Any (4/5): Decepcionante - La ubicación En primer lugar. Después de ponerme en comunicación con el apartamento dos veces y avisar con 1 hora y media antes de la hora que vamos a llegar, nos tienen tirados en la calle 1 hora porque no había nadie que viniera a darnos las llaves. En segundo lugar: el apartamento estaba sucio, había pelos y suciedad de los de antes, incluso en la maneta de la puerta del baño había restos de heces. En tercer lugar: el señor que viene a entregar las llaves muy amable da una vuelta por el apartamento y nos avisa que cuidado cuando salgamos a la terraza que los de arriba te tiran cosas, y ellos no se hacen responsables, ademas que nos informa que en Barcelona roban mucho. En cuarto lugar piden una fianza de 300 euros y te las ves y te las deseas para que te lo devuelvan.

Rubén (10/5): Apartamento muy confortable y espacioso. - Puntualidad en la entrega de llaves, apartamento muy limpio, todo nuevo en estado impecable y completo con todas comodidades. La ubicación muy buena. La terraza para poder salir a tomar la fresca en verano es algo diferencial.
