Very clean apartment & very comfortable beds. Full kitchen facilities & staff were very kind & helpful indeed.

• Anita (10/5): In short , we had a comfortable stay , excellent location , facilities and service . We would definitely stay again at t - The location is great , right by the ocean and restaurants / bars and only a 2-3 min walk to music square . The shops are only a one min walk away . The apartment was very clean , beds very comfortable , and there were full size toiletries in the shower . Also there was plenty of toilet paper and washing powder and softener with a washing machine . In the fridge was a decent size bottle of water , and also some oils for cooking etc . The WiFi also works great . The owner was fantastic very helpful , and so was his brother , who met us at the apartment and carried our cases in ( I’m sure he would have taken them downstairs for us , if we’d have asked , he also drove us to the airport for our flight home for €50 , although we gave him the going rate of €60 The stairs going down to the bedroom , we carried our clothes down the stairs as we would have struggled to get our heavy cases down , but we’re two women in our 60’s , but I’m sure for most people, it wouldn’t be a problem . It would also be nice to have a full length mirror in the bedroom , the only mirror is in the bathroom , but again it wasn’t an issue . One last thing , depending on which apartment you get , there is a nightclub that was right across from our room, that’s open till 4am , however, although noisy it didn’t keep me awake at all , but it did for my friend , but she does have problems / issues with getting to sleep sleeping anyway.

• Jarek (1/5): Disaster - Nothing Already a few hours after collecting the keys, it turned out that the apartment is not suitable for living due to unacceptable level of noise in the evening, at night and in the morning. The source of the noise are pubs and nightclubs across the street, but above all containers for glass located directly next to the apartment windows. At night, every several minutes, the staff of nearby restaurants pop new empty bottles into them with a very loud crash, and in the morning city services empties them with even greater noise. It is not possible to sleep in the apartment. After a sleepless night, we were forced to find another accommodation. In the morning we couldn't even drink coffee, the coffee maker plugin didn’t match any socket in the apartament. On Saturday morning, the entrance to the building looked terrible, there were plenty of scattered letters from broken mailboxes. In response of our resignation the owner wrote: “I am very sorry for what you are telling me, I can only apologize, but it is something alien to us. We neighbors have already made several complaints to the town hall and the police due to this problem, and we hope that it can be solved shortly. All the best.” This means that the owner was aware of the inconvenience and did not include any information about them in the offer. The accommodation offer was therefore unfair. As a result of the filed complaint to Booking.com, we were informed that the owner refused to return the fee for unused accommodation.
• Anne (10/5): we’ve had a great 2 weeks, and we were very comfortable in our apartment - very clean and host were there to help anytime 👍🏻 everything was good , just need a kettle
