• Garrett (5/5): - It was quiet and Arianna was nice. The full light blocking shades over the windows are awesome Place was pretty beat up and it wasn't very clean. I bought a sponge to do the dishes but that's not a big deal. Bedroom lights didn't work, tv gets a few Italian channels but no access to any apps for late night watching. Water will stay hot but change to cold for a short time then back to hot. Mold in the bathroom closest to the kitchen and the shower is in pretty bad shape mold and seal wise.

Spero di aver occasione di tornare
• Sharon (8/5): Very good - Arianna was a lovely kind lady who went out of her way to help us. We arrived over an hour later than we thought, and she was so kind to have some food in the fridge for us as we didn't have time to get dinner. She also went out of her way to get gluten-free food for my daughter. There was a supermarket close to the house (4 min walk). Although the staff are very rude and unhelpful, even after we tried our best to speak Italian. But it has a good selection for my daughter, who is a coeliac. The property was a long way away from the main city of Rome. It took 45 mins to walk to the nearest mall. And 30 minutes to a train station. Buses were terrible, and after 3 driving straight past us (even after standing on the road to get them to come over, we ended up paying over 100 nz dollars to get an Uber back to house. The streets were very dirty and smelly. But this is not the hosts fault, but it is something to consider. If you're used to public transport and travel, then this place will be perfect for you. For us who are new at it, we found it very stressful .The water temperature of showers was also very strange - it would go cold then hot cold then hot. Not a constant heat. I have no idea if this is usual or just the place.
• Marta (10/5): Apartment is in a quite neighbourhood, 5mins walk from supermarket. Everything is exactly like in pics - Big terrace is always cherry on the top ❤️
• Cheryl (10/5): Perfect spot just outside of Central Rome. - We had the most lovely host who welcomed us so nicely into the Airbnb. Nice clean modern apartment. Lots of busses leading straight into the city for cheap! Perfect for a stay outside of the business of Rome.
• Rymma (10/5): Very comfortable, quiet and relaxing - We stayed in this wonderful apartment at the beginning of September, there were 5 of us adults. We were traveling from Germany, and as it usually happens, we were delayed on the road and arrived much later than expected. Free check-in was until 20:30, we arrived at 21:30 and paid 20€ for late check-in. Upon check-in, a very friendly provider was waiting for us, who showed us everything we need to know. The apartment has two air conditioners, one in the hall and one in the bedroom, there is no air conditioner in the room with a bunk bed. Bed linens and an iron were also provided. The apartment is also equipped with two full bathrooms with a hairdryer, which is a huge plus when there are more than two of you. The kitchen was fully equipped, there was a coffee machine and capsules for it, a dishwasher, spices and even some food. the apartment also has two terraces (one from the kitchen and one from the bedroom), where it is very pleasant to spend time in the morning and evening, if desired, there is a dining table on the terrace where you can have breakfast/dinner. The location of the apartment is wonderful, far enough from the center to take a break from the hustle and bustle of Rome, but close enough, just an hour's drive by bus. the only slight negative experience (has nothing to do with apartment)- Roman buses. They travel according to their own schedule, which does not completely coincide with the one presented on the Internet. You can stand at the bus stop for half an hour and not actually catch a bus.
• High (9/5): Good place to stay if you don’t want to be near other tourists and you don’t mind public transportation. - The apartment was on the first floor in a quiet neighborhood. It was a bit far from the Rome attractions so we did spend a lot of time on buses and trains.

• Cristina (9/5): Superb - The location is in a quiet neighborhood. The shops, cofee shops and restaurants are very close and very intimate. There are direct lines, buses to the historical center. I recommed this apartment for a family vacation. The host was very nice and available. The beds were twin. We would have liked a large bed in one of the rooms.
