• Stefano (8/5): Milano a 2 passi - La struttura si trova a ridosso di Porta Venezia ma riparata dal traffico e quindi molto silenziosa. E’ molto spaziosa, con 3 camere da letto ci possono essere 5 ospiti e gli spazi non ne risentono. Il servizio di accoglienza a distanza è la comunicazione con l’host sono stati davvero semplici e funzionali. Tutto molto bene

• Camila Victoria (10/5): Exceptional stay - Excellent stay!! The apartment was spotless and exactly as described, if not better. It’s very well equipped and thoughtfully prepared, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location is great and everything worked perfectly. Communication was smooth and efficient from the beginning. The host was kind, responsive, and genuinely attentive throughout. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it.

• Cristina (10/5): Potrivit - Apartament mare potrivit pentru mai multe persoane, baie și bucătărie utilate cu tot ce este nevoie. Este aproape de magazine,și de statia de metrou, 10 minute până la Dom. Proprietarul a răspuns la orice solicitare sau întrebare.

• Benoit (10/5): Superbe appartement pour un séjour familial ou entre amis à la découverte de Milan - Localisation idéale, dans un quartier animé, mais sans être dans l'hyper centre touristique, très adapté à un séjour en famille. Extrême simplicité pour accéder à l'appartement, avec un système d'ouverture à distance. Les hôtes (2 frères qui ont grandi dans cet appartement) sont super sympas et réactifs. Rien à redire !

• Cvita (10/5): - Beautiful apartment in a great area, close to a lot of shops, bars and walking distance to Duomo and Milano centrale. Clean, tidy and great welcoming with a lot of snacks and coffee. Highly recommended.
• audrey (9/5): Joli appartement, spacieux, bien équipé et bien placé. - Appartement bien situé, propre, spacieux , bien équipé . Dommage qu’il n’y ait pas de contact humain. Tout se fait à distance. Tarif dans les prix de Milan, cher comparé à d’autres villes.
• Cindy (8/5): We only had a 1 night stay but was enjoyable. - Lots of room to hang out with family. Very nice neighborhood that is close to coffee shops and restaurants. Subway within walking distance and was able to visit Duomo and Plaza within minutes. Beautiful! Scratchy sheets and towels.

Y aunque no está en el centro, su ubicación es bastante buena porque pudimos llegar caminando a todos los puntos importantes de la ciudad. La cocina tiene todo lo necesario para pasar unos días y es de agradecer que pudiéramos desayunar alli con algunos alimentos que tuvo la cortesía de dejarnos Nada
• Alberto (9/5): Un'ottima soluzione vicino a porta Venezia per un gruppo numeroso - Posizione comodissima, appartamento curato, silenzioso e pulito Nei giorni scorsi hanno avuto evidentemente un problema di una perdita d'acqua dall'appartamento al piano superiore. Si vedevano i segni di umidità sul soffitto della cucina. Non dipende da loro ma comunque non c'era muffa nè odore in casa. A vederlo così il problema era stato risolto da un punto di vista impiantistico. Basterà una ritinteggiata
• Alexandra (5/5): - Удобное местоположение.Тихая улица.Полчаса ходьбы от центрального железнодорожного вокзала Милана.Так же полчаса пешком до всех основных достопримечательностей Милана.Рядом есть хороший супермаркет, пиццерия с очень вкусной пиццей,кафе и улицы с магазинами. Хорошо оснащённая посудой и продуктами для первого вечера или утра просторная кухня-столовая.Все три спальни изолированы друг от друга.Маленькая уютная гостиная. Апартаменты можно назвать одним словом- "Венеция" из за катастрофического состояния ванной комнаты.Канализация(кроме унитаза) капитально и давно очень забита.Если ещё в умывальника можно успеть помыться ,то в душевой кабине,, через секунду!!! начинает поддон наполняться водой и приходится принимать душ по щиколотку в грязной воде.Но самый кошмар был,когда из плесени на стыке стены и душевого поддона при первом использовании душа появились зелёные маленькие черви. При открывании крана биде появлялась вокруг крана вода.От унитаза и до душевой кабины на стыке стены и пола постоянно присутствовала вода.В унитазе постоянно лилась вода,что удивительно при присутствии счётчика расхода воды. Или хозяева апартаментов не знают в каком состоянии находится ванная комната или не уважают своих гостей. Посудомоечная машина была заполнена чистой посудой от предыдущих гостей. На балконе не снято постиранное бельё. Желательно вход в маленькую кладовую со всеми необходимыми химикатами и принадлежностями для уборки отделить хотя бы шторкой от кухни -столовой.
• Marit (8/5): Weekendje Milaan - Mooi ruim appartement, drie slaapkamers. Bedden zijn comfortabel. Lokatie is top, dicht bij metrostation en genoeg leuke restaurants de buurt. Bij aankomst staat er drinken in de koelkast en koffocups, dat was fijn. Kleine zitbank voor aantal personen, is ook wel aan vernieuwing toe. Douche liep slecht door waardoor je in het douchewater van je voorganger stond Mijn moeder had graag wat meer informatie over de omgeving gehad in het appartement.

• Kamil (8/5): Przyjemnie - Dość przestrony, dobrze wyposażony i zaopatrzony apartament. Stary, ale komfortowy. Dobra lokazliacja, spokojnie i przyjemnie Słabe WiFi, klimatyzacja tylko w salonie. W pozostałych pokojach idzie się ugotować jeżeli nie włączy się klimatyzacji.

Nicola is a very friendly and helpful host, he guided us to the nearest shopping store and halal restaurants. He provided us everything we needed in our apartment. He showed us where to park and the best dinner options in Milan city centre.

• Mark (10/5): Milan trip August 2025. - The location is great. 20 min walk to centrale station. The old tram runs very close by, and the metro is close. The hosts were brilliant with information and always ready to help.

• Paul (10/5): Fantastic apartment in a great location - great for groups or families ! - Great location and comfy apartment. Close to the airport and great for getting in and out of the city centre to see the sights. There are lots of cafes, bars and restaurants near the apartment you dont need to travel far if you dont want to. Our first time visiting Milan and could easily get around from the apartment. Quiet street even though central location - really enjoyable stay ! Facilities in apartment were a bit dated could do with upgrade/revamp. Also the AC in the living room was good but made an annoying sound, only one fan in the property which barely cooled the room.

Handy location for the Metro and with easy access to a multitude of restaurants and bars around Porta Venezia, but the apartment itself was very peaceful. The host was very accommodating and communicated really well, despite our travel delays.
• Jane (6/5): Overall I’d say book the apartment if you want to be central with good transport links. If you want to spend a lot of ti - The apartment is in a fantastic location with quick and easy access to local tram, metro and bus routes. It’s reasonably priced and you’d struggle to book somewhere so central for the price we paid. The host is responsive and answers queries promptly. The apartment is also in a beautiful building with an operational lift and excellent security. The beds were comfy but 1 of the 3 bedrooms didn’t have air conditioning which could be uncomfortable in very hot weather Unfortunately we were disappointed that some of the facilities were not as expected. The balcony was full of the host’s laundry which meant we were unable to use the balcony as advertised. We were also disappointed to not receive the complimentary wine, coffee pods and milk Mentioned in the other reviews. Finally we were upset that a cleaner arrived to clean the apartment just after 10am on our departure day. This is despite us paying 15€ per person late check out fees.

May not be suitable if you travel in a group with big luggages. There is only 1 bathroom joint with 1 closet. May not be suitable for large groups.

• Dries (8/5): Perfect place to stay for our group of 3 friends - Spacious and comfortable apartment, on a good location. Not too far from the city center (we walked, but it is also close to public transport), also not far from the central station (20 minuten walk). Quiet neighborhood, but there are plenty of restaurants around. The host was very flexible with respect to our arrival time, everything went smoothly. It remains rather expensive, but then again, it is Milan, and other places are even more expensive it seems.

• Hongru (9/5): you should consider here for staying in Milan. - The apartment is spacious and clean. even brighter than the online pictures show. the host is so nice that he allowed us to put our luggages in before check in time. Meanwhile, there were plenty of drinks and snacks provides so that we saved efforts in shopping. The kitchen is big and welk functioned to enable cook and dine with ease. There is a tram station just a few minutes away leading to Milan central station with about 15 minutes. the lift is a bit too small for more than 4 people at one time or large suitcases.

Owner was very friendly and took care of all our needs communication was exceptional, apartment was very clean and recently overhauled. Huge rooms, kitchen,bathroom. Loved the balconies!Traveling with family everybody loved it and had a great time. Classic building with modern facilities are the best! Will definitely stay again if we go back to Milan.

We wanted a place with three bedrooms for six people to sleep at a reasonable price and this place worked out just right for us. Giuglio, the host, was warm, friendly and very accommodating. We arrived early morning from New York for a month long stay so we had plenty of luggage and hoped we could check in early and get some rest before going to the Springsteen concert that evening. Guiglo let us come directly from the airport and get into the apartment before noon, had some snacks in the house which was great, and even went home and printed out our concert tickets and parking pass and returned a couple of hours later with them. He didn't have to do that!
