• Brendan (10/5): We had an excellent 5 night stay at Odyss Residence, everything in the apartment was perfect. - The Odyss 2 bed apartment was outstanding. The location was good, walking to the old town was 20 minutes. The host Odyssius, was excellent, he was there to greet us and provided lots of useful information about Ioaninna and the surrounding area. There was no dedicated parking.

• Cecile (10/5): Confort haut de gamme !! - Nous avons tout apprécié! La gentillesse de notre hôte qui nous a aidé avec nos valises et nous a même escorté en voiture pour aller jusqu’au lac. Mais surtout l’appartement est un petit bijou très bien décoré et extrêmement confortable. La vue sur le lac en surplomb,quartier familial et résidentiel très calme. • Dmitriy (10/5): דירה מודרנית ונוחה עם שירות ברמה גבוהה ותשומת לב לפרטים - דירה סופר נוחה ומודרנית ביואנינה — מאוד נהנינו מהשהות! דירה מרווחת, מעוצבת, הכול חדש, נקי ומאורגן עד לפרטים הקטנים. המארח היה מאוד נעים ואדיב — קיבל אותנו בהגעה וגם ליווה אותנו ביציאה. הרגשנו אירוח אמיתי וחם. חיכו לנו גם פינוקים קטנים כמו ממתקים, פירות ומים במקרר — מאוד נחמד אחרי נסיעה. תודה מיוחדת על הדאגה לבת הקטנה שלנו. סיפקו לנו מיטת תינוק, ואפילו שמו בה צעצוע — מחווה מאוד מתוקה. ליד המיטה דאגו לסגור את שקע החשמל. בנוסף, בלי שביקשנו, קיבלנו כיסא אוכל לתינוק וכיסא נדנדה של Chicco — רמת אכפתיות שלא רואים הרבה. עוד נקודה שממש הרשימה אותנו: אשתי ביקשה מחבת גדולה יותר, והמארח פשוט הביא מחבת חדשה מהחנות. שירות ברמה גבוהה מאוד! המיקום גם נוח — קל למצוא חניה חינם בקרבת מקום, ולכל הנקודות המרכזיות בעיר, כולל הטיילת שממנה יוצאות סירות לאי, חנויות, בתי קפה וטברנות — מגיעים מהר ובקלות ברכב. דירה מעולה — ממליצים בחום! לא מצאנו חסרונות 👍

• Alex (10/5): Πολυτελής διαμονή σε προσιτή τιμή! - Πεντακάθαρο σπίτι, η κουζίνα ήταν πλήρως εξοπλισμένη και ο οικοδεσπότης φιλικός και πρόθυμος να ανταποκριθεί και να να απαντήσει κάθε μας ερώτηση. Ήταν πολύ ευγενικό εκ μέρους του να βάλει νερά και αναψυκτικά στο ψυγείο και πάνω στο πάγκο της κουζίνας, μπάρες δημητριακών και άλλες λιχουδιές. Πολύ άνετο το διπλό κρεβάτι στην κρεβατοκάμαρα. Μεγάλη τηλεόραση με Netflix.
• Edward (10/5): Superb property with good views. - The property is newly refurbished to a very high standard. It has everything that you might want; the memorable points are the view of the lake from the living room and how superbly comfortable the beds were. There’s nothing to dislike really.

• Ariel (10/5): - הדירה יותר יפה מבתמונות דירה מפנקת עם שלוש מרפסות שתיים מהן פונות לנוף מהמם של ההר דירה חדשה משופצת בטוב טעם , המארח אדם מקסים איש שיחה שעזר לנו לכל בקשה ונתן לנו עצות לטיולים מסעדות וקניות והיה זמין לכל בקשה שפע של חניה ברחוב למטה הדירה קרובה מאוד לרחוב הראשי ליד מסעדות ובתי קפה מצוין למי שרוצה טיול כוכב עם רכב שכור הדירה קומה שניה עם מדרגות לא היה קושי לעלות עם מזוודות והכי חשוב הילדים נהנו מהנטפליקס אנחנו בהחלט נחזור שוב
• Dimitrios (10/5): Η διαμονή μου στο Odyss Residence ioannina ήταν πραγματικά εξαιρετική! - Από τη στιγμή που μπήκα, εντυπωσιάστηκα από τον μοντέρνο του σχεδιασμό και την απίστευτη αισθητική. Κάθε χώρος είναι προσεγμένος στη λεπτομέρεια, με σύγχρονη διακόσμηση που δημιουργεί αμέσως μια αίσθηση άνεσης και ζεστασιάς. Το διαμέρισμα διαθέτει όλες τις παροχές που μπορεί να χρειαστεί κάποιος και με το παραπάνω. Από τον πλήρως εξοπλισμένο χώρο κουζίνας μέχρι τις μικρές λεπτομέρειες που κάνουν τη διαμονή πιο ευχάριστη, φαίνεται ότι ο ιδιοκτήτης έχει φροντίσει τα πάντα με αγάπη και μεράκι. Ο ιδιοκτήτης ήταν απίστευτα ευγενικός, φιλόξενος και πάντα διαθέσιμος να βοηθήσει σε ό,τι χρειάστηκα. Με έκανε να νιώσω άνετα από την πρώτη στιγμή και με καθοδήγησε για ό,τι ήθελα να μάθω σχετικά με τη γύρω περιοχή. Γενικά, ήταν μια εμπειρία που ξεπέρασε τις προσδοκίες μου. Αν ψάχνετε ένα μοντέρνο, άνετο και καλαίσθητο διαμέρισμα με έναν εξαιρετικό οικοδεσπότη, το προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα! Θα το ξαναδιάλεγα χωρίς δεύτερη σκέψη.

• Roy (10/5): Geweldige luxe, uitzicht en oase van rust in de stad - Wat een luxe en rust! Het uitzicht is echt geweldig. Daarnaast is de ligging zeer rustig, hoewel je ook zo in het centrum bent. Het is enorm luxe en ruim. We hebben echt genoten van deze oase van rust in de stad. We reizen door Griekenland en konden last minute terecht, de host is ontzettend aardig en flexibel! Hij staat altijd voor je klaar. De bedden zijn enorm comfortabel evenals de grote keuken en badkamer. Het appartement is heel schoon en voelt erg veilig. De parkeerplaats is echt om de hoek, wat ook fijn is in een stad. Hoewel Ioannina veel goede restaurants heeft, aten wij ook af en toe aan de bar in de woonkamer met geweldig uitzicht over het stad en het meer. Door de grote, en van alle gemakken voorzien, keuken was het bereiden van een maaltijd fijn. We werken remote en dat ging ook heel goed vanuit het huis met internet.
• chara (10/5): - Πολυ ωραιος ανακαινισμενος χωρος. Ηταν ολα πολυ προσεγμενα. Ο ιδιοκτητης κυριος Οδυσσεας πολυ εξυπηρετικος σε οτι ζητησαμε, τον ευχαριστουμε πολυ. Για το καλοσωρισμα μας περιμεναν λιχουδιες καθως και στο ψυγειο διαφορα ποτα. Η τοποθεσια πολυ βολικη με θεα τη λιμνη.. ---
• matina (10/5): Τέλεια. - Άψογη . Φιλόξενος καί πολύ εξυπηρετεικος ιδιοκτήτης. Ευχαριστούμε για την όμορφη διαμονή. Θά τό προτιμήσουμε ανεπιφύλακτα καί τήν επόμενη φορά.
• Sofia (10/5): - Φανταστικό κατάλυμα! Πολύ καθαρό, πολύ μοντέρνο, άρτια εξοπλισμένο,με όλες της ανέσεις (και με το παραπάνω). Τα κρεβάτια πολύ άνετα. Ήσυχη γειτονιά, με πολύ ωραία θέα την λίμνη. Πάρκινγκ βρίσκαμε συνέχεια στον δρόμο, χωρίς πρόβλημα. Ο οικοδεσπότης, ο κύριος Οδυσσέας πολύ ευγενικός και πάντα στη διάθεσή μας! Ευχαριστούμε θερμά για τα σνακ και το γλυκό, και προ πάντων για τα σύκα!😊 Όλα ήταν τέλεια!

My wife and I stayed in the apartment for several days. The apartment is clean and pleasant, the host is absolutely charming, and the place is equipped with everything you need. We really enjoyed our stay at the place and we highly recommend it to anyone coming to the area to stay here.

The house was equipped with the latest modern amenities, and what stands out the most about the apartment is its spaciousness and the breathtaking view of nature. Breakfast essentials and personal care products were noticeably available. The location is excellent, and the area is quiet. I highly recommend everyone to visit the place and enjoy their vacation. What I appreciate the most is the host’s flexibility, as they allowed me to check out after the designated time on the website. I had a great time… Thank you! I hope the owner adds a laundry, as this is the only thing missing from the apartment among all the great features I mentioned.

Brand new, spotlessly clean and modern. The hosts were very nice and always available if I needed anything. They had thoughtfully stocked the kitchen with bottled water, a bottle of wine, snacks, coffee etc..... Bathroom and shower was wonderful! Also stocked with very good bath products. I felt very relaxed and comfortable there and would definitely recommend it to friends, family and anyone else looking for a place in the beautiful city of Ioannina, Greece!
