• Catherine (8/5): We would use again for a base to discover more of Naples. - The property was great for an overnight stay near the port, clean very comfortable and very secure. It’s was a little tricky to find. But the host was on hand to help us locate the entrance even tho we’d arrived late to the property due to delays.
• marina (7/5): Mezza giornata intensa di passaggio al ritorno da Ischia - arrivando dal porto ci si arriva comodamente a piedi, attraversando il corso Umberto I sei subito nel centro storico di Napoli con tutto quello che offre Alcuni clienti forse gradiscono il check in virtuale. Io e mio marito siamo dell'idea che gli ospiti vanno accolti da una persona che consegna le chiavi e fa un minimo di presentazioni, Sarà comodo forse per la struttura ma non per il cliente che magari non è digitalizzato oppure va in panico se qualcosa non va per il verso giusto. Certe cose non possono essere digitalizzate, men che meno in una città come Napoli che è piena di VITA e calore umano .. Nessuna macchina potrà mai sostituire un uomo (e meno male..)

No hay una atención personalizada, pues si bien es algo de la modernidad no es que nos guste mucho, todo es por medio digital, hay que hacer checkin antes para que te envíen todo para acceder a la habitación, y es bastante lejos de las zonas a visitar

• Riccardo (9/5): - Alloggio situato in posizione davvero strategica, in pieno centro, a due passi dalla metro e comodissimo anche per raggiungere il mare e le principali attrazioni della città. Il check-in online è stato semplicissimo e molto comodo, senza alcuna difficoltà. La stanza si è presentata super pulita, abbastanza spaziosa e dotata di tutto l’occorrente necessario per un soggiorno piacevole. Esperienza assolutamente positiva, consiglio vivamente questo appartamento. Nulla da segnalare.

• Filip (10/5): Short visit in Naples - Стаята беше широка, удобна и чиста. Намира се в стара сграда, но вътре е много приятно. Не се виждаш с никой от домакините, всичко става онлайн - дори и отварянето на вратите. Вътре в сградата няма обхват на мобилните мрежи, затова е хубаво да се свържете към Wi-Fi мрежата на апартамента. Намира се много близо до метростанция Дуомо. На 15мин пеша от Централната гара и на 30мин от замъците и пристанището. Идеална позиция за разглеждане на забележителностите на града. Наблизо има достатъчно места за хранене. Няма прозорци!

• Giulia (7/5): Ottima posizione per un soggiorno breve a Napoli - Ottima posizione a meno di 5 minuti da piazza Duomo che permette di prendere la metro e fare una bella passeggiata per il centro storico e Spaccanapoli. Zona tranquilla anche di sera. Self check-in semplice e proprietari molto cordiali. Letto King size con materasso nuovo e comodissimo. La mancanza di una vera finestra (c'é una piccola finestra che si può aprire solo in modalità "ribalta", pareti sottili che non offrono privacy, qualche problema con la doccia.

• Lilit (8/5): We enjoyed our stay and may choose the same location for next visit. - Very cozy and spacious room with all the necessary facilities. The room had a nice balcony and everything was clean and comfortable. Access was very easy and convenient since no in-person check-in was required. The host was always available to help whenever we had questions. The location was great as well—we were able to walk to all the main city sights. Nothing comes to mind!

• hans (2/5): Un loculo in piazzetta. - Nulla Accesso alla stanza difficoltoso ed apertura della porta SOLO tramite cellulare. Unica minuscola finestra, oscurata e con apertura ridotta a qualche centimetro. Ambiente claustrofobico sconsigliato a chiunque.

• Parodini (8/5): - La proprietaria super disponile!!! Ho dimenticato una cosa in camera e si è fatta in 4 affinché io potessi riaverla!!! Ed è stata anche gentile per la gestione dei bagagli. Sceglierei nuovamente la struttura per la gentilezza e diponibilità e posizione ottima! La finestra della camera era troppo piccola e c'era odore di umido.

• Dany (7/5): - Sehr weiche Handtücher und Bettwäsche. Zwei kostenlose Getränke. Keine Steckdose in Bettnähe, ebenso kein Lichtschalter in Bettnähe. Keine Nachttischlampe. Zum Ausschalten des Lichts muss man aufstehen. Kleine Menge Schimmel in der Dusche. Beim Doppelbett war eine Seite durchgelegen und die andere Seite knochenhart. Das Einchecken ist extrem zeitaufwendig, man muss es vor der Tür machen. Einziger Vorteil, man hatte bereits Wlan. Das war auch nötig, denn im Treppenhaus hatte man keinen Empfang. Beim Bezahlen der Kurtaxe kommt sogar noch eine Servicegebühr dazu.

• Cesarei (10/5): Una parte di dolce napoli - La stanza era molto molto carina abbiamo apprezzato tantissimo l'idea di farci lasciare per un poco i bagagli all'interno della struttura.... Quando siamo entrati li abbiamo ritrovati in stanza... Ci hanno lasciato anche acqua e caramelle 🤩 Dolcissimi.... Una piccola pecca che può capitare a chiunque la doccia perdeva....per correttezza glielo'ho scritto e si sono scusati tantissimo...

• Nadine (9/5): Schöne Unterkunft mit viel Platz, täglicher Reinigung und ruhiger Lage abseits vom Trubel - Das Zimmer war sauber, geräumig und mit Doppelbett sowie Etagenbett ausgestattet. Besonders gut fanden wir, dass täglich gereinigt wurde. Die Lage abseits vom Trubel hat uns sehr gefallen und der Kontakt über WhatsApp war aufmerksam – es wurde mehrfach nachgefragt, ob wir etwas benötigen. Der Check-in per Code war etwas kompliziert, da wir im Gebäude kein mobiles Internet hatten und noch nicht mit dem WLAN verbunden waren. Zum Glück hat uns die Reinigungskraft geholfen. Außerdem war der Kühlschrank sehr laut, was teilweise störend war.

• Barbara (10/5): - The host is simply amazing! She made sure we had the best stay possible by checking up on us on arrival and during the stay. She also facilitated early check-in when possible. The room was modern, comfortable, clean and spacious. The self check-in was also easy. In the room there were some complimentary drinks and candy to refresh us upon arrival. Street parking nearby. I super recommended and would return.

• James (9/5): Comfortable, clean, and modern self-service rooms in a central but quiet location - Room was comfortable and exactly as shown in photos. No issues with self-checkin. Off-site support staff was responsive and welcoming. Great location, near Duomo Metro stop and Port entrance. Easy walk to historic quarter. One subway strop from train station. Neighborhood was quiet and felt secure, seemed to be the jewelry store district. No complaints.

Very safe with different codes and combinations. The room itself was perfect for one night stay . I would suggest come cups / cutlery for the “kitchen “ for people . The lock into the main apartment once you enter the first door from the outside . The key door / online app system . I did not work for a while . Another person had arrived before us and had the same problems . Working it both out together. Phone number supplied didn’t not work for both of us. Luckily communication via booking.com was very quick !!!
• Claudia (10/5): Exceptional - The room was exactly as I wanted. We stayed in room 4, which was very spacious. They were cleaning the room every day and the hosts were very kind and responsive. I saw lots of comments about the check in system but we had no problems with it, I even consider it as a big plus for the accommodation, the access was so much easier through the app. Also the location was in a safe area, close to the center and to the metro. I recommend it.

Was a little tricky to find initially and needed help to get into room , but host was very helpful with this. Was close to port area and Garibaldi square for transport.
