Guest Reviews
- Rebecca (10/5): Lovely - Beautiful garden, warm property and lots of hot water
Really nicely done, we had everything we needed N/A
- Anthony (10/5): Excellent apartment fir 2 highly recommended - Excellent apartment, clean, well maintained/designed, with all the facilities. Comfortable bed, sofa, warm, great shower, kind and attentive owner ( Gina). Highly recommended. NTR
- Chris (10/5): Great place, tidy & comfortable. Good offering of shops / restaurants / bars in the village. - Very well planned out, well decorated & maintained. Just what we needed for a few days while we had a water leak at home repaired. Nothing
- Terri (9/5): Perfect for our needs. -
- Derek (9/5): Lovely, well equipped apartment to stay. - Breakfast was cook your own, but milk was provided on arrival. The property is small, but includes everything needed for a comfy stay. Gina was an attentive host, and was friendly and approachable. A minor plumbing glitch was sorted out immediately with no issues.
- Kevin (9/5): -
- Ian (9/5): This was an excellent choice for me as it was close to my daughter and family. - Maybe the TV could be bigger???
- Sarah (9/5): A lovely self catering apartment. - It felt very homely. It had all the facilities you could need. We had milk and butter in the fridge which was really handy. It was also very clean. The only thing we found uncomfortable was the sofa chair. Looked good but it was difficult to get comfy on it.
- Liam (10/5): -
- Richard (10/5): Immaculate, self-contained apartment. - Beautifully appointed, clean, and well equipped. Nothing
- Christopher (8/5): Very comfortable property for a short stay. - Small but well appointed one bedroom property. Very comfortable. Parking for the car and close to the shops and eateries. Nothing
- Karolina (9/5): - The space is very well-organised, nice, clean, and modern. There’s a very comfortable sofa, a well-equipped kitchen with everything you need, a lovely bathroom with a good shower, a comfortable bed, and big wardrobes. It also comes with a hair dryer, airer, iron, and even a washing machine. A nice touch with the shortbread, milk, and butter. There’s also a parking space in front of the apartment and a good location. The only thing is that maybe the TV could be slightly bigger, but at the end of the day, you’re not going into this area to watch TV.
- Beverley (10/5): - Great location and really comfortable, well-equipped and designed property.
Lovely attention to detail - down to checking what kind of milk I preferred and ice cubes in the freezer! 100% glad to have stayed!
- Tom (9/5): Superb -
- Janet (8/5): Very good -
- Willmott (9/5): Excellent - n/a n/a
- Gillian (10/5): Perfect accommodation, I would highly recommend. - A perfect location and cleanliness, everything you could need was provided. Nothing
- Penny (3/5): Never again, this sort of air B&B just doesn’t work, a money making failure would not recomend - Location was ok for what we needed, booked for 2 nights only stayed one night! The place was a converted garage and very cold and damp, we had to ask for the heating to be put on. Most uncomfortable tv didn’t work to start with, we were not told the key safe number and had to ring the owner to get this who blamed booking .com for the error. That didn’t help us having driven for several hours.
There was no privacy we could hear all what was going on in the premises behind a flimsy inner door.
All in all a total waste of money we could not stay the whole 2 days we were so uncomfortable so we left at 4 am the next morning (freezing).
- Kevin (9/5): Reasonably priced, excellently located accommodation - It was located for visiting elderly relatives in Rustington Nothing
- Jackie (10/5): Peaceful, comfortable and everything we needed for a short break visiting our relatives in the area. - Stylish, cosy and peaceful little haven. A very well appointed ground floor apartment perfect for a single person or a couple. Gina our host was very helpful before arrival and afterwards. She even gave us a lift early on the morning of our departure to the nearest station to catch a train to Gatwick airport. Enjoyed looking at all the birds in the garden outside our bedroom window. Perfect location for walking into the village and to the seafront, but more importantly 5 mins walk from our relatives who we came to visit. Nothing
- Amber (10/5): Everything I need when working away from home - Excellent, comfortable stay again, thank you Gina.
- Andrew (10/5): Exceptional -
- Blair (10/5): Exceptional - Well furnished and clean. Everything was thought of. Exceptional property.
- Anthony (10/5): Exceptional - Ideal for my trip All ok
- Sean (10/5): One to return to 😀 - An excellent base for exploring the area
Lovely, clean and comfortable accommodation
The village has great facilities too Everything was fine 👍
- Sarah (7/5): fair price, short walk away from away from main facilities and not too far away from the sea. - They left me cheese and butter and some wonderful cookies which were enjoyed. Never saw the hosts even though the building was attached to the side of then house which for me was a bonus. the front door was a little sticky and I struggled to get in but that's just probably me,
- Helen (8/5): Just what we wanted really, suited us well. - Self catering. Good location to explore area, could walk to the town. Property was exceptionally presented with high quality appliances. Bathroom and shower were particularly lovely. Wifi was very patchy. Would have been nice to have just a little outside space. Kitchen equipment could have been better as it lacked a few items for cooking and serving.
- Amber (9/5): Excellent stay again. Will keep returning. - Clean apartment in a very good location with excellent facilities. Very comfortable, easy stay. Nothing
- Graham (8/5): Very good -
- Ruth (10/5): Exceptional - Location perfect for me as I was visiting family 5 mins walk away nothing
- Mike (9/5): Superb -
- Bonnie (9/5): Little Gem - Excellent location minutes from shops, restaurants , pub etc. Accommodation was cozy, clean & well equipped . Host & partner were lovely Bit chilly at night but throws were provided
- Rebecca (10/5): Beautiful quiet street, cosy little place. - The property was perfect for our requirements. There is off-road parking and the place was warm (we visited in the spring but I think the air-flow would be good in summer). The decor is finished to a high standard so although the property externally looks like a converted garage, it was surprisingly luxurious inside. The hosts were lovely and reached out to make sure we had everything we needed. The bedroom overlooks a beautiful garden with lots of bird song. The kitchen was nicely equipped with everything we needed. The bathroom was beautiful and the water pressure was good. I would definitely stay here again. The living/dining area was very comfortable with a cute round sofa. The mattress was medium firmness (which was very comfortable) and the pillows were a little soft for my preference, but my husband said they were nice to sink into. Very nice attention to detail. There was only 1 key, which was slightly difficult for us as we had a lot of separate plans throughout the weekend. We requested a second key but as the keys have to be sent off for duplication, the hosts were unable to help (though they were apologetic and did try).
- Chris (8/5): Very good - Bathroom facilities were excellent, especially the shower. The sofa was quite uncomfortable as it was an odd shape. Was not sure how to work the microwave and I could not find any instructions.
- Ruth (10/5): Exceptional - Very convenient as close to family I was visiting
- Iain (10/5): Exceptional - Lovely, very comfortable apartment!
- Julie (10/5): comfy clean and everything on hand - comfortable and everything we needed we liked everything

- Nigel (10/5): Perfect for our short stay - N/A All good
- Jane (10/5): Excellant holiday let - Facilities were ai. Location a1 cleanliness a1 There was nothing to dislike
- John (10/5): Exceptional -
- Reg (9/5): Very nice and pleasant experience - All was really nice. Not sure where the heating controls were, but it was a warm day and evening. Nothing to complain about.
- Tamara (8/5): Very good - The location and style, as well as the kitchen The room temperature and not enough towels
- Rachel (6/5): Cosy and close to East Preston. - The location was perfect for visiting my father who lives 10 minutes walk away. It was very clean and both the bathroom and kitchen looked almost new. The shower was great and there was a lovely heated mirror to make it easier to use after a shower. The place had everything you could want and the owner left things for making tea, butter, and a pack of biscuits as a welcoming gift. The bed was fairly comfortable and had a lot of pillows. Great off the road parking. I had expected the property to be bigger. The pictures are slightly misleading in that way. My husband and I are tall people, so maybe that wouldn't be a problem for many others. There is a view out onto the terrace, but no access which was a pity as this would have enhanced the property considerably. The towels were too small for bath towels (again, we´re big people) and the hangers were an assortment of old wire and plastic that I would never hang my clothes on. These last 2 things I feel would make a small but noticeable difference if addressed. It was also a bit noisy in the morning as we could hear the people from the main house moving around, it was loud because technically, it's the same house.
- Robert (10/5): Exceptional -
- Lesley (6/5): Comfortable - Good location Messaged privately to owner
- David (10/5): Arundel Weekend Stay - Lovely Property. Very clean and very well equipped.
Very comfy bed, lovely shower.
Would definately stay again. No issues at all.
- Michelle (10/5): A perfect two night stay - A perfect place to stay for two nights whilst visiting family. We were unable to work out hob so used oven instead as kitchen well equipped. Peaceful and relaxing, not far from restaurants and....the beach.
- Magdalena (10/5): The cottage was amazing, modern and very cosy. Very quiet . - The location was great, very close to Restaurants and the beach 😎 Cold floor

- John (8/5): Very good - Beautiful and clean No garden access
- Michael (10/5): Exceptional -
- Emma (9/5): Comfortable summertime visit - Really nice apartment. Clean and comfortable. Appreciated the complimentary biscuits, tea and milk.
Good internet connection and several TV channels to choose from It was a shame we couldn't use the garden as it looked beautiful. The bed shuffled forwards and creaked very loudly every time you moved which did cause some interrupted sleep but otherwise really comfortable.
- Pete (10/5): Exceptional - Nice quiet leafy location. Hopefully will have a longer visit sometime
- Jill (10/5): comfortable, relaxing and enjoyable - very clean and comfortable, the welcome pack was a kind thought.
- Frances (8/5): Excellent clean and well equipped accommodation with a great walk in shower. - An excellent location for us and very well equipped with excellent kitchen and walk in shower. We would prefer a bigger bed but understand the constraints with the size of the bedroom.
- Wendy (8/5): so relaxing and quiet in super location - neat tidy and extremely kindly provisioned with milk butter biscuits tea coffee sugar which was appreciated the bed was super comfortable but did creak a lot! otherwise the apartment was very well appointed
- Jagger (9/5): Superb -
- Joan (9/5): Superb -
- Emmerson (8/5): Very good - Done out to a high standard. Owner very helpful when messaged, taxis, pubs, etc.clean and comfortable. Was good for our needs. Would have been nice to have a little area cordoned off to sit out and have a drink. We were visiting relatives so were able to go there. Only one bedside table due to shortage of space, so a little awkward for putting books, drink at side. Nothing major though.
- Kdavies2002 (10/5): A lovely seaside retreat! - The facilities were clean, modern and well maintained. N/A
