- Sony Pop (1/5): Fully damaged villa - Well...all the photos look fancy but wait until you hear what happened with our stay. We arrived 8th October 2025, to a broken and damaged villa due to the floods the weekend before. For 3 days we had no consistent electricity and the whole week the main villa house had NO HOT WATER SO NO HOT SHOWER OR BATH AND WE PAID OVER 2000E for the stay. SO they knew the extent of the damage, that i was arriving with a baby but they didn't notify us any.damage. My friends room got flooded and her belongings damaged. The whole living room and kitchen got flooded. Water dripped from the ceiling in the kitchem. No - one felt comfortable here but we had no choice left since no taxi could collect us. The worse is that the jacuzzi isnt hot either and when I contacted the person in charge all they said was "sorry" and nothing more. We could use the shower in the outhouse - really?! The main gate didn't work and everywhere was cold throughout the 4 days and nights. THEN they contacted me to pay 500 extra for a broken hob which I can not believe for one moment. We had NO electricity or hot water nearly the entire week and this us how they choose to steal money from us and claim "we tried to burn the villa down" WHY would we want to burn your villa down with a baby inside is incomprehensible!!! Beware of the thieves, we do not recommend anyone staying here. They will try to steal money from you and don't deliever a fully functional villa as described. Complete false advertising!!
- Emma (9/5): Beautiful place, staff very helpful would highly recommend. - Beautiful villa. Gorgeous interior design. Stunning gardens plenty of space for a big group of people. Very close to Ibiza town. Very cold pool but it’s the end of the summer season so that’s a weather thing, and once in very refreshing. We had a few issues with taxis taking us to another villa up the road and then just leaving us but that’s not the villas fault. Just make sure you have the location on your phone.

- Zeynep (10/5): An oasis for group of friends - Everything was just perfect!! Couldnt be happier with our choice of booking Lilita House for my bachelorette trip. It was so hard to find a space where we would be central but also have a large and beautoful house. Lilita house made that possible.We had a great time there and even wished we could stay in Ibiza more to enjoy the house to the fullest. The house has everything you need from pool towels to beach towels. Great attention to detail in every corner. It offers so many spots to chill and have great time in groups. It sits on a very vast area 3 of the rooms are in the main villa and the other 2 are separate. Very good location for us it was super easy to commute. Close to airport, the clubs, the town, ses salines… What else I can say overall very satisfied with our vacation thanks to this house as well!!! Some people mentioned the dogs barking in the surroundings which is true but I have to say that it didnt bothered us at all.
