• Raymona (9/5): It was a wonderful stay. The house seems full but hardly saw anyone. It was nice and private. - Very peaceful, quiet and private. I didn’t see any staff so did not score anything. Temperature was too high 23c. Some would say it’s warm but upstairs it was too hot.

• Erik (9/5): Very good value and I will probably be back. - I liked this place so much that I spent 2 stays totalling about 3 weeks in Room 2 (equipped with its own bathroom). I found the room spacious, exceptionally clean, and a very good value. There are two vast common areas, the fully-equipped kitchen and the living room, and despite frequent full occupancy of the house, it was never crowded and usually very quiet. The only reason that I did not give the location perfect score was because I was on foot most of the time and it was not so convenient for visiting my brother in Lynn Valley. But for shopping and going for a walk in the Lonsdale area, it was great. The old-fashioned Queensdale Market about 5 blocks away on Lonsdale is pretty good. Next time I come back to North Vancouver, I will probably pick this place if it is available. It would be nice if there was direct access to the terrace from the livingroom, but I guess that would conflict with the "no shoes inside" policy.
