- Eamonn (8/5): enjoyable little cottage would stay again should the need arise. - this property is ideally located and it is what it says a cosy little cottage. close to the town centre and all supermarkets there is also a great little pub just a few steps away. there was a few issues with the property but i'm sure the owner knows what they are and what needs to be done.
- Peter (5/5): - It was comfortable and cosy and good value for money We are easily satisfied, so from our point of view it was fine.

- Nicholas (1/5): Not good at all - Nothing When i booked on the day i had a message that i didn't see straight away saying he didnt know if the property was available as he doesn't normally rent out on the day as someone was living there i couldn't rebook as company credit card was getting low as near the end of the month? Then a message saying key under rock in front garden and advising its a new doors so left handle, ( the door is over 10 yrs old and needs fixing. House looked like is was well lived in, food in the cupboard, heating thermostat broken,,
Old and dirty, dirty stained bed sheets with photos as proof sleipt on sofa, dirty towel in bath with yellow stains, bitty carpet not been hoovered, dirty rim on toilet, very old lamp shade, fire risk, booked 3 nights stayed 2 as couldn't sleep and travelled 138 miles to drive the next day to finish a job off, booking.com should take this off, i will be asking for a refund
