• Verena (10/5): Perfekt von der Buchung bis zur Abreise. - Wir hatten ein sehr sauberes (gut riechendes) Zimmer mit viel Platz, einem bequem Bett und einem sehr gut ausgestatteten Badezimmer. Die Lage war für unseren Städtetrip perfekt, da wir ruhig geschlafen haben und fußläufig alles erreichen konnten. Das Personal hat von der Buchung bis zur Abreise einen außerordentlich guten Job gemacht. Wir fühlten uns zu jederzeit gut betreut und willkommen. Sobald es uns noch mal nach Rom verschlägt, werden wir wieder bei Shiva, Amalia und Simona buchen. Vielen Dank! Es fehlte uns wirklich an nichts.
• BERTELE (9/5): - Ho molto apprezzato la cortesia ed efficienza delle tre ragazze/signore: Shiva che mi ha accolto il 16 e che, quando ho liberato la stanza il 17 mattina è venuta a prendere la mia valigia e borsa con PC da tenere al sicuro fino a metà pomeriggio quando le ho ritirate prima di prendere il treno; Amalia, che ha tenuto i contatti con me nel pomeriggio di domenica 17 e mi riportato valigia e borsa che aveva in custodia; Simona, anche lei cortese ed efficiente, con cui ho avuto diversi contatti via WhatsApp prima del mio arrivo. Per chi come me è arrivato da Milano il sabato nel primo pomeriggio ed è ripartito alle 19 di domenica sera ci sono alcuni problemi: (1) lasciare i bagagli al sicuro (problema che mi hanno risolto ma per cui non era prevista una soluzione standard; (2) avere qualcosa di più, anche se spartano, oltre al caffè quando ci si alza; (3) avere una saletta dove stare, anche se per tempi brevi, dopo aver abbandonato la stanza

• Eric (8/5): Okay for Rome, not that far away from the sights and Metro - Kind staff, it was clean and comfortable We had a room to the street and it was extremely loud. Also the rooftop terrace was not accessible; we booked it due to it, so it was really a pity.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating, especially Am - Loved how friendly and accommodating the staff were, especially Amalia, Simona and Shiva. The apartments are situated in a great location with lots of shops, restaurants and things to do near by. They also had all facilities needed and a great view. The ironing board was a small table top one, but there wasn’t much space to use it. Would be great if there was a full sized floor standing one.
• Jorge (9/5): Enjoy a Luxury stay in Rome - Wat ik erg prettig vond is het persoonlijke contact, ontvangst bij de locatie, de locatie zelf, want je zit centraal om diverse bezienswaardigheden te bezoeken. Maar ook in rustig wijk dus nachtrust is top. De kamer was goed, met goede beden en verzorging. Prachtig pand waar het zich in bevindt. Laat ik eindigen met de mijn complimenten voor de toppers Simona, Amalia en Shiva. Staan klaar als je iets nodig hebt en geven allemaal goede tips met waar je heen kan gaan, leuke restaurantjes en uitgangspunten. Kortom echt aanrader om hier te overnachten! De regendouche is wel aan vervanging toe. Prima gedoucht overigens, verder badkamer helemaal goed.

Estão sempre disponíveis e até nos enviaram várias recomendações de restaurantes e atrações nas proximidades. Ficámos num quarto mesmo voltado para a Via di Ripetta, uma rua charmosa típica de Roma. O quarto foi limpo diariamente. Sem dúvida, um lugar a que voltaríamos!

I am also a light sleeper so I could hear everything whether that be outside the building or in the hallway

Across the room are three restaurants from which you can choose really good food. The hosts are also super responsive and helpful. The room was very clean and it was cleaned every day. I would definitely recommend it!

• Sarah (9/5): Lovely guest house with great staff - This property exceeded our expectation as we ended up with a small terrace. The check in process was great. The process was well explained and we did not have any issues with the keypads used to get into the property and the room. Francesca was very helpful with questions, restaurant suggestions and was available whenever we needed her. The room was clean, quiet and had sufficient space for our stay. Shower had good pressure and we always had hot water. There was coffee available in the communal area and an added bonus the property has a lift to the higher floors. We also liked the area, there are lots of restaurants, within walking distance of Piazza del Popolo for a drink on the piazza and the taxis stop here. We would stay here again and a huge thank you to Fancesca and Debora for helping to make our stay amazing.
• Gun Merete (8/5): Koselige, moderne leiligheter i et veldig hyggelig område - Vi bodde i den delen som kaltes Terracce suites. Beliggenheten er helt topp, i området er det både rimelige og dyre restauranter, cafeer, shopping og kort vei til bl.a. villa Borghese-parken og Michelangelo-museet. Innenfor en gåavstand på 30-40 min finner du de fleste andre severdigheter også. Leiligheten ligger i en flott bygning, med heis. Det var enkelt å finne frem og komme seg inn - kodelåser på alle dører og gode forklaringer fra utleier. Leiligheten hadde gode møbler og en sittegruppe hvor man kunne slappe av. Litt støy fra gaten, men ikke plagsomt for vår del. Cleaning was sufficient but not more than that. We moved the sofa and one chair since it was placed directly looking into the bathroom and underneath both we found a lot of dust, old receipts, some pills and an empty pill box. The bathroom had a bit of a moldy smell. It was also a bit strange with the bath tub in the main room, next to the sofa.

• Lidia (10/5): - Duży, bardzo wygodny apartament w centrum Rzymu (zaraz obok Piazza del Popolo, blisko Schodów Hiszpańskich i Fontanny Di Trevi). Na miejscu wszelkie udogodnienia - czajnik w części wspólnej, żelazko, suszarka. Dostępne były herbata i kawa. Pokój był ładny i czysty. Miła i pomocna obsługa (Elena i Shiva) - po przyjeździe dostałam wszystkie instrukcje oraz listę z polecanymi restauracjami i kawiarniami, z której skorzystałam. Bez problemu dostałam też fakturę za pobyt. :)

• Pablo (10/5): Excelente - La habitación estaba mejor de lo que esperaba, era amplia y confortable. La cama era gigante y cómoda. La ubicación muy buena, a 5 minutos andando de la boca del metro y a 10 minutos andando de plaza de España. Las dos chicas que nos atendieron (Shiva y Elena) fueron muy atentas y rápidas, nos dieron un numero de whatsapp para comunicar cualquier problema y contestaban al instante. Por decir algo, uno de los días las sabanas olían a humedad, pero les escribimos al whatsapp y nos las cambiaron al instante.

Ad ogni piano ci sono diverse stanze, noi siamo capitati nel Ripetta Natural Suites (differenziazione che però non viene specificata all'atto della prenotazione). La posizione è ottima, si trovano a 5 minuti a piedi da piazza del popolo e a 10 minuti a piedi da piazza di Spagna. Zona tranquilla, in cui ci sono anche diversi ristoranti/bar dove poter eventualmente consumare i pasti. La ragazza che ci ha accolto molto gentile. C'è la possibilità di poter lasciare i bagagli dopo il check-out. La stanza in cui siamo capitati avrebbe bisogno di una rimodernata. Essendo denominate come "Luxury suites" non ci si aspetta un vetro del bagno crepato in più punti, il tappo del bidet completamente corroso e mobili consunti. Nella stanza, inoltre, persisteva un cattivo odore di acqua stagnante proveniente dal bagno. La mattina abbiamo cercato di ovviare al problema tenendo la finestra aperta ma la sera il clima non permetteva ancora di dormire con tutto spalancato. Questo problema l'ho segnalato al check-out e devo dire che la ragazza con cui mi sono interfacciata ha detto che, se lo avessimo detto prima, avrebbe effettuato cambio della stanza. Noi stando buona parte della giornata fuori non abbiamo pensato di segnalare prima il problema.

Very convenient for exploring the city. The price to-quality ratio is outstanding, especially for such a central location. The apartment is stylish, clean, and comfortable, with everything needed for a pleasant stay. Special thanks to Shiva and Elena, they were incredibly friendly, helpful, and made our stay even more enjoyable. Everything was great overall. As a small suggestion, it would be nice to provide slippers for guests.

• agostino (6/5): se anche un minicane paga30euro al giorno, scrivetelo subito - posizione centralissima ma in angolo molto tranquillo, ideale le indicazion di presso: se il sito indica "animali ammessi" e qualsiasi animale paga minimo 30 euro al giorno, è corretto indicarlo subitoi. Io ho un cane delle dimensioni di un gatto, e dopo la prenotazione mi dicono che devo pagare 30 euro. Ho lavorato a Roma 15 anni e continuo a frequentarla, tutti gli alri BB mi hanno indicato subito che il cane era a pagamento (pochissimi) e quasi tutti quelli che "animali domestici accettati" non hsnno sovrapprezzo.

Our room was cleaned every day and the spa bathtub was absolutely amazing. The location of the hotel is perfect – everything is within walking distance. It is just 2 minutes away from famous shopping streets and great restaurants. We truly loved both our room and the location. If I come to Rome again, I would definitely choose to stay here. До Ватикана тоже около 30 мин, но рядом две станции метро - доехать 15 мин. До Термини тоже на метро минут 15. Рядом много кафе, магазинов. Как будто плохо работает вентиляция, был небольшой запах сырости.

• Mariana (10/5): Maravilhosa!!! - O alojamento é fantástico!! A localização é maravilhosa! Conseguimos fazer tudo a pé, até mesmo quando visitámos o Vaticano e quando fomos ver o jogo do Roma. A localização é super segura tanto de dia, como de noite. As funcionárias são super prestáveis e queremos deixar o nosso agradecimento a todas, desde as funcionárias da limpeza à gerência, obrigada Yasmin, Shiva e Elena. Tudo estava perfeito. Posso ainda referir que durante a nossa estadia, uma porta de acesso ao piso ficou com a parte elétrica estragada e houve todo um cuidado por parte da gerência para garantir a tranquilidade e seguridade dos viajantes. Tudo correu bem.

• Lina (10/5): Dekui uz atostogu laikinus namus :) - Svaru, patogu, puiki lokacija, prie pat lankytinu objektu, bet toliau nuo surmulio. Patekimas lengvas, liftas, bendroje zonoje praverte arbatinis bei kavos aparatas. Kambaryje buvo mini saldytuvas, plauku dziovintuvas, lygintuvas. Prie pat, uz keliu zingsniu, ant kampo ir parduotuve Mineta buvo, jog pro 4 auksto langus matysime Romos panorama, bet vaizdas buvo i kaimyninio namo langus :) pelesio kvapas laiptineje, koridoriuje. Bendroje zonoje galetu buti ne matinis langas, o skaidrus

• Ale17 (10/5): - Posizione centrale a due passi da piazza del Popolo. Il palazzo è pieno di fascino. Le ragazze (Shiva, Elena, Debora) sono incredibili, sempre presenti e gentilissime! Nella mia stanza lo specchio del bagno era rotto.

• Victor Alin (8/5): Nice accomodation and good location - Very good location. But luxurious is a bit of an overstatement. Not that different compared to a regular hotel room. Staff was very nice and responsive. Beautiful building No slippers provided, floor was not pleasant to step onto barefoot. Bathroom touches looked a bit old/obsolete. Room expectations were higher, based on pics.
