• Alan (2/5): Couver House is a smelly place - The reviews were generally poor. We thought that was unlikely and booked Couver House no matter. Unfortunately we arrived at this place late at night and it stank of stale tobacco smoke...or as my daughter said.." like a jakeys pocket" The heating thermostat wss not working so the house was at 16 degrees all night. The toilet was blocked and would only flush liquids...no.2 would not go down owing to an obstruction in the U bend. This should have been picked up by the cleaners. No mirror above the basin in the only bathroom. How on earth are potentially 7 residents going to manage? In the kitchen the freezer was iced up and the door would not close iwing to the build up of ice. The whole place had been PAT Testing by cowboys only 10 days earlier. The staff in Caledonia Luxe Stays are incompetent snowflakes...when challenged about how rubbish the place was they hung up on me. I will be pursuing a full refund from them... £614 for 3 nights. Do yourself a favour and go sonewhere else. Definitely not recommended. The staff at Caledonia Luxe Stays were incompetent and rude. Avoid this bunch at all costs.
• Calum (7/5): Good - Lack of kitchen utensils for cooking made it difficult too cook for the number of people in the house. No oven trays were available and the pans were small
• Michelle (1/5): Not a great experience - but hopeful it can be resolved - Modern property and easy check in. Owners responsive when we raised the issue and provided an immediate refund the following day. The property was an ideal location for a work visit and would have been cost effective for the week. Bed bugs were found in the bed not log after check in. The owner were contacted and although they attempted to find another property, this wasn't possible. The property was instantly vacated so the management company could resolve the issue.

• Edward (6/5): Still waiting on my 100.00 deposit return. I demand the return of this money ASAP. - Almost everyone was a disaster about this place Almost everyone was a disaster about this place. If I do not get my deposit back, I will be filing a lawsuit about this stay for the terrible conditions we had to ensure at this place. Certainly not recommended for any stay! The owner gave us the wrong code to get into the place and it was a disaster.
