• Michael (1/5): A real DISASTER! - We booked two superior rooms and got one superior room and one terrible room. The shower in both rooms flooded the bathrooms. The “representative” convinced us to cancel the booking.com reservation, probably to save their fee. Could barely squeeze into the shower!

I knew I was going to travel during the trip so I needed a room that was affordable but also beautiful, clean and in an excellent location. Cleopatra Pyramids fullfilled all of my expectations. The rooms are clean, gorgeous and very affordable, a walk away from the Pyramids. The manager of the hotel - Mustafa was even better than the room itself. Always available, accommodating,very helpful and incredibly respectful. Even though the hotel does not provide breakfast, next door hotel does in a very affordable price. I loved everything about my room and the help and assistance I have received from Mustafa. I also have to mention that local community was amazing too! Nothing
