- Danielle (10/5): - So beautiful and very thoughtfully decorated and equipped throughout, lovely owners, would highly recommend. Our only regret is that we didn't have more time to enjoy it to it's full!
- Louise (10/5): - Lovely cosy apartment, with many little extra touches which made us feel comfortable and welcome on our short break to Cotswolds. Iain and Helen were perfect hosts. Ideal location for exploring local area
- Lynley (10/5): Amazing like a cottage in the movies! - Absolutely so beautiful and the attention to detail was amazing from the emergency products in the bathroom to the lavender pouches in the bedroom just gorgeous !
The beds were the most comfortable we’ve slept in in the UK Little hard to find
- Petra (10/5): Hidden gem in Nailsworth, we absolutely recommend it - It was a perfect stay, Helen and Ian are lovely hosts who care about their guests and make it as comfortable as possible. The living room with the wood burner is so cozy. -
- Anna (10/5): A warm, comfortable welcome - Homely. Personal. Not like the usual boring predictable decor. Nothing.

- Madeline (9/5): Excellent stay. - A lovely ´bolt hole ´ right in the centre of Nailsworth. Everything one needed and few extra touches were provided. Certainly recommended Parking was a bit heart stopping as our Volvo xc60 just squeezed into the parking area with a lot of manoeuvring. Wouldn’t want to try it in the dark or with ou anyone to help. However, in the end we came out while it was still light and parked nearby.
- Mark (10/5): - Great couple of nights stopping at the Bolthole. The hosts were excellent, kept us well informed and nothing was too much. Everything about the Bolthole was excellent.
- Richard (10/5): Brilliant stay - thank you! - Really enjoyed our stay at the Bolthole. Iain and Helen were very friendly and helpful and they'd thought of everything to make it welcoming. NA
- Nicholas (10/5): - We stayed just one night to meet up with family in Stroud. My wife and I, and our daughter all found the cottage very comfortable and excellent value for money. It had everything you need, the kitchen was well equipped, the croissants, jam and coffee supplied were very welcome. The bedrooms are a great size with comfortable double beds in each. The bathroom is a good size and the whole property was very clean. As advertised access is via a quite narrow drive, but once in, the parking is very secure and the property was very peaceful. We will definitely book again when visiting the area again in the future. Nothing.
- Joanne (10/5): -

- Heidi B (10/5): Beautiful, cosy gem perfect as a base in the Cotswolds - Beautiful, cosy, quaint accommodation in charming Nailsworth. The perfect spot from which to explore the Cotswolds. Helen and Iain were very welcoming and everything we could possibly want was provided in the cottage. Fresh flowers in the vases, fireplace set and ready, books, games, and croissants in the fridge for breakfast. The decor was so warm and welcoming and the beds were super comfortable. Lots of great places to eat within close walking distance, as well as a full supermarket and a lovely place to enjoy a pint! We couldn't recommend it highly enough. Thankyou! That we had to leave too soon 😔!
- Debby (9/5): Lovely cosy cottage - Everything! Had all the facilities that you would expect and other nice little touches. I'd definitely stay again. If you have a large vehicle, read the instructions carefully this might not be the property for you.
- Ruth (10/5): Excellent We’d love to visit again - It was exceptionally clean, comfortable and very wee equipped. The bathroom is downstairs and whilst this was not an issue for us it might be challenging for some people.

- Mandy (9/5): Excellent - Beautifully looked after and lovely hosts We were 4 people would be nice to have a separate toilet. The entrance is quite tricky in a big car but fortunately there is alternative parking very close
- Jeanette (9/5): Lovely comfortable property tucked away on the main high street - Lovely little gem of a place. Good location, very clean and comfortable. Lovely hosts and great communication before arrival. The only “problem” which wasn’t a major issue was our car wasn’t able to fit behind the secure gate for us to use the EV charger but we realised this before we arrived and the hosts kindly arranged an alternative parking space for us. We just charged up before arrival so wasn’t a major issue to us at all. Very grateful for the use of the additional parking space.

Secure parking on the property as well, fully equipped kitchen, supermarket within a few minutes walk and also a nice bakery with great pastries for breakfast. Nothing :) our expectations were exceeded
