• Taylor (8/5): Nice - Loved the grocery store down the street even if we didn't use it much. Coming back to our little apartment after days of crawling around Tokyo was very nice, love the area and Nezu shrine is very close and beautiful. The bathroom was wet all the time, I know that's how Japanese bathrooms usually are but even just running the sink made it leak. Also their dryers were not working at the time of our visit, no sign or anything but after 2hrs our clothes still weren't dry and there's no way to hang them outside of the wet bathroom

• Tamara Janina (9/5): Good place to stay near restaurants and subway stations! - This is a very nice place! It is conveniently located near many restaurants and two major subway stations. Using public transport was very easy! Our room was pretty spacious, and it had a bathroom that was bigger than the other hotels we went to in Japan. Communication with the owner always went super fast and smoothly. The room was clean, and everything we needed was there. So if you want a simple room where everything you need is present, and that is very conveniently located near subway stations, this is your place! One downside is that the bunk beds were relatively low in the sense that I would often hit my head. I'm not even that tall (1.65m ish) but I still hurt my head a couple times. This is not too bad, though, so don't see it as a reason not to go here! Just please take care when you get up or sit down on the lower bed! :) But again, don't worry about it too much. I would totally go here again on my next Tokyo trip.

• Iskandar (7/5): An honest 2 week stay - It's a good place for a great price, near a supermarket. The host is very responsive, very mucj appreciate a fast reply. The bed was good, found out theres an air purifier. That aslo great. Plus i think there's a room with tatami mets and futon. If there's one I want that room. cause that space The bed is kinda too big or the space is really too small for 3 people with big luggage. Should give a broom or a vacuum for guests with long stays. It can become very dusty so need a vacuum to clean the house itself. and cleaning wipes/chemical for us to clean the kitchen

Quiet a walk from the train station, but still manageable distance as a morning exercise prior riding the train. Cleaning of rooms provided while on stay would be nice, but its ok they provided a vacuum cleaner.

• Jeniffer Laurencia (5/5): In short, the customer service was lovely, but the property could be cleaned much better. Thanks! - I liked that the staff were very helpful. When we complained about the washing machine, it was fixed the next day. The bedsheets were given every day, and the issue with the smelly heater was also resolved. Communication was extremely good and very responsive. However, the property itself was poorly cleaned. It was very dusty when we arrived, which caused us to sneeze a lot. Because of the dust, we had to change the bedsheets every day, yet there was still dust daily. We also had to mop and sweep the floors every day because the dust was quite thick. I would suggest not having more than two people stay here, as the space is small.

• Sock Moon (8/5): - 地点很不错，靠近西日暮里跟日暮里地跌。隔几间就是超市，楼下就是药妆店，从住宿走去地跌站会经过两间全家。有洗衣机跟烘干机。入住跟退房手续都容易。整体上来说是不错的。 热水器有点难控制，空间有点小，我们是两人住三人房。两人行李打开来就刚刚好，如果三人的话感觉有点勉强。厕所没得锁跟厕所门是透明的，注意隐私的人可能会介意。

On n’a pas respecté la réservation : un appartement avec trois lits, choisi par nous pour avoir de l’espace. On nous a mis dans une chambre minuscule avec 2 grands lits qui occupaient tout l’espace! Aucune concertation ! Aucune réduction !
• Zine (9/5): Très bon rapport qualité/prix - - Pas de carte pour entrer dans la chambre, c’est un code à l’entrée du bâtiment et un code sur la poignée de la chambre. - Emplacement dans une quartier calme et à moins de 10 minutes à pied de la station JR « Nishinippori » qui se situe sur la ligne « Yamanote ». - Malgré le manque de place pour accueillir les 3 valises, la chambre est très bien agencée, elle dispose d’un meuble à chaussure fermé, d’un bureau , d’une cuisine équipée avec frigo ustensiles et d’un service à vaiselle complet. Vous y trouverez également une salle de bain privative. - Les matelas étaient assez fin donc peu confortable, c’est assez pour dormir convenablement pendant quelques jours, donc ne prévoyez pas plus d’une semaine… - Peu de place pour déployer les valises.

• Vallecillo (5/5): Good place for no more than 2 people. - The location was pretty convenient, near Metro Station (700mts) supermarket, konbinis and restaurants. The building had elevator which was great considering we were on floor 5. Communication was always good This is a pretty small space for 3 people. Max 2 in a single bed, not 3 beds. The beds were mini to fit the space and take too much space. It would be better to have futon style that you can just pick up in the morning and have additional space to move through. It was VERY difficult for 3 people to move around.

• Maria Victoria (8/5): - El departamento es pequeñito, pero es apropiado considerando el valor de los hospedajes que se ofrecen en Tokio. Pese a que es pequeño, tenía todo lo necesario para nuestra estancia. Utensillos de cocina, microondas, pava eléctrica, anafe de cocina y hasta un lavarropas. Además la ubicación es muy buena. El hospedaje está muy bien ubicado, a pocas calles de la linea Yamanote (estación Nishi Nippori) que te comunica rápidamente con muchísimos lugares turísticos. Y está muy cerca de la zona del Yanesen, a donde se puede llegar caminando.

Besides, the city centre and popular tourist places are directly accessible by metro. In one room, there were bed bugs which bit one of the travellers.

The beds are spring beds and might be uncomfortable. there is also limited space to store your luggage inside the room.

• Bushido (8/5): The location was great, check in was easy and the town is beautiful. - The property was in a very quaint town. Nippori is a beautiful town and has local restaurants and a market near by. For what it was worth, the value of this stay was exceptional The room was small and very tight. It was not a problem for what we needed it for - a place to sleep. Nothing more.

Quisimos llegar una noche antes y no nos pusieron problema a pesar de la poca antelación con la que avisamos. - No es como en las fotos, la habitación era mas pequeña. Todo lo que en la fotos se ve blanco, es amarillo (paredes, cocina y sobretodo el baño). Ademas de que en las fotos parece nuevo y se veía bastante viejo. - las camas eran muy pequeñas e incomodas. - no escuchaba apto para 3 personas adultas. Prácticamente no podíamos movernos y no teníamos maletas grandes ninguno delos tres. - se escuchaban las habitaciones de al lado (sin que estuvieran haciendo ruido) - nos encontramos dos cucarachas en la cocina.
