• Georgios (10/5): Fantastic flat, great host! - The host was very accommodating, she made it very easy for me to arrange the most suitable time to pick up the keys and the whole experience was seamless. The flat is in top shape, brand new, and it features a fantastic back-facing balcony that is very quiet and serene. Moreover, the host was always willing to help and had the flat equipped with everything you might need. Finally, there's a super-market as you exit the door (literally!) - so it is extremely easy to stock up with anything you want, as well as a bakery 2 mins away (walking distance) - which makes the location even better!

"stroboscopic" light at house entrance strong oil smell in stair case (from heating; not notable inside the flat)

• Richard (10/5): Absolutely Exceptional - We have never experienced hospitality like this, that includes 5 star hotels all over the world. We were met by the lovely Marietta, she showed us round the absolutely immaculate apartment. The apartment has literally everything you could ever need and smelled gorgeous. Marietta has put her personal touch on every inch of the place, there was cold water in the fridge, washing powder for our clothes, a medical kit, nothing has been missed. Marietta gave us recommendations on her favourite restaurants, that are all within walking distance and were all exceptional. We happened to notice that there were beautiful lemon trees in the garden, the next afternoon we were greeted by Marietta with a bag of fresh lemons and herbs from her garden. Unbelievable. Chalandri is a few mins walk away and is a buzzing fabulous city with lovely shops and restaurants and there is a supermarket literally underneath the apartment with anything you could ever need. The apartment is perfection, the hospitality even better. Thank you to Marietta and family for your kindness, we cannot wait to come back to your beautiful apartment and will be regular guests and friends for life. Thank you for everything, you made our stay in Athens so incredibly special and memorable, from Richie, Kathleen, Colin and Kathy xx Absolutely nothing, everything was perfect.

• Petros (10/5): Exceptional - Host did everything to help us during our stay, from advising how to order a meal and where to eat out, up to letting us stay later than the normal check-out time (our flight was late in the afternoon) as she had no booking on the next day. Flat is nice and had everything that we needed. We will definetely stay there again, in our next trip to Athens.
