• Yılmaz (3/5): Kötü bir tesis - Tren garına yakın olması dışında hiç bir şeyi beğenmedim. Bizim odamızı başkasına vermistiler. Oda kötüydü. Yastık bomboştu. Yatak malzemeleri temiz değildi. Banyo odanın dışında idi. Kilitlenmekte zorlandık. Kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum.

• Madeline (6/5): Good value! - For the price this was a great deal! Easily within walking distance to the main bridge in Mostar. The host was very sweet! As nonsmokers, the smell of cigarette smoke was really strong. The room we got was not the one advertised in the pictures, but much smaller and with a downgraded bathroom. Overall, good for the value and for a cheap stay, just be aware there is a strong cigarette smoke smell even though advertised as nonsmoking.
• Silvina (1/5): Muy alejado de lo lindo del Mostar y feo. - Nada. Si bien está al frente de la estación, la zona es muy fea y alejado de todo. Más allá de eso, la razón por la que no me quede es porque la dueña me avisó que el estudio que había reservado no estaba en condiciones porque el inquilino anterior rompió una canilla, entonces me ofrecía una habitación con baño. Cuando llegue, la habitación olía a cenicero y el baño era externo. Le dije que no me podía quedar con un bebé en esas condiciones ( además de que nada que ver con las fotos) y pedí la cancelación.

• Nicole (5/5): Gute Lage, für eine Übernachtung in Ordnung - Die Lage der Unterkunft war gut und in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Bahnhof. Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich. Für eine Nacht kann man es gut aushalten. Der Preis war extrem günstig. Die Dusche war im Badezimmer leider nicht ganz sauber und es gab auch eine Wasserlache auf dem Boden, die nicht trocknete. Im Zimmer selbst war ein Tablett mit zusammengewürfelten Geschirresten zu finden. Diese waren schmutzig und im Wasserkocher war eine undefinierbare gelbe Flüssigkeit. Die Bettwäsche und die Handtücher waren in keinem guten Zustand, teils vergilbt mit kleinen Flecken. Es wäre besser, man würde den Preis etwas anheben und dafür die Ausstattung verbessern. Für den niedrigen Preis kann man natürlich nicht viel erwarten.

The host was incredibly helpful and attentive to all my needs, offering excellent recommendations for restaurants and cafés. Communication was prompt and responsive throughout my stay.

• Halid (1/5): Kötü - Konum tren istasyonuna yakın. Bize sormadan farklı bir odaya aldılar resimleri görünen oda değildi. Çamaşır makinesi var deniyor fakat ev sahibi bozuk olduğunu söyledi ve bizden çamaşır yıkamak için ek ücret talep etti. Zaten biraz hastaydım ve ev klimayla yeterince isinmiyordu. Banyoda duşakabin veya perde yoktu, arkadaşım duş aldı ve tüm banyo havuza döndü çekçek de yoktu su kaldı hep rahat rahat kullanamadik.

• Caroline (6/5): Ansprechend - Lage zum Bahnhof gut. Gute Kommunikation und einfache Schlüsselübergabe. Es gab nur das Bettbezug als Bettdecke. Bett sehr alt und recht unbequem. Zu empfehlen ist der Austausch von neuen Duschköpfen, da aus allen Richtungen Wasser austritt und so das Bad unter Wasser stellt. Die Wohnung befand sich in Richtung einer viel befahrenen Straße. Viel Verkehr und das Geklapper der Gully war zu hören.

• Qiong (1/5): Terrible experience - Nothing I only learned about my studio being downgraded to a room with a separate bath the day of arrival after i contacted the owner. The owner told me the separate bathroom is for me only, while a guest next door kept using it even after I told him not to. The owner would not do anything about it and just kept telling me to use a different separate bathroom, which was taken over by the guest too. I had to clean the bathroom myself several times. Each time I use bathroom, to stay safe, I had to open and lock my room and the bathroom doors 8 times, and those door locks are so broken that it was a struggle each time to get them work. The room assigned to me is very poor with nothing except for a bed and a dirty desk. The blankets are dirty. The apartment is in a poor building, the wall is very thin, and the noise from people next door opening and closing door in the night wake me up. The owner told me that she gave me a discount of 10 euros due to this downgrade, but the price of the room with integrated bathroom on booking on the day is cheaper than the discounted price that she offered me for this terrible room and separate bathroom myself several. I even got sick from staying there, which affected my trip later on. Terrible experience. Would never come back again

• Belgin (8/5): Keyifli - -Biz bu tesisi özellikle tren ve otobüs istasyonuna yakın diye tercih ettik. -Old Town bölgesine de oldukça yakın yürüme mesafesinde. -Odamızın balkonu keyifliydi. -Anahtar teslimi kolaydı, trenimiz erken geldiği için checkin saatinden önce çantalarımızı odaya bırakabildik. Bu konuda esneklik sağladılar. Yataklar çok ses çıkartıyordu :)
• lucia (4/5): DELUDENTE - solo la vicinanza in cnetro non mi e piaciuta i servizio non cerano le sciugamani il frigo tutta la notte faceva rumore cera un vaso con delle piume che giravano conilvento in tutta la stanza cera scritto che cera la cucina e non cera nulla apena ho prenotato la signora mi ha scritto fino a finire i mie nervi mille volte mi ha fatto venire l'ansia prima volta che mi succede propio deludente 1 carta igienica per 3 notte in tre persone assurdo e potrei non finire la lista

• Ebu (10/5): - I had a good stay here. The accommodation has everything you need, and free parking is a big plus. It’s clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The location is convenient – close to the Old Bridge in Mostar, so you can walk there and leave your car behind. The price is very fair for what you get. I would recommend it to others visiting Mostar.

Great location if you're getting an early train to Sarajevo as it is about a 5 minute walk to the train station. Really nice pizzeria just down the street. The host was great and gave us lots of info on what to see and where to eat etc. really good value for money

• Carolina (9/5): Excelente opción de alojamiento en mostar - La gestora me contacto por WhatsApp, me dio todas las indicaciones para llegar, estuvo casi en línea conmigo indicándome. Me solicito un taxi una vez que llegue a la terminal opuesta de la ciudad. Me sugirió unos sitios excelentes para disfrutar de Mostar. El cuarto era amplio, estaba muy limpio y cómodo. Las habitaciones un poco antiguas pero no le vi problema. Dormí de maravilla. La ubicación del sitio maravillosa a diez minutos del puente viejo y al frente de la terminal de buses.

I'm sorry to give such a bad review because everyone needs to make money but I can't be dishonest. A place that is simple, ok but dirty, nothing justifies it.

• Sergey (10/5): Очень хорошее расположение, хорошие хозяева, но интернет, белье и муравьи не очень конечно здорово есть над чем поработа - Расположение супер, очень близко к жд вокзалу и автовокзалу. Не понравилось постельное белье, полотенца, очень плохой интернет даже телевизор в номере не тянет ютуб. Были муравьи но хозяева быстро решили проблему и решили в течении пяти минут. Но на следующий день муравьи появились в другом месте, мы уж не стали беспокоить хозяев.

Flat is located in a 4 flate residential block. Clean and everything you may need. Nothing, would definitely book again if we get the chance ot return to Mostar.
