• Andrew (7/5): Nice apartment spoiled only by noisy deliveries every morning - Apartment was upstairs and spacious. Well equipped. Rooftop outside space was up another flight of stairs. Rooftop space was shared and it wasn't clear which you could use. Biggest issue was noise from deliveries early in the morning every day. The apartment is directly above a Spar shop which was the reason for most of the delivery wagons. But it was very handy for groceries too.

• Elizabeth (9/5): Superb - Great rooftop for sunbathing, bed very comfortable, apartment had all amenities. Very close to cafes and bars. It was a little noisy at times.
• Tomek (9/5): A place with a lot of posibilities. - Apartment with a nice layout of rooms, basic furniture, 2 comfortable sofas and a desk in the living room, working internet and TV with access to everything ;) There was nothing missing in the kitchen. The location of store below obviously has its pros and cons. For us, being able to go out in flip-flops to buy groceries for breakfast was a comfort. :D Perfect place for surfers, bikers, runners and kids... Add some ABS edge banding edging to the kitchen cabinet doors.
• Júlia (8/5): Very good - The host was super helpful and gave great recommendations on restaurants in the area. The apartment has all facilities that you might need during a short term stay. Location is great! A big Spar and restaurants, nice little shops plus a breathtaking beach view is right at your doorstep. Living room is very comfy, there is enough space for 4 people. Kitchen is well-equipped even for cooking. Mattresses and bathroom a bit worn out, no bathroom ventillation. Not the host's fault but there are some bad, random noises coming from the wall and each morning truck is delivering stocks for the supermarket downstairs, right under the bedrooms' windows. In low season (mid-March) we did not hear any noise from the street but due to the nearby restaurants might get loud in high season.
• Matthew (9/5): Perfect for a short stay in beautiful El Cotillo. Super central location. - A lovely, centrally located base to explore all that El Cotillo has to offer. The apartment was well appointed and clean with great views from the roof terrace. Very friendly and attentive host. The only downside to the central location was that it was a little noisy, particularly first thing when restaurants/bars were having deliveries. Not a big deal though.
