• Sebastian (9/5): I had a wonderful stay and really enjoyed my time there, I would come back! - The location of the apartment is amazing. Ral was a very attentive landlord, always available to help and offer advice. It was also very easy to extend my stay, as he was always flexible and accommodating. I truly appreciated it. I think the kitchen facilities and the bathroom shower could benefit from some improvement

• Edward James (8/5): - I booked this apartment after having a less good experience with my previous accommodation. I am so glad I found this. The host Ral was exceptionally helpful and I appreciate his help and service very much. He helped me with an early check in when I needed to change my accommodation quickly. Ral was very pleasant and friendly and he gave me a lot of good and interesting information and tips about the area and Buenos Aires. Ral's communication was also excellent. But I am most grateful for his flexibility. Because I was so happy in the studio apartment and because it was so convenient and comfortable for me, I extended my stay several times with Ral's help and I ended up staying in Buenos Aires much longer than I had initially planned. The location is excellent. The apartment was comfortable, practical, well thought out and had a pleasing interior design. The building itself also has an interesting aesthetic which I enjoyed and which reminded me somewhat of the film The Grand Budapest Hotel! I hope to stay here again in the future. Thank you.

• Olivia (10/5): Exceptional - Had everything you needed for a short stay and in the perfect location. Felt very safe as a solo female traveller.
• Shujen (8/5): Ridiculous towel fee of 10 USD - The location, the price, the facilities. The additional charge of Towel Fee, especially when it only showed up in the confirmation email, especially when it was way down in the message so I didn't even notice it, PISSed me off. It was the first time I was charged for the use of a towel, the very same towel for four nights, for 10USD! I happened to have a towel in my bag, so I intended to turn down the use of their towel but was rejected!! I was given two choices: paying for the towel fee or canceling the booking. I didn't want to pack and leave and find another accommodation, so I paid, reluctantly because it was so ridiculous. With 10 usd I can easily buy one towel, use it, and take it home with me, not to mention the fact that I had a towel in my badge that I could've used. Ludicrously ridiculous in my over 30 years of accommodation booking history.
• Yycyycyyc (9/5): Large, Quiet Apartment in Recoleta - Perfect location, and at the back of the property, so wonderfully quiet. Very friendly and accomodating staff who allowed a very late checkout. Originally servants' quarters in the 80+ year old building. Large room with comfy double bed, sitting area and dining nook. Big closet with 20 hangers, shelves, 4 drawers and space for suitcases. Bathroom with bath and bidet. A/C when needed. Did I mention it was quiet? The only slight negatives were occasionally inconsistent hot water, and the kitchen was small. But with many great restaurants just steps away, who needs to cook?
• John (10/5): Exceptional - Where to start?? I liked my first stay at Monoambiente en Recoleta apartments so much that I returned and stayed again (in a different apartment). The first apartment I stayed in was booked but Ral was so great and informed me of a comparable apartment in the same building. I really loved the kitchen and the overall setup of the apartment. 10/10 experience again and when I return to BA, I hope to stay again! Cheers

The staff is impeccable, the location unbeatable - best of BA (safe, walking distance of key city landmarks and in the middle of Recoleta's neighborhood charm ) the apartment is very clean, comfortable (bath, kitchen, light, wifi, comfy bed) Amaizing stay - Thank you!
