Апартаментът е чист, с всичко необходимо. Хранителните магазини са на няколко минути. Понеже гледа към булевард Буенос Айрес е малко шумно, но не прекалено и не е нещо, което да смущава престоя.
• HONGYE (5/5): - New apartment with air conditioning and 3 security gates, which made us feel safe. 13m walk from station. The host is kind to help us check in 1.We have four people but when we arrived the apartment, the sofa bed is not ready, we need to make the bed by ourselves (first time I've ever met) 2.There is much hair on the pillows and sheets in the bedroom, I think they did not change clean bedding for us. 3.The apartment has a smart central air conditioning system with a control panel. However, despite trying many methods, we couldn't lower the temperature, and the entire room remained very hot.

• Guest (9/5): Very good ! - The apartment , location , a close supermarket We have been lucky , that We meet in front of the building the gay Nikita ! He contact the owner , received on his phone the instructions how to get inside the property ! I never experienced something like this ! It was better that the owner would send me the instructions on my email ! Without the help from Nikita , We were going to sleep on the street , or need to find another hotel ! Booking.com should prevent about this !

• Aleksandr (10/5): Perfect place to stay - The apartment is well located ~ 10 minutes from Milano Centrale. It is super clean and fresh! It was unable to control the AC system from the centralized system, and the washing machine was loaded by the owner, so I couldn’t use it.
• Pravesh (9/5): Communication on checking and confirmation. - Communication with the owner before checking was late and not existent. I had to call to confirm if my booking was valid on the day I was suppose to cheking. However after that communication was okay.

• Lily (7/5): Ok for the price - Location close to Centrale station and owner is responsive and helpful for us to early check in to leave our bags. The main door handle came off, sofa bed was stained badly and creaky when sleeping. Spare duvet was stained so we didn’t use. No shampoo provided, just hair conditioner and body wash. Moka pot was not cleaned so we didn’t use. These are all small things that can be improved. Overall, properly is clean enough, good for short stay as is close to the station and fair price.

• Pawel (10/5): Excellent stay, Milan is beautiful as always and this is great location - The apartment was nice, very clean, close to the station (10 min walk) and city centre (40 min walk). The roadworks, lots of drilling going on the street and it’s main road so with windows open very loud. It’s confusing to get to the apartment but we got a video which helped.
