• Tamara (10/5): - Wonderful stay at Xhibo Villa. Clean, comfortable double‑bedroom apartment with a well‑equipped kitchen and a stunning balcony view. Beautiful clean beach with a great beach bar just below. The owners were incredibly kind and helpful.
• Muhammad Minhaj (10/5): Great affordable place to stay for families. - Great location with a private beach access. Rooms were clean and modern. Well equipped with all facilities including air conditioning. Private parking. Hosts really welcoming and helpful with any requests. Google map location can be misleading so contact host beforehand for exact location. Entrance can be a bit challenging due to nearby construction but can’t complain in this price.

• Piotr (9/5): - It's hard to rate this apartment. Beautiful view. Beautiful private beach, with sunbeds included in the price. Small bar, run by the owner, where you can enjoy a coffee or beer. Peace and quiet, yet within a reasonable distance of the city center. Gated parking. The bathroom is a combined toilet and has no shower. Everything gets wet after a shower. There are no cupboards for clothes. The kitchen is quite sparsely equipped. There are two beds in the bedroom and two in the living room with a kitchen. It's not suitable for two couples. These aren't negatives, but rather inconveniences worth being aware of before arrival. Would I choose this place again? Yes! The location and the beach make it all worthwhile. We only slept in the apartment and spent our evenings on the terrace.

• Afroditi (10/5): - Η τοποθεσία ήταν εξαιρετική πιστεύω η καλύτερη σε όλους τους Αγίου Σαράντα,με άμεση πρόσβαση στη θάλασσα και δωρεάν πάρκινγκ.Μαγευτικη θέα.Το κατάλυμα ήταν πολύ καθαρό και οι οικοδεσπότες ευγενικοί και πρόθυμοι πάντα να εξυπηρετήσουν. Το διαμέρισμα ήταν λίγο άβολο για μια οικογένεια καθώς δεν υπάρχει χώρος αποθήκευσης για ρούχα ντουλάπα η συρταριερα ούτε και χώρος στο μπάνιο για να ακουμπήσεις σαμπουάν κτλ.Επισης στο μπάνιο δεν υπάρχει ντουζιέρα η μπανιέρα με αποτέλεσμα να βγαίνουν όλα τα νερά έξω στο δωμάτιο μετά από κάθε μπάνιο.Τελος δεν υπάρχουν σιτες στα παράθυρα και δεν μπορείς να αφήσεις ανοιχτά γιατί έχει κουνούπια ειδικά μετά το απόγευμα.Η κυρίως πόρτα έχει τζαμι λίγο άβολο καθώς είσαι εκτεθειμένος σε κοινη θέα.Υπαρχει βέβαια μια κουρτίνα αλλά δεν βολεύει.

• Argumedo (10/5): Amazing - The host was always super kind to us, the property has its own little private beach which is super nice. The rooms were very clean and they really made sure we always had everything we needed. Value for the money is super nice. Only thing is it’s not so much on the city center so you should have a car and it’s a 10 minute drive or less to the center of the town but it’s not a problem as they have their parking. Plus the rooms have a sea view

• Magdalena (10/5): Exceptional - A stunning view of the bay – a little slice of paradise. The crystal-clear water makes it a perfect spot for diving. The owners were incredibly helpful, and free sun loungers was a fantastic bonus. The apartment is conveniently located just a 10-minute drive from the promenade. While not an issue for us, it's worth noting that two of the beds are situated in the kitchen area, and the bathroom is a compact combo setup with a shower, toilet, and sink all in one space.
• Nabiul03 (10/5): Family friendly and Super Welcoming - Very family friendly, and the resort manager lady was too nice and welcoming. She helped us in every possible way to enjoy our stay and relax. Highly suggest. The place is a bit hard to find, but some navigation on the road might help.
• Paul (10/5): Paradise - What fabulous find...i read the previous reviews and based on them we decided to book Xhibo and we are very pleased we did From minute 1, we were assisted and made very welcome by the apartment owners and nothing was to much trouble The apartment overlooks a private beach in a bay where the water is crystal clear and wonderful and safe to swim in As this apartment is a bit of the beaten track it is best that you have a car to drive to some of the local restaurants...its not essential but it is a big help having a car to get out and about etc We can not recommend this apartment highly enough if you want a beautiful place to just chill out and enjoy the sea If i was to be a bit pickie i would say the beds are not very comfortable...but that seams to be the norm for Albania

• Massimo (9/5): Superb - The property has a private beach which is right at your doorstep. The owners are a very nice and friendly family, we felt like at home. The property is far from Saranda´s movida (and that´s good). It does not feature a restaurant but you can bring your own dinner and/or get it delivered right at the hotel to have dinner in front of the sea.
