La cuisine ne contenait aucune vaisselle. La chambre n'est pas terminée, peu d'équipements. Le sol était sale (la salle de bain paraissait propre) Le plan de travail de la petite cuisine était poussiéreux.. Ça peut convenir pour une nuit ou deux.

• Abdelhak El Kahli (10/5): شكرا لمدير الهوسطل - موقع ممتاز وسط البلد قريب من كل المزارات. غرف كبيرة و مجهزة بتجهيزات فنادق 4 نجوم. استقبال مميز و اقل من 5 دقائق اخدت الغرفة. نسيت السماعات فوق السرير و كلموني في نفس اليوم عبر الواتساب. كل المستخدمين طيبين و يقدمون كل المساعدات من أجل راحة الزبون. فوطة واحدة لكل زبون غير كافية.

• Joffrey (9/5): Bon séjour à Downtown - La chambre (chambre avec 2 lits doubles) était spacieuse et propre. Réception ouverte 24h/24 avec un personnel qui parle bien anglais. Les lits sont confortables et propres. Savon, shampooing et serviettes mises à disposition. L'hôtel se situe dans une rue assez peu passante et assez peu bruyante, mais ça reste Le Caire donc il y a toujours des bruits de klaxon. L'immeuble est vieux, délabré et sale, mais une fois dans la zone de l'hôtel tout va bien (c'est rénové). Ce n'est pas très bien isolé pour le bruit et la température. Le petit-déjeuner n'est pas très varié mais reste correct pour le prix (pas de possibilité d'avoir le petit-déjeuner avant 8h30). Le sèche cheveux ne fonctionne pas.

Franciszka na dworze władcy Egiptu). Hotel ma wystarczające wygody. Poprosiliśmy o czajnik i szklanki i dostaliśmy. Klima w pokoju. W niektóre dni wieczorami było głośno z ulicy, ale zrobiło się znacznie ciszej po skończonym ramadanie. Śniadanie przynoszą po zgłoszeniu do pokoju. Uwaga, nie ma pościeli i ręczników. jest tylko prześcieradło i poszewki na poduszkę. Trzeba mieć swoje albo najpewniej dokupić. Nasz pobyt trwał 7 dni. Mam już spore doświadczenie z różnych miejsc w Egipcie i mogę zdecydowanie polecić ten hostel, pod warunkiem, że nie zależy Wam na luksusie. Hostel jest na 4 piętrze.

• Juan (10/5): Buena ubicación en el centro y excelente precio - La ubicación es muy buena, puedes caminar por el centro fácilmente, tienes toalla y jabón líquido disponible, el personal es muy amable y el desayuno estaba bueno. Al llegar debes subir hasta el piso 4 por las escaleras, por fuera se ve más feo, cuando ingresas, pero al entrar está bien.

Lo sirven a partir de las 8:30, que viene siempre a ser mas tarde, eso hace que te pierdas el desayuno siempre, pues cuando haces visitas programadas, te vienen a recoger a las 8 de la mañana. Te vas siempre sin desayunar.

Ausstattung könnte besser sein, es gibt nur ein kleines TV und einen Wasserkocher.

• MATHIAS (8/5): Ubicación central y buen internet, pero limpieza y descanso cuestionables - La ubicación es muy buena, bien central en el downtown y práctica para moverse. El internet funciona muy bien. La ducha tiene buena presión y temperatura; si bien moja todo el baño al usarla, es un aspecto mejorable pero he estado en situaciones peores. La atención del personal es correcta y permiten dejar las maletas, algo muy útil. El precio está en línea con lo ofrecido. El principal problema es la limpieza de la ropa de cama: las sábanas tenían manchas visibles, lo que resulta realmente desagradable y genera dudas sobre la higiene de almohadas y toallas. Deberían dejar más papel higiénico, ya que es incómodo tener que solicitarlo constantemente. La ventana de la habitación no cerraba bien y, al no ser termopanel, se filtra mucho el ruido exterior, afectando directamente el descanso. El desayuno también es mejorable, aunque por el precio se comprende.

• Chiara (1/5): Las fotos son una gran mentira. Desafortunadamente son estos los estándares en Cairo down town. - La cama por lo menos estaba limpia y cómoda. La posición es céntrica La finca y el hostel son muy decadentes. Parece un narcopiso, pero creo que está dentro de los estándares de El Cairo down town. No puedes encontrar mejor a no ser que subas mucho el presupuesto. El personal carece de profesionalidad (no hicieron el desayuno (pagado) un día porque no había tiempo- cuando había avisado con antelación que necesitábamos un early breakfast to-go). Las fotos son literalmente de hace 20 años. La estructura no es la de las fotos. Las toallas se caían a pedazos. Fue un error de decisión
• منال (10/5): - من يوم ما اتعرفت على هذا الفندق وانا ما اسكن الا فيه كل مرات نزولي للقاهرة وانا عندهم مريح جدا بالنسبة ليه واحب اسكن في نفس الغرفة الكبيرة نظيفه وحلوه نفس كل تعليقاتي الطاقم اللي موظفينه محترم ومتعاون وخدوم جدااااا الشباب و الان انضافت بنت جديده في الاستقبال اسمها نور والله انها إضافة ممتازة للفندق نتصل عليها نبغى مفتاح شفره تنزلنا تطلعنا والله ما قصرت معانا انصح الجميع فيه الغرفة في الدور الرابع ماحب اسكن في الدور الثالث

ROOM **Booked the Budget Double Room - may have gotten an unannounced upside upgrade +Very large room. With a separate kitchenette. And large bathroom. +Linens were clean. BATHROOM +Hot water. Lots of water pressure. Fancy shower setup STAFF/LOBBY +Everyone I interacted with was friendly and helpful KITCHEN/MEALS +Kitchenette (fridge, burner, microwave, basic utensils) in the room +Breakfast was omlette, beans, falafel, pita, fruit and vegetables and choice of coffee, tea or juice on day 1. Day 2 was two boiled eggs, feteer, fruits and vegetables, and choice of drink. OTHER +Online payment ROOM -The walls needed some attention. The couch was filthy with stains. BATHROOM -no shower curtain so floor was always wet -nowhere to hang your wet towel STAFF/LOBBY -staff was smoking in the lobby -elevator requires a key, which means when you first arrive you have to walk up the fourth floor with your luggage KITCHEN/MEALS -no water refill NOISE -my room was right on the street. So there was some noice during the night WIFI -mostly fine, but some slowness and connection issues

À proximité du centre-ville et de commerces/restaurants. Déjeuner servi directement à la chambre. Le réfrigérateur et l'air climatisé sont bien appréciés! Pas de rideau de douche, ni descente de bain, donc ça éclabousse partout dans la salle de bain. Pas de crochets dans la salle de bain dans 1 des 3 chambres expérimentées. L'une des chambres avait le cadrage de porte un peu défoncé donc il fallait verrouiller à double tour pour barrer la porte. L'immeuble est un peu délabré mais les chambres sont confortables et ont les équipements promis dans les réservations.

• Claudia (7/5): Pulizia da migliorare, ok per il resto - La posizione è perfetta per visitare il Cairo. Lo staff è sempre disponibile e sono tutti molto carini. La stanza è spaziosa, e la colazione, sebbene basica, è abbastanza buona. Il letto era pieno di peli, e la coperta era tutta macchiata... Dava la sensazione di non essere stata lavata tra ospite e ospite. È un peccato perché la struttura ha potenziale, ma purtroppo non è un piccolo dettaglio che puo essere trascurato. Il lavoro primario di una stanza è quella di poter dormire in un letto pulito, e purtroppo qui non è stato possibile.
• Santelices Bravo (1/5): No reserven en este Hotel - Nada Llegamos y nos recibe un muchacho que nos dice el hotel nuestro será otro, nos cambiaron a otro hotel caminando con en equipaje por las calles, sin ninguna explicación, era tarde así que ya no nos quedaba de otra, intenté contactarme con booking o alguien sé que hiciera responsable y no hubo respuesta, el mucho me escribió hasta las 3 de la mañana y yo le indiqué que quería dormir, continuaba hostigando ofreciéndome tour y actividades. No puedo calificar un lugar en el cual no me quedé, la recepción fue pésima, un hostigamiento abrumador y por sobretodo que nadie se hacía responsable que pagamos por un hotel y habitación que no corresponde. Nos llevaron al Space Hotel Cairo, una habitación pequeña que no se parece en nada a la de la fotografía, la ducha se subía hasta arriba y la habitación no se limpiaba en varios días, pésima experiencia no volveré.

Hot water pressure is good The hostel is old and the furniture too. Air corn is leaking water A socket near bed has problem. i want to charge my phone, and cause the electric shock, ended up my charger is broken. But this is not the hostel fault, maybe they also dnt know about this. The mgnt rmb to get fix on it.

• Alexandre (8/5): - Excellent rapport qualité/prix. Personnel gentil et serviable. Réception ouverte 24h/24h. À proximité du centre-ville et de commerces/restaurants. Déjeuner servi directement à la chambre. Pas de rideau de douche, ni descente de bain, donc ça éclabousse partout dans la salle de bain. • Edwin Alonso (10/5): Aceptable - La ubicación era muy buena, con comercios y lugares para comer alrededor. Fácil llegar caminando al museo y al río nilo con el GPS, el personal es muy amable aunque no hablan español intentan de alguna manera comunicarse. La limpieza de la habitación, en nuestra estadía de 3 días no pasaron a revisar nada o tal vez sea así en todos los hoteles.
• Donica (6/5): Needs a bit of a refresh, yet is excellent value for money, great breakfast. - The staff and breakfast was excellent. The size of the rooms and bed comfort was also very good. We were travelling with a group of 6 and they put most of our rooms together on one floor which was nice. The building is extremely run down, broken windows between floors (not part of the hostel), the elevator was also not always working. So we found that the photos didn't really reflect how run down the building was. With that said, it was very inexpensive and so keeping that in mind it was a good value for money.

• Marta (5/5): Brudno - Bardzo serdeczna obsługa. Miła i pomocna. Działająca klimatyzacja, bardzo sprawne wi-fi, lodówka i czajnik. Pod prysznicem zawsze była ciepła woda a w pokoju szerokie wygodne łóżko. Pomimo że był czajnik, to nie było ani jednej szklanki w której można by zaparzyć herbatę.Jedna ściana pokoju to nieszczelne okno przez które hałas z ulicy słychać całą dobę. Zasłony w oknach pourywane, przez tydzień, pomimo naszej prośby, nikt ani razu nie posprzątał pokoju. Wilgoć na ścianach powoduje odpadanie tynku, grzyb w łazience. Klatka schodowa ohydnie bruna i śmierdząca. Ręczniki poplamione i nieładnie pachnące. Wiem że to hostel więc nie oczekuję fajerwerków, ale żeby przynajmniej było czysto. Zdjęcia na stronie booking nie mają nic wspólnego z rzeczywistością.

• Miguel Angel (10/5): Regresaré cuando vuelva a Egipto m - Excelente atención, las habitaciones cómodas y buena ubicación. La atención de Zeinab fue excelente, siempre atenta y dispuesta a ayudar. Me consiguió un tour a Saqqara, Memfis y Dahshur con las 3 B (Bueno, Bonito y Barato). Todo ok.

• Jonata (1/5): Hotel non conforme alla descrizione. - niente non sono veri le foto che sono postate, situato in un palazzo vecchissimo, diviso in due piani, il palazzo e da ristrutturare..al nostro arrivo ci hanno chiesto 51€ per un altra cameta perche non avevamo l'atto del matrimonio, mai sucesso prima di ora.. le camere sono ridotte male, la doccia non aveva l'acqua calda, per 2giorni. lenzuola non c erano, 1asciugamano e basta, nero macchiato con la candeggina e cerano i capelli attaccati, e disgustoso sentirseli adosso.. la colazione fa pena... un incubo, sconsigliatissimo

Siamo rimasti bloccati in ascensore per qualche minuto. Si potrebbe migliorare l’accoglienza della struttura. Data un’escursione prenotata presto ci è stato detto che la colazione ci sarebbe stata servita in camera ad un orario concordato, promessa non mantenuta.

• Mohamed (10/5): such a hidden Gem! - I was very happy with my experience. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the check-in process was smooth even though I arrived late at night. The room was clean and comfortable, the air conditioning worked very well, and the bathroom had a bathtub which was a nice surprise. Overall, it was a great stay for an excellent price. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others The only issue I found is that the elevator requires a code, so if you don’t have it, you always need someone to take you up. This was a bit inconvenient at times, but everything else was really good.”
