L'host molto premurosa, ci ha dato molti consigli su cosa visitare e dove mangiare; giornalmente ci inviava messaggi se tutto procedeva bene, mettendosi a disposizione per qualsiasi problema👏👏 super+++
• Raoul (10/5): Super appartement et très bon emplacement - Top emplacement, à proximité des commerces, des transports en communs, sans être ennuyé par le bruit urbain. Appartement conforme à la description. Sans souci. Ghenet a toujours été réactive à répondre à nos questions et on sent qu'elle est vraiment là pour nous rendre le séjour le plus agréable possible. Cuisine bien équipée et bonne literie. 3ème fois que nous venons sur Naples et si on revient une 4ème fois, nous reprendrons cet appartement.

• Manuela (9/5): - Zeer schoon en goed verzorgd, keuken voorzien met alle benodigdheden en licht midden in het hartje van Napoli. Metro 10min. Op loopafstand en dichtbij zijnde treinstation!
• Daisy (9/5): Fantastisch verblijf in een chaotische, doorleefde maar supergezellige stad - Fantastische locatie, midden op de scheidslijn tussen oud en nieuw Napels, de zogenaamde Spaccanapoli. Vanuit deze plek ligt de stad aan je voeten. Het is niet zozeer een echt negatief punt maar een van de twee slaapkamers is laag, heel laag. Zo’n 1.65m bij de balken. Je moet dus bukken. Heeft meteen ook weer iets grappigs

• Raquel (8/5): Fab place - Great location, in the historic centre of Naples.It felt a very authentic place in a typical building. Really handy to walk around Naples. The apartment was lovely and tastefully decorated. Kitchen facilities if you want to cook were good. Complimentary coffee with a Nespresso machine. The host was very friendly and very accommodating, giving us lots of ideas of places to go and kept in touch throughout. Air conditioning in the bedrooms. The only thing was the lift, as you have to pay 0.10 cents to go on it and being a 4th floor with suitcases is a must. So you need to be aware before you go so you have coins. The shower took a while to heat up but was good when at the right temperature. Not air conditioning in the living room but with the window open it felt ok, not too hot.

• TravelBRIKS (9/5): Een oase van rust in een drukke en warme stad. - Dimora Scora is een oase van rust in een stad vol rumour, chaos en hitte. Het is een ruim en modern ingericht appartement met een grote woonkamer/keuken met twee ruime slaapkamers met elk een eigen badkamer. Het appartement was schoon en is van vele gemakken voorzien. Midden in de stad gelegen, dus alles dichtbij: winkels, minimarket, metro, bakker, restaurants. De gastvrouw was erg behulpzaam en reageert snel op vragen. Goed aanbevolen! Geen tegenvallers op te noemen.

• Silvio (8/5): Cozy and modern apartment in a very traditional area of Naples. - The whole apartment seems to have been recently renewed. All the appliances were there/available. Very good quality of the linens. Good air conditioned and acoustic isolation considering the busy area. The ceiling in the main bedroom is pretty low (you need to watch out to do not hit your head in the columns).

• Linda (10/5): Amazing host. Fantastic accomodation. - The host was exceptionally knowledgeable and most helpful - no problems, only solutions. Communication was prompt and excellent. We could not have asked for more from the booking to the check in, and the accommodation was superb. The situation was also perfect - we would never stay anywhere else in Naples. We would recommend 100%.
• Ewa (9/5): Superb - The apartment was very nicely furnished and well-equipped, the host was always reachable through WhatsApp and very helpful, and the restaurant tips were great. The mattresses were not a good fit for us, but that is a matter of personal preference. The ceiling in one of the bedrooms is really very low; there’s not much to do about this, but it is a little bit disturbing. Additionally, we missed an instruction about garbage segregation. As I said the apartment was very nicely furnished and well-equipped, except the wine opener was missing, probably broken by a previous guest. It would be good if this was checked before new guests arrive.
• Markus (10/5): Excellent and comfortable work and family stay in central Naples - It was an exceptional stay. The first and second day were the last days of an international conference I attended, just a few metres away from Dimora Scura at the Faculty of Architecture, so it was for me a perfect position. Then we past two more days as tourists with my family. Everything was perfect. The host was always available via WhatsApp to answer every question, also when on the first day I didn't understand immediately how to work with app to enter the property. But at the end it was really easy (I don't know if it's an objective difficulty since I often have this kind of issues...). The flat is located in a historic building with inner courtyard in central Naples but completely renewed (the flat). If you don't know Naples you might be sceptical when entering the Pignasecca neighbourhood. But I can assure that everything was really fine, and the people around there (in the building, at the bar, at the barber, at the many traditional street food shops) were all super friendly and always ready to help. Via Pasquale Scura is the initial part of the famous "Spaccanapoli", a 1.7 km long completely straight street crossing old Naples. The flat itself was super equipped. The windows are noise insulated, so if you want to hear some typical Neapolitan street noise or smell what the neighbours are cooking you must open the window (an important experience!). Otherwise you can stay in complete silence inside the flat. The beds were perfect, the kitchen and the living room too. And having two complete bathrooms is top. You only must pay some attention when entering the second bedroom where tall people might hit their heads. Nothing. Just to say that you must have always 10-cents coins in your pocket because using the lift costs 10 cents. This is quite usual in historic buildings in Naples to avoid that 'strange' people easily go to the upper floors. So, it's actually a plus rather than a minus.
• Max (10/5): A beautiful modern apartment with a wonderful host right in the Central CIty. - Dimora Scura was by far the best apartment we stayed at during our 6-week winter travels. If you want a wonderful modern apartment with a touch of old world charm AND the Central City at your doorstep this is for you! Everything was top-notch, the beds were super comfortable and the apartment itself very quiet. As an older couple with a lot of luggage, we appreciated the lift and a couple of extra pairs of hands to get to the upper floor. I would be remiss if I didn't mention our lovely and communicative host Ghnet, who went way out of her way to retrieve a lost bag at the airport. We actually spent a night away in Sorrento and she made sure our bag arrived safely in our rooms while we were away. Everthing was perfect! I wish I could award more stars!

Ghenet was very accessible via text messaging; cared that we were having a good time and provided many suggestions and information on the area. The low ceilings in one of the bedrooms. Wasn’t a deal breaker and there’s nothing that can be done about it…room was beautiful with the wooden beams…but anyone taller than 5’5” has to bow their head a bit to avoid hitting it on the ceiling. 2nd bedroom is perfect!
