- Akram (10/5): Disconnect from busy life - The apartment is located in a quiet and peaceful area, making it a perfect place to relax and enjoy the beauty of Brienz. It is close to most of the main attractions in the village, including the lake, restaurants, shops, and walking areas. Interlaken and many other popular destinations are also easily accessible within approximately 25 to 35 minutes by car. Although the parking spaces are close to the apartment entrance, they are located on a very steep road

The apartment is modern, clean, and well-equipped, with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Parking was very convenient. The bathroom is quite small, and the curtain instead of a proper shower door was the only thing that bothered me.
- David (10/5): Amazing, great value for money. - The room was exceptionally clean when we arrived. It was ready for entry, warm and equipped with all the basics you might need. I especially loved the raclette cheese grill which we used, it is not something you see in every apartment! The kitchen could use a drip tray or a drip towel, since there is no dishwasher and the sink is very small.

Владельцы всегда на связи и на все вопросы отвечали. 5 минут к вокзалу, магазину( очень дорого), 3 мин. к бриенскому озеру. Очень удобная отправная точка в Лаутербруннен, Гринденвальд, Берн, Интерлакен, Тун,Оешензии, Kandersteg, Люцерн. Бриенц- великолепен с горами и озером. Уютная и атмосферная квартира- студио. Благородный зелёный цвет- мой любимый цвет. Чистые полотенца и постель, диван раскладывается и к нему есть матрас: спать было комфортно. На кухне было все- все; я видела свое отображение в кастрюле☺️. Мини- столовая очень комфортная зона и все-таки с окна мы видели горы. Парковка под уклоном- это была проблема когда шёл снег. Сверху спальное место плохо проветриваемое, но для этого есть вентилятор. Люди которые раньше приезжали почему-то не совсем уважали созданный комфорт и ходили в обуви по ковру. .

- Alexander (5/5): - Uns hat die Lage des Hotels sehr gut gefallen. Es befindet sich in Brienz und ist damit ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in die Berge. Von hier aus erreicht man bequem Skigebiete und andere alpine Regionen, zudem lassen sich vielfältige Ausflüge in die Umgebung problemlos planen. Die Lage des Hotels ermöglicht es, einen aktiven Urlaub mit dem Genuss der wunderschönen Natur zu verbinden. Leider war der Gesamteindruck unseres Aufenthalts äußerst negativ. Vor allem der Zustand der Sauberkeit vermittelte den Eindruck, dass das Zimmer nach den vorherigen Gästen nicht ordnungsgemäß gereinigt worden war. Schmutz war überall: Der Teppich im Eingangsbereich war stark verschmutzt und voller Haare und Schmutzpartikel; Haare fanden sich sogar im Kühlschrank. Der Elektroherd war mit Fettflecken verschmutzt, und der Boden in den Räumen war mit Krümeln übersät. Ein solcher Hygienestandard hinterlässt einen äußerst unangenehmen Eindruck und entspricht in keiner Weise dem Preisniveau sowie dem angegebenen Servicestandard. Zusätzlichen Unmut verursacht die Raumaufteilung, die auf den bereitgestellten Fotos nicht ausreichend erkennbar ist. Die Treppe in das obere Stockwerk ist sehr steil und sowohl beim Hinauf- als auch beim Hinuntergehen unsicher. Im oberen Bereich ist die Deckenhöhe extrem niedrig, sodass man sich dort nur in gebückter Haltung bewegen kann und bei Unachtsamkeit leicht den Kopf stößt. Zudem ist das obere Stockwerk kaum belüftet: Selbst bei vollständig geöffneter Eingangstür gelangt nahezu keine Luft nach oben, wodurch dauerhaft ein stickiges Raumgefühl entsteht. All diese Punkte vermitteln ein Gefühl von Unsicherheit und mindern den Wohnkomfort erheblich. Solche Bedingungen Gästen zu diesem Preis anzubieten, halte ich für nicht akzeptabel.

- Norbert (8/5): All in one a nice stay unfortunately with some buts. - All in one a good experience! Unfortunately the bed is situated very closely under the roof, so that one has to pay attention when getting up. The biggest problem however is the quieting, for not saying there is strictly none. In bed you think the neighbor joined you, downstairs in the living-room you think you are in your neighbor's one. But when there is no neighbor around it's very quiet. This condition lowers the value for money.

- Kate (10/5): Comfortable home away from home! - My husband and I stayed for 10 nights during August. Things that were good: location - quiet and walking distance to town, trains, ferry, supermarkets and lake (being Switzerland, there is a hill to walk up); prompt communication with host; check in was easy with a lock box and key; dining area - table, chairs, storage unit, large smart TV, evaporative air conditioner; kitchen well equipped with cutlery, crockery, cooking utensils and electrical equipment; living room - comfortable couch, coffee tables, entertainment unit (used to store clothes), large smart TV, small wardrobe area (for some clothes and suitcases); bathroom - warm shower, shaving cabinet and storage cupboards, towel hooks and rail; bedroom (can confirm steep ladder-style stairs and low ceiling) - electric fan, bedside lamps. We also liked the external shutter, that when down, kept things dark inside and we used the 2 shared washing/drier machines (detergent provided). We hung wet clothes over the bedroom balustrade to dry - our makeshift wardrobe! Some things to note (not necessarily bad): When leaving the property, from the outside, the door can only be locked with the single key. My husband went for a few early jogs, while I slept, so I was locked inside! The front window is large but fixed, so it can't be opened for fresh air. You can leave the front door open for fresh air, but not if you have privacy or security concerns. There are 2 glass doors (or 1 door can be ajar as a 'window') that can be opened off the dining room (there is a barrier on the outside of these doors, so you can't exit through them). There is 1 TV remote for 2 TVs. The evaporative air conditioner is quite effective downstairs but, depending on the weather, you will need to use the electric fan in the bedroom (no windows). There are 7 apartments but only 4 onsite parking spaces, so depending on how many guests have cars, you may be asked to park elsewhere. There was a communication hiccup over having the towels changed. I wasn't sure if the shower curtain had been replaced, so I washed it anyway. The BBQ is only for apartment number 7. Perhaps the rug could have a deep clean. We would stay here again! :)

- Kodi (9/5): Great place in Brienz to relax. Was a good base, not far from Coop and Train station. - It was a great apartment. Clean, great location, everything worked well, comfortable. I loved staying here. I would definitely stay here again when in Brienz, a beautiful town on the lake. As others have stated, the steep staircase to the bedroom could be a problem for elderly people or young children. Other than that its was a great place to stay.
- Abdulrahman (8/5): Family oriented - Great view. Simple. Fully equipped. Good parking spot. Not far from interlaken city (15 min driving) I would come again Checking inn was a bit tricky as there was no reception desk. Meaning you must contact the property to get passcode for unlocking key box.
- Katharine (10/5): Exceptional - We had a great weekend exploring Brienz and the surrounding area. The apartment was nicely modernized and comfortable. It was hot, so the aircon was appreciated. The staff was so friendly and accommodated a personal request that was our problem, not theirs. Fabulous customer service! It was an easy walk to the train & bus station and the boat dock. Tall people be careful in the bedroom sleeping loft. The ceiling is low, like many buildings in the area.
- Ahmad (7/5): Spacious and well-located apartment, but with some safety and access concerns. - The apartment is beautifully furnished, spacious, and very comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped, and the living area features a smart TV with YouTube and Netflix access—perfect for evenings in. The ground floor has air conditioning, and the sofa bed was surprisingly comfortable. The location is also quite convenient: within walking distance to a Coop supermarket, local cafés, and Lake Brienz. Finding the property was not easy by car—it took some time to locate it among multiple apartment units. The main bedroom is located in a loft accessed by a wooden staircase, which felt somewhat unsafe, especially at night when using the bathroom on the lower floor. The stairs are steep and may not be suitable for people with mobility issues, joint problems, or even families with children. Also, the loft has a low ceiling guests should be careful to avoid hitting their heads which can happen accidentally even if you are very careful !! . There is no air conditioning in the loft, though a fan was provided. Additionally, the bathroom ventilation was quite dirty and could benefit from a thorough cleaning. Finally, the property is a 20–25 minute drive from Interlaken, and the road leading to it is narrow, winding, and poorly lit at night. Overall: A pleasant and well-equipped apartment in a scenic area, but guests should be aware of the loft layout and access issues before booking.

- Allen (9/5): A peaceful & cozy stay in Brienz, stunning mountain views—perfect as a base to explore the region - We stayed at Spirit Apartment in Brienz and really enjoyed our time there. The apartment feels modern and still quite new. We had the unit with a balcony, which offered a lovely view of the mountains—perfect for relaxing with a hot cup of tea. The layout is well-designed, though a bit compact for three people, but still manageable. It has one bathroom, and the main double bed is located on the upper level, accessible via a steep staircase. The ceiling height upstairs is very low—you can’t stand upright—but it’s just enough to sleep comfortably. Despite this, we adapted quickly and had no issues throughout our stay. The host was very responsive and helpful whenever we had questions or needed assistance, which we really appreciated. Brienz itself is a peaceful, charming town—just 20 minutes from Interlaken and around 40 minutes from Grindelwald or Lauterbrunnen. It was a perfect base for exploring the region without the crowd. We would definitely stay here again. The main bed is on the upper floor with a very low ceiling—just enough space to sleep, but not practical for luggage or moving around. Climbing down the steep stairs to use the toilet can also be a bit inconvenient.

The location is amazing—just few minutes’ walk to the lake and ideal as a base to explore the entire region. Communication with the host was smooth and fast responsive. Highly recommended!

The space was clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated with thoughtful touches that made it feel like home.The location was perfect , calm, peaceful, and surrounded by breathtaking views. Our host was wonderful, friendly, and always quick to respond. They made sure everything was perfect for us. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing, hassle-free stay. We'd definitely come back again!
- Yosodhara (7/5): Nice and comfortable with a great view and in the heart of Switzerland. - The Location was amazing.The instructions were all clear and concise. For those who are going for a long stay or stay for more than a week or so it would be great to have a dishwasher included as this would come as a comfort for anyone who are travelling and would like to enjoy their time rather than be involved in washing dishes. Also sometimes the utensils that were used earlier by other tenants were not that clean and few of the utensils have oil stains and food remains.

- Andreea (9/5): Superb - Nice place, everything you need for a few nights stay, nice decorated, warm. The ceiling above the bed area is a bit to low and not to comfortable and the stairs are a bit to steep. The matress is not so comfortable and the pillows could be better
- Phil (10/5): I wish I could have stayed in Brienz longer at this place. It felt like a little home. - Loved how the host Patrick went above and beyond to create a calming and clean experience. Everything needed was there. Super responsive. Laundry just below the unit. Tap water is delicious alpine water. He even has a raclette stove and a fondue kit ready for you to have a true alpine experience. I totally made some raclette. If you are super super tall, the sleeping area might be a challenge.

The apartment had 2 televisions, well supplied kitchen with appliances, utensils and cooking basics and a nice dining area. It was very clean and well kept. All requirements during our stay were very generously and promptly met with. There is a car parking space right next to the apartment. The Brienz lake is also very close by. The apartment is a short walk from the station (don't follow Google directions and ask the hosts as the shortcut to the property is rather inconspicuous). A special thanks to the host for leaving thoughtful welcome goodies for us :)) The bed in the attic was a bit difficult to access, for tall people specially, as the ceiling was low. Everything else was superb.

- Ahmed (10/5): Best Chalets exceeds expectations and prime location - The chalets were big it had all necessities and was super clean. Also I was there during winter and the wooden structure kept warmth. And the best part its 2 minutes walk to the lake and you can beautiful mountains from the porch.

Extra welcome gift of chocolates and alcohol free wine appreciated after a long day of travel. We were very comfortable. Beds, including the sofa bed available, we're both comfortable. Nothing. Everything was great 😃
