Guest Reviews
- Gebremichael (8/5): -
- Sarah (8/5): Good location very comfortable beds 🙂 - Great rooms , very comfortable Had to park on the road ( it did say pre booking that there was on site parking)
It was ok but with a van and valuable tools it wasn’t ideal - this was the only negative thing sorry !
- James Smith (8/5): Peak district - Spacious room, good facilities and clean and friendly host. Would recommend a TV in the bedroom as have no access to living room,
- Clément (8/5): -
- Nessbert (1/5): Bad -
- Callum (10/5): Exceptional -
- Martin (9/5): Comfortable and great value - Great value, spacious, clean and modern decor Not quite the building in the centre of the picture but it didn’t really matter and was excellent value
- Barbara (8/5): Very good - It was not clear whether we could leave toiletries in the bathroom or food in the kitchen. It would be great to have designated cupboards or shelves for our items. in those areas. Also apart from talking to us on arrival we didn't see Lauren again which was a pity since she seemed like a nice interesting person.
- Kasturi (7/5): Good - The host was really kind and helpful, very accomodative. The shower was a bit small
- Gregor (8/5): I needed a bed....I had a bed. - I needed a bed close to my work...It did that. It was found by searching for accomodation and the main attributes I was looking for was 'Entire property' Located close to work. It turns out it was not an entire property.
Also, not a big deal but I think the light in the downstairs toilet doesn't work.
- Hassaan (10/5): Exceptional - Host went above and beyond to help me on several occasions. She is very caring and friendly !!!
- Gerard (6/5): Pleasant - Great bed
- Paul (9/5): Superb -
- Naseer (10/5): Exceptional -
- Damian (10/5): Lovely house with friendly and welcoming host. - The House was very clean , comfortable and the WIFI was great so I could work form the room. Lauren is very friendly and makes you feel most welcome. Hazel Grove has plenty of shops, bars and places to eat and is a short distance from Stockport, Manchester and the surrounding area. Nothing. It was all great, I recommend it.

- Robert (10/5): Excellent for business or short leisure break - Excellent communication, easy to find and late check-in procédure worked well. Rooms very clean and tidy, beds were really deep and confortable great nights spent there. Rooms equipped with desk, screen, keyboard etc to hook up a PC. Thoroughly recommend Atrium House for a short break for leisure or business alike. Put towels on end of bed !!
- Om (10/5): Exceptional -
- Jake (10/5): Exceptional -

- Ahmad (10/5): Exceptional - Very easy and fast check in
- Monikat (10/5): Exceptional - Great room, everything was very clean and nice. The owner, Lauren was amazing, very friendly and helpful. The train station is just 10 minute walk from house. Also there is parking available on street if you are coming with car. Quite and nice street. Definitely would recommend staying here.
- Chris (7/5): Worth it as a 1-2 night stopover - Overall a pleasant stay. Comfy bed, reasonably sized bedrooms, friendly host.
Good communications leading up to the stay, which was for 2 of my adult children to have somewhere as a base to be able to attend their grandfather's funeral in Hazel Grove. Location was perfect for that purpose and would be for anyone needing a base around Stockport or the south of Manchester. As a suggestion, there should probably be mirrors and bins in both rooms.
It should be made EXPLICIT on the website that the host would also be staying there. I think the host has made this clearer now on the listing, as it wasn't clear to me when I originally booked it, but that may be my error as I was juggling a few things in relation to my father-in-law's funeral.
Shower is quite small and not particularly powerful.
This is a slightly amended version of my original review as I made an error in my original comments, due to one of my children giving me incorrect feedback when I was putting the review together. I'm happy to correct that error. However, what I particularly didn't like was that the host took great exception to my original review and particularly that error, taking it extremely personally rather than as an objective review, and decided to reply by accusing me of leaving 'a review containing false negatives and try[ing] to sabotage someone's small business.' I was surprised to receive such a vitriolic response to my original review which I believed to be objective albeit with one inadvertent error, and unsurprisingly this means that we won't be using Atrium House again which is a shame as the location is perfect for meeting family around Stockport.
- Catriona (10/5): Exceptional - Atrium House None.
- Kit (9/5): Superb - The room was clean and comfortable, the host was well-organised and everything went very smoothly. The bathroom window is not frosted glass so you have to close the blinds when using it.
- Mark0510 (9/5): Superb -
- Anthony (9/5): Friendly host, Comfortable stay - Very close to man street. Host was very friendly and helpful.
- Vidhya (7/5): Otherwise it's good - All most good There is no washing machine and the bathroom is so small.
- Bruce (10/5): Exceptional - I enjoyed my time here. The facilities and the room were comfortable and regularly maintained. The host is a kind and friendly person. The general area allowed for easy travel between the neighbouring cities
- Gaynor (9/5): Comfortable and inviting. Lauren was very pleasant - House was very quiet, nice and warm, slept better than I thought I would, as first time on my own. Nothing
- Jacob (1/5): Bad -
- Brandon (10/5): Exceptional -
- Paul (8/5): Very good - Good area with parking and access to all amenities.
Very clean, warm and tidy. Would highly recommend.
- Mick (9/5): Superb - A large, quiet room over looking fields.
- Angela (10/5): The house location was ideal for me and its host was super friendly and welcoming. - The location’s perfect for me, close to bus stops, Hazel Grove railway station, cafes, restaurants, pubs, Marks&Spenser, ALDI, Asda, and Sainsbury’s supermarkets.
I loved my cosy room;
the bathroom, kitchen and the whole house’s renovated, bright and clean.
Thanks to Lauren it was an amazing stay.
