Air con was a blessing! Location is superb, very close to the Vatican and close to convenience stores and good, authentic Italian restaurants.

• Aurimas (10/5): Exceptional - If you want to live near Vatican, this place is perfect. Two bathrooms was very convenient for a family trip. I think I saw one cockroach, everything else was perfect.

• Kimberly (10/5): Perfect for a quick stop in Rome! - Excellent city-style location with everything you need. Beds were quite comfortable! The entry instructions were easy to follow, well organized and very helpful host.
• David (10/5): Perfect location for Vatican and exploring Rome via Metro - We chose Vincenzo's place for location, having two "real" beds and AC, and value. We had stayed in the neighborhood before and were familiar with it. It's clean, ready when promised, and Vincenzo is helpful. There is a Todis grocery two blocks away, and be sure to visit the Trionfale Market, two blocks in the other direction. It's about halfway between Cipro and Ottaviano metro stations, too, which is very convenient. Rome is a big, noisy city, and even though the apartment is on the (US) 5th floor, it faces Via Candia, which is a major street with emergency vehicles at all hours and trash pickup at 2am. If you are a light sleeper, you'll want earplugs! A coffee machine would be nice (we did not find the Lavazzo shown in the photo of the kitchen), and maybe a shelf in the shower.

• George (9/5): “Make yourself at home”, describes our staying. - So, a great house in a location very near to the Vatican. Exactly under the house there is bus stop where you can take the bus for all the important sights of the city. The house was clean, pretty spacious and it was very secure. Either for a big family or a group of friends it’s amazing, thanks to the 3 bedrooms (2 and 1 sofa that becomes bed) and 2 bathrooms. Mr. Vincenzo was very polite and on the day of arrival he sent me all the important information about the house. A great choice for your staying in Rome. We surely gonna stay there again in our next visit. A very central road with quite a lot of traffic and noise. At some point it was very tiring, but you get used to it so it’s not a big problem.

• Alejandra (10/5): Wonderful! - The space and the price overall. Very beautiful apartment, clean right near the Vatican City which is a major tourist stop. It’s across the bridge which means it’s not near the train terminal, but taxis are relatively cheap.
