• Laura (4/5): Not recommended - We enjoyed our stay in Cordoba despite the lacking responsibility if the owner The location of this apartment is good, it has an elevator and parking space, the balcony is also enjoyable It is spacious but feels cramped with too much outdated furniture Some of the basic appliances such as kettle and washing machine where not working. The bathtub and showers are in need of an update. The hot water was also not working for one day. Communication with them was unpleasant, instead of taking responsibility for the apartment not being up to the standard they present online, the company blamed the previous renters for the broken appliances and us for the hot water not working. We couldn’t easily reach them with some of these issues. Staying here, especially as a family, is not recommended.

La cocina muy completa, dos grandes habitaciones, dos cuartos de baños muy grandes, limpio y con una ubicación muy céntrica, tan solo 10 minutos aproximadamente. Parking que da la posibilidad de dejar el coche y no moverlo en todo el fin de semana. Una gran experiencia. Lo único que cambiaría quizás sería la televisión era muy pequeña y la tdt nos dio problemas, pero únicamente es una sugerencia a los propietarios.

• Coral (10/5): Viaje a Córdoba en pareja - Hemos pasado unos días allí y estaba todo muy limpio y todas las comodidades que necesitas en el día a día. Rafa muy amable, nos subió las maletas y nos explicó todo perfectamente. Tiene parking con el piso y está muy bien.

• Sonia (7/5): Lovely clean apartment in good location but some maintenance needed and pity the pool was closed - Great communication Lovely clean little apartment Good location We book for the pool and when got there the apartment owners had decided to close the pool the day we arrived in the middle of a heat wave 39 degrees The washing machine door was damaged so fragile The shower in one bathroom leaked over the floor The power shut off so had to contact them to find out how to reboot it

• ROSARIO (9/5): Estancia perfecta - Es muy amplio, camas cómodas, aire acondicionado potente. La cocina amplia y suficientemente equipada. Muy cómodo. La ubicación muy buena. Con coche en 7 minutos nos plantábamos en el centro histórico. La piscina genial con poca gente, muy tranquila.
• Carolina (9/5): Apartamento cómodo y tranquilo - Apartamento amplio y cómodo en una zona tranquila y familiar, con aire acondicionado en todas las estancias, plaza de garaje y piscina. Está algo alejado de la zona turística y del centro pero se agradece por las noches la tranquilidad de la zona. El personal muy amable y con muy buenas recomendaciones para comer o cenar. Ya es cuestión de gustos pero la cama de matrimonio algo incómoda al igual que las almohadas.

• Violetta (10/5): Exceptional - The host met us on arrival. Help us to park the car and took to the apartment. In the apartment we were informed about the house rules and got plenty of tips and suggestions. Carlos made us welcomed and we were very happy and comfortable staying in the apartment. The location is in a residential, safe area close to the shopping and restaurants and 15-20 min walk to the old town center. We did not use the car at all since all was very central. The shower heads (both bathrooms) and the soap dispenser need to be hang/secured better in the bathrooms.

• Dominique (8/5): Very good - The parking was exceptional. We had an SUV with 2 bikes on the back. It all went into our allocated space in the underground parking. Like a lot of apartments, the noise levels depend on the neighbours.

• Scott (10/5): Host with the most. - The host met us at the car park entrance, helped us with luggage to the apartment, completed the paperwork in the apartment. Huge, quiet and clean apartment. Big shopping centre with supermarket 100 meters away. Nice cafe just around the corner as well. Old town an easy 20 minute walk. Great town. Needs a new mattress and shower is very temperamental. Hot cold and then hot.
