• Claudia (9/5): Relaxing and restorative - The view was spectacular. The lodge was really done to a high standard and was immaculate. Just a lovely spot. The host was welcoming on first day, but it was very private otherwise. I am hopeless at reversing and the lane is single track on last bit. I had to reverse back for a neighbour and made an absolute tit of myself! Totally worth it for the privacy and view :-)
• Anita (10/5): Excellent stay overall! - Location was great. The lodge was warm cosy and very clean. There was attention to detail. The owners had put a lot of work in it and it showed. The only thing that could be improved is the recycling arrangement, e.g have a bin that it’s split recycling and normal waste and a small caddy under the sink for food waste.

• Laurie (9/5): Lovely anniversary break - Wonderful place with everything you could need and want for a peaceful, chilled romantic break 😊 Blackout curtains for the bedroom for my partner who likes to sleep in on a break is the only complaint. However for myself it was perfect, as I’m up early and love sitting outside with a coffee x

• Tina (10/5): TOP NOTCH - We were so impressed with Willow Lodge. The owners had thought of everything and were on hand if you needed them but inobtrusive. Beautiful rural area ..peaceful but not far from amenities and beaches. WONDERFUL ...highly recommended Too short a trip !
• Jayne (10/5): A perfect little getaway - A lovely retreat in a green and peaceful location. The lodge had everything we needed and more. A little 'home from home'. It was very clean and well presented, just as in the pictures. I particularly liked the fact that there were plenty of coat hangers for your clothes and a hanging space just inside the door for your outdoor attire. A perfect location, being just a short drive from Falmouth and other tourist attractions if desired. The welcome basket was a nice addition too. Many Thanks for a lovely stay.
• Shaun (10/5): - Pete and Carrie are fantastic hosts and were excellent in communicating with us throughout our stay at Willow Lodge. We were pleasantly surprised about the amount of amenities present which were very useful throughout, and such a nice touch for them to also provide similar items for our dog too. The lodge was very secluded and surrounded by various wildlife which was nice to see and made it very relaxing. The hot tub is definitely worth hiring and an extra bonus for relaxation. We had noted the remarks about the road leading up to the Lodge, but as long as you adapt to driving carefully then you should have absolutely no issues as we completed this many occasions during our long stay there. Finally, Willow Lodge is a perfect location for shops being not too far away, and plenty of places to visit within a short drive too. Overall we would highly recommend Willow Lodge and you won't be disappointed. Thank you Carrie and Pete.

We were child free for a few days and wanted somewhere peaceful and secluded but a great base to explore Cornwall and willow lodge ticked every single box. The lodge was immaculate and tastefully decorated throughout. Some delicious treats to welcome us was an added bonus! Incredible! Absolutely nothing

• Danielle (9/5): Beautiful views, cosy and clean cabin with everything needed and more! - We loved the little hamper, how it had everything we needed & more and the little touches! We loved the location and the cat that lives nearby called Buzzy! The place was extremely clean, modern and new and you could tell the owners took a lot of time to make it perfect! The tub was fab, took a while to get used to making the fires and keeping it going but once you get the hang of it it works well. The owners were also extremely helpful and friendly! The location and views are amazing if you want privacy and countryside.
• Becky (10/5): A lovely long weekend away! - Extremely clean, everything we needed available, really quiet and cosy, bed was so comfortable! More information beforehand on the track to the lodge as very tight and bumpy, could have been an issue if we came in our larger vehicle
• Pamela (10/5): One of the most cleanest, comfortable, well thought through places we've been to. - It was a very long stony uneven drive, off the road, which took us by surprise. Would be better for a 4x4 than a normal saloon car, however it is achievable and worth it to get to the lodge!

• Samantha (9/5): Unique and I will never forget how beautiful the panoramic views are looking across to the sea. - If you like a peaceful retreat then this is it. Stunning panoramic views looking across to the Lizard and Goonhilly. Can’t hear the traffic it’s off the beaten track. It’s spacious, private and about 9 miles from the Lizard peninsular where there are lots of different beaches plus coves.Helston is the closest town. When we arrived there was parking by the lodge and it was warm and cosy. I loved the interior in the bedroom very calming colours. We were given Christmas treats and it was a lovely surprise plus the lodge had been decorated very tastefully with a Christmas tree 🎄 thanks. We also enjoyed the walk down to the stream that runs all the way down into Constantine and the Gweek. It was perfect for us and our little dog Buster. The only thing I found hard was driving the narrow lane and then the bumpy track to the property. You had to be very careful cas of mud, water and pot holes. If you drive very slow you will be okay. It was worth it when you got there.
