- Alishia (1/5): Horrific, wouldn’t wish my worst enemy to spend a night here. I don’t know how it’s allowed on booking.com - Absolutely nothing I’ll start this by saying we lasted 30 minutes before almost having a mental breakdown and leaving, then having to pay £45 (the cost of the room) for an Uber home. The accommodation was absolutely filthy. The bathroom was disgusting and had “no condoms” written on the toilet basin alongside a very rusty toilet roll holder. The pillows on the bed were fowl. There were stains on the seat in the bed room from I don’t even want to know what. There was a crack in the window and a part of the window people could look into. As two girls on the ground floor we were getting ready and someone was outside smoking weed and was looking through the window at us tapping, this made us feel very unsafe. We decided to not stay as we felt very uncomfortable and the place stunk of weed. This whole experience really upset both me and my friend, we have been in touch with booking.com and they have declined our complaint which is upsetting considering we didn’t even stay in the room and spent the same money on a ride home. From this experience I would never go cheap on accommodation ever again. Please do not stay here, in my opinion it should be removed from booking.com.

- Sarjo (7/5): - Yes Very good
- taiobarbara (6/5): - Easy to communicate with the host. Located close to the tram line with easy access to town and train station. The bedding was clean and smelling good. The bathroom is shared and it was quite dirty. They had a water pump inside that was quite loud anytime someone would turn on the tap, shower, or flush. The shower couldn't hold a stable temperature, varying from freezing to ultra hot in cycles of about 30s.

- Felix Ibe (7/5): It's okay - Location. Nothing
- Moran (10/5): -
- Brian (4/5): Meh. Not terrible, but I won't stay there again. - Location was good, close enough to city centre but still quiet area. A smoke alarm was chirping like a low battery every 15 seconds nonstop the entire time I was there, which made sleeping difficult.
It was tidy, but not particularly clean. I'm not convinced the bedding had been changed.
- Ellie (10/5): Great value for money for a bed for the night in a great location - Greeted by the host who was so friendly and helpful! Great location, big enough room and was clean, locks on the doors, quiet street also.
- Suhail (1/5): Never stay here - Nothing No clean bathroom . No clean bedding, duvet was torn with a hole inside, dirty room
- laila (1/5): - Not same picture what half an app?
- Smart (10/5): -
- Laura (4/5): Good location comfortable bed - The room is large and spacious
The location is very convenient for the tram to the centre The rooms in the main house were dirty
The bathroom needed to be freshened up but the shower is lovely and hot.

- Andrew (6/5): Basic clean room. - Clean comfortable bed.
It was ok for the price paid.
Corner shop fairly close by.
Tram stop, also fairly close by. Basic furniture.
Basic room.
Hot day and no towels for a refresh in the shower.
Fire alarm bleeped repetitively.

- Antczak (10/5): - Spokój i cisza Yyy brak ręczników w pokoju aaa
- Shannon (1/5): Shocking - Absolutely nothing Everything! The mattress was old and springy and any slight movement squeaked. No TV. Unhoovered carpet. The very uncomfortable street looked suitable for a shared accommodation for x cons. We were in room 4 with the bathroom next door their plumbing is fu**ed every time the toilet flushed you jumped a mile and it was a deep long loud noise. The host when we got there said upstairs and then told us what to do with the key, that was it. You could hear people outside constantly shouting and swearing and kids saying very disturbing things. The bathroom window was open so when about to sit on the toilet realised that them in the house opposite and walking past could see everything. The light switch was hanging on by a thread the paint and plastering were shocking. We had to wait 20 minutes for the toilet to be free for no reason. Someone had a shower and the floor was wet throughout too. We left after 2 hours of checking in.
- Inês (1/5): Bad - Very disappointed and upset about this property should not be on booking as people smoke in the home and lots of noise. Not suitable for families at all. All of it. Not safe.
- Pattison (1/5): Bad - Nothing 1. Poor location
2. Guests smoking dagga and the whole place smelled
3. The place is very dirty
- Chua (1/5): Bad - Overbooked the place and messaged me hours before my check in time.
- Amrinder (1/5): Wasn’t cleaned properly, someone’s workwears were already there with shoes, smells like damp or dirty -
- Jack (10/5): Exceptional -
- Malyo (5/5): Passable -
- Raja (10/5): Exceptional -
- Nathan (2/5): Very poor - I guess it was warm, but it was summer. Fairly dirty, piss on the bathroom floor, poo not flushed, soggy toilet roll.
Of course it was a shared air bnb so I did expect noise all night and that's what we got, showering going on til 3am, whole house stunk of cannabis and attracted the wrong people there so it must have a reputation. Lots of rusty things in the bathroom, generally just not clean at all. 100% won't be going back lol

- Simon (7/5): At best a bedsit in shared accommodation with people wo I believe lived there. - The property is located near to the tram stop. The location suited me as I it was close to Forest Rec Parkrun. There was not anybody there to let me in. I phoned the property. no answer. Someone informed me the owner was in a car down the road. I approached the car and the owner was on his phone. He then hung up and let me in with a pass number. The property was not particularly well decorated. Just a house converted into bedsits. The smoke detector needed new batteries but the owner did not change them, I did ask him to. It beeped all night. Poor quality towels.
- Pearson (2/5): Very poor -
- Kayanna (10/5): Exceptional -
- Wilson (5/5): Was a good nights sleep - Bed was comfy Everything was fine
- Keith (4/5): Hopefully, never say that again - Nothing really got there. Door was wide open, but like it been kicked off , nothing all like the pictures that was put on Booking.com As above didn’t have anything to eat or drink there pots left in the sink disgusting
- Aleksandra (5/5): Passable - fairly clean lack of ‘kitchen supplies’ that were listed as one of the facilities also lack of toilet paper, no towels were provided even tho they were also listed to be available
- Bunmi (9/5): The apartment was tidy and located in a pleasant area, offering great value for the price. The shared bathroom was also -
- Ethan (7/5): Good -
- David (4/5): Disappointing - Few minutes from forest park and ride quite location pretty basic room no TV from 10:00 pm someone was banging makeing right noise right through till gone after 1200 am should of complained no food or meals provided
- Amy (1/5): ***SINGLE GIRLS OR VULNERABLE FEMALES AVOID / DO NOT STAY!!!*** - Please without going into full details - I am escaping a domestic abuse relationship and I was unsafe at my home address - I needed somewhere to sleep. Mike the owner insisted on meeting with me at 1am before handing over the keys to the property. He asked me to chat with him in the living room before I could go upstairs. I feel like he has done this more than once. He made advances on me when I was MID PANIC ATTACK and had virtually no sleep due to my circumstances. This man is now trying to call me a prostitute or drug addict if I make this post. This man entered my rented bedroom at 10am to see if I had stayed there - then rang and texted me to ask me why I did not stay. CHECK OUT IS 11AM WHY HAS HE ENTERED THE ROOM? I did not stay that night due to feeling uncomfortable after he made advances towards me. I want other girls to BE SAFE and please don’t book with this property if you are alone. No key was left in any lockbox as he meets in person. He also asked me to drop keys at a different address. I have put screenshots of his NASTY comments and blackmailing behaviour below. This has also been reported at a very high level with booking.com for investigation. This person also harassed me AFTER I made the complaint to booking.com and made threats via text message. He also rang me over 20 times in the 2 days span. Thank you
- Daniel (9/5): Good value for money, great stay, would do it again - The bed was comfy, the layout was nice, nice showers N/A
- Peyton (3/5): It really wasn't clean but I guess you get what you pay for. - The location was pretty good, near to the asda and not too far from NTU. It was relatively cheap compared to the other places available. I liked that there was a vacant/occupied sign on the bathroom door. The host also seemed nice enough. It simply wasn't very clean. I had to wear shoes to feel comfortable walking around my room because there were stains on the carpet and otherwise my feet were all dirty and covered in hair. The bathroom wasn't very clean either (eg bandaid on the floor and gunk in the sink), and I didn't even bother using the kitchen because I didn't trust the cleanliness.
- Paul (1/5): Bad - Nothing at all!!!! No staff at all, to toiletries, to towels, not even a cattle in the house. Nothing at all, the house, the kitchen had a really bad smell!
Very very disappointed...Not coming back ever again!
- Scott (2/5): Babba - Leaveing it The area and it stunk
- Raja (7/5): Good -
- Seck (5/5): Passable -
- Abii (7/5): Good -
- Mohamed (7/5): Good -
- Zakir (1/5): Come after work and lot of cannabis smell - Nothing
- Fabes-ips (3/5): Poor -
- Olaifa (7/5): Good -
- Sara (3/5): Poor. - Trans were near by. No kettle for making a cuppa, shower guards were broken so couldn’t take a shower without flooding bathroom. It was not very clean.
- Lisa (3/5): Glad it was only for one night. - Nothing It needs a deep clean throughout.
Open vinegar bottle left in wardrobe, so didn’t put clothes in there.
No towels or kettle. No mirror in room & tv didn’t work.
- Shefa (3/5): Poor -
- Joanna (1/5): Disgusting and Revolting - Absolutely nothing. Having arriving I was told the front door would be unlocked, it wasn’t. I called the host who did arrive promptly. I was told I was in room 3 on the first floor, it was locked and no key could be found for that room or the room next door. The exterior had rubbish around it. The smell in the hall and stairwell was revolting and the carpet did not look at all clean. Paintwork was old and in need of a refresh.
As the key could not be found I could not see the bedroom but could happily imagine it being very poor. The shared bathroom was very basic and very old. The window thankfully was open, there were a stained toilet pan and a mug full of old toothbrushes and toothpaste.
Usefully the host called me and sent a string of text messages around 11.30pm to ask if I was checking in tonight as they wouldn’t want me stranded kindly waking me up.
I had decided to sleep in my car as it was preferable to sleeping at 23 Laurie Avenue Nottingham.
- Bliss (7/5): Good -
- Abass (1/5): Bad -
- Lashawn (1/5): Disgusting. Basically a brothel upstairs. Had people in and out all night. Shouting till all hours. A family even came f - Nothing Everything. Nothing what we expected it was basically a brothel taking place upstairs.
- Mike (1/5): Avoid - it is a scam - Nothing it was a dirty dump like a student / doss house A scam. It was very dirty house for down and outs that’s illegally renting rooms without C1 planning permission. The company behind this actually provide services for substance users on companies house and the house looked like it!
They don’t even lock the door so it isn’t secure.
When I got there the kitchen was dirty and there was no cooking things not so much as a plate!! One of the other guests then turned up drunk and offered me cocaine!!!
It then got more laughable. After I left got an arsy call from the owner after I stayed moaning about a pot in the sink! I guess operating such a shady scam operator one does need a massive sense of self delusion!
- Shakira (5/5): Passable -
- Liu (8/5): Friendly landlord, highly recommend! -
- Haney (3/5): Over priced noisy and should never be rented out when people live there on crack and Louise . - Nothing Toilet was to loud druggies living in the property makig loads of noise misses felt uncomfortable over priced never sfain
- Lucas (10/5): It is a lovely place to be - Very close to the city I love everything
- King (4/5): Not as advertised - It was close to small shops and bus stops in to the town centre. Good communication with property manager when we were given the wrong code for the key box. This did not have breakfast as advertised. The property agent moved us to another location shortly before our arrival (bissell road) so we didn't actually get to stay at Laurie road. Bathroom had dirty soiled towels in and not toiletries as advertised. There where burn marks on the carpet and the bed was broken.for the price it was what you could expect, however not what was advertised. The place had a really dirty feeling as there were items from small decorating work and items strewn in open cupboards. The living area was the absolute most basic with laundry on chairs in there.
- Chelsea (1/5): VILE DO NOT STAY - Nothing. DO NOT BOOK! Landlord rude, place dirty and does not look like the imagines. Urine on the bathroom floor, stains on mattress, mattress in the living room with grinder left out. Pots left out, what appears to be pubic hair in the fridge. Crack on the window. Did not stay the night as conditions were not fit for humans!
- James (5/5): Passable -
- Ian (7/5): Good - I.
Had a good night's sleep. The only thing that could have made it better. That would have been more kitchen utensils, I.e. A few different size saucepans, but the stuff I met. We're smiley and helpful. It could always do with being 10% cheaper, though. Not A.
Reflection on the accommodation just on the cost of living. Thanks....
- Alphey (7/5): Good - My stay was comfortable but the landlord was the best of my experience for letting me check in early and check out later as I requested. Top Man! Only stayed for a night so nothing but there was a crack in room 1 window that should get fixed.
- Paul (4/5): You get what you pay for in life - I was surprised that it wasn’t really a bed and breakfast, no staff but had to call a number to find out that I had to let myself in , no one about
It was basically a nice room and clean , very comfortable bed and a bathroom near room
Couldn’t find any breakfast apart from cornflakes but no milk
It was cheap and was in a great location for rock city 10 minutes walk with a lovely park
Now I know what the score is I would actually stay again , but I did not get what I originally thought , but it was only £39 so what did I really expect No staff to help , apart from on the phone
- Kadira (6/5): Pleasant -
- Michael (8/5): Very good - Clean room and bathroom
- Yeo (4/5): Disappointing - Back door couldn't be locked. Could see it has been broken in before. So security is an issue. WiFi not working so had to contact owner to fix. Came quite late to fix it.
- Lanes (9/5): Superb - It was a lovely room perfect for night or 2 away Nothing at all its a very nice place to go
- Oliver (10/5): Exceptional - Really enjoyed this property was perfect for me and my friends!
- Hailey (1/5): Don't do it - Nothing Rotten nasty host absolutely shocking
- Otto (7/5): Very cheap, lovely owner, just a bit dirty. - Good bed, lovely owner who tended to our needs Some places were a bit dirty, like the bathroom and kitchen but overall not too bad.
- Stuart (5/5): it was cheap and gave me somewhere to sleep for the night. - Very basic, so we just decided to get breakfast elsewhere. Not knocking the efforts, just that it was so minimal they could have just sold it as Bed for the night and not bothered with the breakfast. Could have been a fraction more homely and clean. Carpet in my room was threadbare in places and there were a couple of empty plastic bottles under the bed.
- Paul (5/5): Passable - Hoste was brilliant It was cold. Slept in my coat
Bathroom had non compliant wiring
- Siddham (5/5): Passable -
- Muharrem (10/5): Exceptional -
