• Syra (9/5): Apartamento muy céntrico y confortable - La atención de Alberto en todo momento súper amable y paciente. El apartamento muy bien ubicado, al lado del puente de San Rafael, la Mezquita y de la judería. Está a pie de calle, es un bajo pero es muy tranquilo en una calle sin ruido y como la cama está al final del espacio alejada de la calle si hubiera algún ruido tampoco lo oirías. Súper limpio, cama muuuuy cómoda, de tamaño normal y almohadas muy cómodas también. Barrio seguro. Bares y restaurantes cerca. Detalle de cápsulas de café y smart TV. Nada, todo perfecto.

• Andreas46 (9/5): Echt cool - Super coole Unterkunft. Wsl ein umgebautes Geschäft in einem Wohnhaus. Ist ausgezeichnet gelungen. Alberto hat alles über WhatsApp sehr gut gemanagt. Angenehme Wohngegend nahe der Römerbrücke, und damit gleich im Zentrum. Von den Touristenmassen spürt man hier gar nichts. Parkplatz ist um die Ecke.

• Antonio (9/5): Cercania con el centro y aparcamiento. - La ubicación y cercanía con el centro de la ciudad, la limpieza, el propietario del alojamiento de 10. Y la proximidad de bares y cafeterías. Al estar situado en un calle peatonal no circulan coches, pero si alguna que otra moto, o patinete se cuela por la calle generando bastante ruido dentro del alojamiento, pero en definitiva.. es el típico alojamiento para llegar destrozado de andar todo el día por la ciudad, duchita y a dormir la mona..

• Javier Humberto (9/5): Check in sencillo y apartamento muy cómodo - Alberto fue muy amable, el check in fue fluido y fácil. Vimos que nos dejó un papel con recomendaciones de lugares para comer, no nos hizo falta porque ya habíamos comido, pero nos gustó el detalle. El apartamento es muy grande y cómodo. Aparcamos fácilmente y gratis por la zona. También nos dejó unas capsulas de café que nos vinieron muy bien. La única pega que pondría es que no tiene ventanas al exterior, y el agua se nos acabó "rápido" (nos dio tiempo a ducharnos los dos).
• Françoise (8/5): Très bien pour visiter Cordoue - L'appartement était conforme à la description, aux photos. Literie très confortable. La salle de bains est fonctionnelle. Le parking est réellement à 2 mn à pieds. La situation géographique est parfaite. L'accès au centre historique par le pont romain se fait en 10mn à pieds, tranquillement. En plus des 2 draps de bains il n'y avait qu'une petite serviette pour deux et pas d'essuie mains. Il y avait des miettes dans le micro-ondes et la machine à café n'avait pas été vidée. Nous ne nous en sommes pas servis. La rue est bruyante (pas de circulation mais les gens parlent fort juste devant la porte et l'on entend les pas des personnes au-dessus. Mais nous dormons avec des boules Quiès donc cela ne nous a pas génés

• Magda Boch. (9/5): Very nice! - Nice apartment — large and spacious, with a very good location within walking distance of the city center. There is free parking where you can leave your car. Very good contact with the owner. The keys are collected from a key box, which makes check-in easy and convenient. The kitchen is large and very well equipped. It was a bit cold, and there was a noticeable smell of sewage in the bathroom.

It’s a ground level apartment, without windows, but it wasn’t such a big deal if you only need it to spend the nights.

• Guest (7/5): Apartamento bueno - Es un espacio cómodo, buen entorno para aparcar, fácil acceso si no tienes movilidad reducida. La iluminación es buenísima. Al ser un local convertido en vivienda, no está insonorizado y el ruido de la calle es muy molesto, porque aún que sea peatonal, pasan motos. El olor a tubería en el baño es insoportable. La cuna es una de viaje, no tiene colchón.

Por mucho que pongas en el cristal algo para opacar,no deja de ser una puerta de chichinabo. Se oia absolutamente todo,hasta la gente respirar cuando pasaban por delante. Yo soy una persona miedosa y esto me causo bastante ansiedad Luego,no esta para nada insonorizado tube unis vecinos en el apartamento de al lado nada silenciosos,y me pase hasta las 4 de la mañana sin pegar ojo,teniendo que trabjar al dia siguiente. (El propietario me pidio disculpas por ello pero,segun el,es algo que no puede evitar. En realidad si,insonorizando el apartamento) Y ya de remate como no hay ventanas, cero ventilación, el baño huele fatal y me encontre un par de amiguitos de 6 patas. Aparte que ese fin de semana llovio muchisimo en Cordoba y las calles estaban hasta arriba de agua pense que acabaria achicando agua de la entrada,y como no hay ventanas pues no sabia como estaba la calle si no abria la puerta Un desastre

Ev sahibi anlayışlı ve ilgiliydi. 1 2 günlük konaklamalar için ideal bir yer Sokağın sesi içeriye çok fazla geliyor, İspanyollar da haliyle biraz gürültülü insanlar oldukları için biraz rahatsız edici.

• Serena (6/5): Non male - La struttura è dotata di tutto il necessario ed è comodo il parcheggio vicino casa e il proprietario gentile e disponibile. Tutto sommato discreto per una notte ma non per famiglie con bimbi piccoli Abbiamo atteso le 15 per il ceck in perché la casa doveva essere pulita, non ho trovato molta pulizia piuttosto tanti profumatori per casa (quasi fastidiosi). Abbiamo dovuto montare noi la culla da viaggio a disposizione e non c’erano lenzuola disponibili per questa.

• EMILIO (9/5): Ideal para una pareja para visitar Córdoba en 3 dias - Todo nuevo y funcionando a la perfección en lo que se refiere al apartamento. Buenas ubicación, a 15 m andando del centro histórico y parking gratuito en una plaza a 100 m. No hay nada relevante. Sólo comentar que está en un barrio sencillo pero sin ningún problema. Lo digo por los que buscan además estar en una zona de lujo o moderna.

• Anna (9/5): Superb - Great location- 10 mins walking from the center, free parking close by, easy access, lovely bathroom. Additional comforter in case you got cold, host very helpful. A bit on the noisier side as the property is right on the street front with a huge glass entrance door, earplugs are recommended for light sleepers.

• Martina (8/5): Nice and clean for the short stay (the entrance door is the only opening in the apartment) - Very friendly and responsive host Alberto. The appartment was not at the exact location as marked on the site but it was very close (maybe 50 m away). Anyway, it was clean, spacious and well ventilated. Glass entrance doors didn't gave me the feeling of feeling safe during the night, especially when people were retunrnig home from the night life.

• Anja (8/5): Very good - Very good value for money. It was clean. Had lot amenities and a fully equipped kitchen. The host response to everyone question very fast. I would add some thick dark blinds or jalousine on the door to block the light from the outside at night. Bed is comfortable, but the sofa could be better.

I recommend it! - This is an interesting place to stay - it is located on the ground floor of an apartment building with a direct entrance from a quiet residential street. The apartment is very spacious and has a surprising amount of modern and interesting fittings. There are quite a lot of possibilities for free parking nearby. The city centre and major streets are close by, but the apartment was very quiet. The lack of windows was a bit unpleasant.
