• Olena (7/5): - Месторасположение очень хорошее. До площади Аютоменто 200 метров, 100м до Карефура. В квартире очень тихо. Единственное, окна упираются в дом напротв, так что естественного света мало. Есть небольшой балкончик для тех кто курит. Вот только, если у вас тяжелый чемодан придется его тащить наверх по узкой крутой лестнице. Квартирка потрепаная жильцами, но все необходимое есть и располодена идеально. Второго комплекта постельного белья нет, так что на диване спать не расчитывайте, хотя он широкий. Для пары квартира идеальна. Крутая неудоьная лестница.

El suelo (parque) está todo hinchado y a desnivel, es un 5º sin ascensor (al lado de los contador de luz), las vigas con humedad extrema y las paredes cayendo agua… en fin no nos ha gustado, es inhumano pasar una noche ahi. No nos dieron solucion. No cojáis el atico.
• Raber (1/5): Nie little place, bad host! - I liked the fact that it is conviniently located in the center of Valencdia and you can walk around and get to places easily. Crazy manager! I booked the place for 7 nights until 23-30 November. I arried there, got the keys and checked in. I had a trip to Barcelona and the Geneva. whichever I would go to first would take 2-3 nights and Id' be back to Valencia on 1 December. So I checkedwith the ladies working there, they said it is availabel 3-6 December. I booked it and paid cash before going to Geneva on 30 November. While in Geneva, there was a possibility of staying more than expected date of return on 3 December. So I messaged them through the Booking.com if it was possibel to cancel my booking. I did not get any response. So I assuemd they did not see and would not cancel. So I got back as originalyl planned to Valencai on 3 December and went to the place and asked for hte keys. And the ladiessaid but you asked for cancellation. I said yes, but nobody said it has been cancelled and what the terms of canellation are (like how much of the cash I would lose and how much I would get back), so I assuemd it is not cancelled so here I am. The ladies said ok, gave me a key and chedcked me, nd sais they would also check with the manager if cacnellation was still possible, I said no need. I am staying tonightg, tomorrow I will go to Baercelona, and come back the day after, I still need the room for 5 December. They said ok. I left early in the morning on 4 December to Barcelona (4 am), and left the key in the mailbox and messaged them on booking.com to say I am out to Barcelona nad left the key there, but would be back for the last night (that I had paid for). Again, I did not get any response as usual. When I got back on 5 December, I went there nad said can I gret th ekey back. The Manager was there and she was like, your booking was cancelled, and your money lost! you can't just come here and ask for the key. "You are crazy" tht's literally what she said to my face.
• Jan (7/5): Sehr zentral und das kostet. Etwas reparaturbedürftig, aber insgesamt ok. - Die Lage war super, inmitten der Altstadt. Restaurants und Supermarkt direkt in nähester Umgebung, 2-3 Minuten Fu´weg. Trotzdem war es nachts sehr ruhig, da es in einer Seitenstraße war. Kühlschrank und Küchenaustasttung soweit vorhanden und hat funktioniert. Bett war sehr bequem. Apartment braucht definitiv ein paar Reparaturen: der Boden und die Küchenzeile haben mehrere größere Risse. Der Fön ist defekt - bei erster Benutzung direkt abgeraucht. Auch der gebrochene Klo-Deckel sollte erneuert werden. Der Internetanschluss hat nicht funktioniert, keines meiner Geräte konnte sich mit dem WLAN verbdingen. Mein größtes Manko mit dem Apartment sind Infos im Listing und Kommunikation: - Listing sagt Checkin ab 14 Uhr, laut Nachrichten war es ab 15 Uhr - Adresse laut Listing Nummer 11. Nummer 11 existiert nicht in der Straße, richtig war Nummer 10b. - Telefonnummer im Listing existiert nicht mehr Das Erhalten der Schlüssel war chaotisch. Trotz erfolgreichem Online Checkin wurden keine Infos zum Erhalt der Schlüssel via Messaging bereitgestellt. Ein Anruf war ohne Erfolg, da die Nummer im Listing nicht mehr aktiv ist (oder Anrufe von internationalen Nummern blockt). Glücklicherweise bemerkten mich Mitarbeiter einer Firma direkt neben dem Apartment und kannten die Inhaber und haben mir so den Zugriff zum Apartment ermöglicht.
• Alarcon Muñoz (6/5): - La ubicación en pleno centro A ver,la cama se hunde en el medio,te ponías en un lado de la cama a calzarte y se levantaba el colchón del otro extremo,el sofá el respaldo estaba inclinado hacia adelante y,no sé podía poner de otra manera,el televisor la antena un montón de interferencia, supongo que culpa de antena o instalación, entiendo que está en pleno centro, pero son pisos no un hotel,lo venden como un hotel y no lo es ,la chica que tienen de contacto ninguna pega al contrario al momento contestaba, pero al tenerlo de esa manera tendría que invertir un poco en mantenimiento,me sabe mal, pero con gusto habría pagado más por mejorar la experiencia,nada más que decir,ahhh,y,la nevera no enfría,no sé qué problema tiene

• Romero nogales (1/5): - Muy mal cada vez que encendíamos algo se iba la luz, se salía el agua de la ducha y se hacia un charcazo grande no había ni alfombra en el baño para cuando salías de la ducha, no había ni cepillo ni fregona para limpiar por si manchabamos ni para fregar los charcos de la ducha no había cambio de sabanas ni teníamos ni sábanas para esa cama era un cubre edredón como bajera, se le olvidó darnos el código del portal para entrar a casa tuvimos que llamarla se le olvidó darnos las llaves de la terraza también tuvimos que llamarla y tardó mucho, sonaba muchísimo el frigorífico,era un quinto sin ascensor y no se especificaba en el anuncio, las sartenes y todo pésimo el suelo sin limpiar encontramos una lentillas en el suelo y nosotros no usamos había telarañas, el precio para lo que era y como estaba fatal no volveríamos en absoluto

• Francisco (2/5): - Estaba céntrico Había un teléfono para contactar, llamé 5 veces y nadie cogió el teléfono, en la caja fuerte había las llaves de 2 apartamentos, menos mal que me encontré con la de la limpieza y me dijo cuál era la mía. Sí metías la llave en la cerradura de la entrada la puerta no se abría, tardé en darme cuenta que para abrir no había que meter la llave hasta dentro.

Su booking non vengono fornite istruzioni precise ed è complicato trovare il numero da contattare a cui rispondono. Uno do quelli forniti è sempre irraggiungibile. Noi inizialmente abbiamo pensato ad una truffa. La persona che poi si riesce a contattare parla solo spagnolo, inglese nulla. Gli appartamenti si trovano dal terzo al quinto piano senza ascensore e non sono puliti, comprese le lenzuola. Prezzi alti e disagio totale.Un grande NO Ceck in, scale ripide senza ascensore e pulizia
• Maria (1/5): Desorganización - Nada Honestamente no puedo valorar el alojamiento en sí porque no llegamos a verlo siquiera. A las 20:00 de la tarde del día de llegada nos avisa la propietaria que no nos puede alojar por un problema que han tenido (no sabemos cuál) y que nos tiene que buscar otro sitio. Es cierto que nos buscó otro hotel pero sin preocuparse lo más mínimo qué tal estábamos o si todo iba bien. El hotel no sabemos el precio que tenía pero la categoría era inferior a lo nosotras habíamos contratado. No me había ocurrido esto nunca y espero que no me vuelva a pasar. Entiendo que pueden surgir imprevistos pero que nos avisen una hora antes de llegar a Valencia…

• Brian Pelletier (8/5): Great location, could have used better communication with the host, but the apartment was really nic - The location is great, very close to everything in the center of Old Town. The apartment is clean and functional. A bit of trouble getting in. I requested early check in, was told they would let me know when it was ready, but didn't hear anything. I went to the address -- the address on the confirmation is one number different from the instructions -- but no one was there. It took several calls, many messages, and an email before I got a response and met the woman who gave me the keys. After I got in, I asked about the code for the door, and was given ALL the instructions for getting into the building and getting the key out of the lockbox. I'm not sure why they didn't provide this right away.
• Wedwardes (9/5): Wonderful apartment but no lift - Great location close to the Plaza del Ayuntamiento, Mercado Central, train station and Carrefour Express for provisions. The apartment is quite spacious with a kitchen adequately stocked. There is no lift and it is 33 steps to the apartment. The stone steps look very old. Arrival was a bit scary with the seemingly complex key service. But all went well on following the instructions carefully.
• Samer (9/5): Pleasant and lovely - It was clean and cozy. Full of facilities. Near everything I couldn’t use the Wi-Fi if any and the host didn’t give me any answers of my request although I contacted them through all channels

• Христина (5/5): It is fair for the price and location - The location is really good. Right in the center of the city. The bed is comfortable and the bathroom is not as small as we expected. There are basic kitchen essentials so if you don’t want to eat out you have that option The whole area smelled like urine. The building is old and the stairs are super narrow, it is difficult to walk with a big suitcase. The apartment is small, there are a lot of things that need repairing and some unnecessary additional rules which if you don’t follow there are extra charges which are not clarified in the booking.
• John (5/5): Passable - Location. Comfortable bed. Appt not the one in photo's. Spartan. No way to boil water. No tea towels, oven glove. Poor lighting.
• Antoine (8/5): Nice family trip in Valencia - Very well located in the center of Valencia. The flat is efficient and relatively comfortable. The location is not noisy. The apartment is small for 4 persons (2 adults and 2 kids) but I guess it is fine given that we’re here to visit and not for spending time in the apartment.
• Kathleen (7/5): Good value for money - Superb location Kitchen area was well equipped but the fittings were basic and looked tired. The shower fitting was broken. The description should state that there is no lift and you have to climb 66 very steep steps to enter the property
