pleased with the room size and bed size as well. Clean all over the place. Bonus points: they have a restaurant, which is a great feature, although we didn't served anything but the breakfast there. 3. WIFI: good-ish, we've been able to confirm next accommodations and have a live video chat with our family. 4. Breakfast: Really good, comparable with some of the best we had in Albania (still Shkoder was the best). 5. Staff: really friendly people, a bit difficult to chat with, but manageable. 1. Location: a bit tricky to find, but this is a general issue in Albania: neither Google Maps, Apple Maps, Waze or Maps.me were precise enough to find the properties on the first attempt. The area also is under development and we had to drive through a construction site. It doesn't feel like a safe neighbourhood, I wouldn't walk around alone during the evening or night, but I might be wrong. It is also quite far from the center or the beaches. 2. Accommodation: the aircon placement in the room is not good - the airflow is coming straight to the bed. I don't understand why people/owners do this: did they tested the aircon on themselves? Do they know that the air from the aircon should come indirectly to the guests? The air flow shouldn't be felt. 3. Bathroom: small and weird - the door's edge is 3-4 mm away from the closest sink corner - an engineering feat I would say, but poor planning imho. The shower is just a shower above the toilet, with no curtain. The wooden/bamboo floor has some drain holes but they were clogged, so the whole bathroom was inundated all the time. Really uncomfortable. 4. Parking was on the street, not the best option, since they do have a parking inside, not sure why they didn't had it open.

The room was clean when arrived, thought no Cleaning were done the next day. Could not pay with Card which was complicated as I didn`t plan to take out cash, The breakfast is same both days two bread pastries not the best ones but will do the work for basic food. the sound isolation is not the beast neither from the hallway or neighbors. there is street parking which seemed ok, but you can also drive into backyard.

Le personnel est disponible et sympathique. Le petit dejeuner est copieux et les fruits au petit déjeuner ont été les bienvenus. Petit déjeuner un petit peu trop gras La vue n'est pas très plaisante et la rue dans laquelle il se trouve n'est pas très jolie.

Breakfast were very Italian style: some croissant and fruits or Albanina style: very oily omlette. It’s completly not my way of preparing breakfast. We were also told that paying by card was possible (I was contacting hotel in advance) but when arrived they refused to take payment by card. Few days ago I saw bank terminal at the counter. For me it was not a problem to pay by cash but - when asked I should be told that.

• Eleonora (2/5): È stata un'esperienza nuova, ma per me sicuramente da non ripetere mai più - Carino, con camere tutte rivestite in legno. Zona tranquilla e a pochi minuti di auto dalla superstrada, dalla spiaggia, dal centro. Piccolo frigo, aria condizionata, cassaforte, Wi-Fi in tutte le aree, doccino, doccia e soffione, colazione buona. Parcheggio in mezzo alla strada, pulizia totalmente assente, colazione sempre uguale (brioches o frittata), con da bere solo acqua o caffè, personale poco cordiale e disponibile, le finestre ci sono ma non si possono aprire, non ci sono posti dove stendere la biancheria lavata, assenza di balcone o terrazzino, bagno sporco e sempre allagato, un asciugamano per due persone, 3 prese in tutta la camera, mancanza di mobiletti, tavolini, mensole e comodini (solo un piccolo armadio, moderno, carino, sufficiente per brevi permanenze, ma insufficiente per chi soggiorna molti giorni). Non c'è personale dedito solo alla reception, quindi se ti occorre qualcosa devi andare a cercarli. Non accettano carta e se lo fanno, con molte storie.

• Andrea (2/5): Puzza assurda - Stanza pulita Posizione scomoda. Stanza pulita ma c'era una puzza assurda nel quartiere. La puzza entrava in bagno perché aveva una finestrella che non si poteva chiudere e la puzza, insieme all'umidità, rendevano il bagno invivibile. La colazione niente di che: frutta e un cornetto con marmellata. Lo staff non particolarmente cordiale ed educato, solo una persona parlava inglese. Insomma, 50 euro a notte è sicuramente troppo per il servizio, la posizione e la qualità della stanza in generale. E credo che la puzza non sia stata una casualità dato il "quartiere" periferico della città, anche se chiamarlo sia quartiere che periferia è un complimento.
• Marti Amado (3/5): Bad experience - We booked a room and when we arrived they told us there had been a problem with the booking and they gave us another room in the house next to the hotel. We saw photos of the breakfast and it was completly different. The photos were with eggs, toast, cheese, sausages, cucomber, tomatoes and they gave us a croissant, water and a peach. We were in the bedroom after breakfast and they told us the check out was until 12:00 (they told us this, the night before) and they opened the door without noticing with us inside demanding us to pay in bad manners (obviously we weren't planning to leave without paying but it seemed like they didn't trust us). The treatment was not professional at all. Even with the bedroom switch, bad breakfast and bad manners there were no apologies or discount for the stay. Won't recomended at all.

Posizione: vicino discarica, impossibile aprire le finestre x terribile odore di bruciato
