- Steven (7/5): Great base for south Harris - Spacious modern pod in quiet corner of Harris, overlooking Skye. Nice bathroom with spacious shower and quality products. Complimentary red wine on arrival. Owner greeted us, nice touch as many pods I've been to I've seen no one. Garden isn't enclosed fully, so not good if it's meant to be dog friendly. Road about 2 metres from door, it's quiet but the occasional pedestrians and vehicles means it's not that private. No tv reception, have to use the streaming apps, but the WiFi is too weak.

- Sharon (10/5): Amazing stay, would definitely return! - What a beautiful pod! Everything you need, with a great view and loads of sheep wandering past. I’d definitely return here. There was nothing I didn’t like.
- Jayne (9/5): -
- Susan (10/5): An unforgettable holiday - Incredible location, and a very comfortable pod with all we needed for a magical stay.
- Sutherland (9/5): We had a wonderful 4 night stay in a calm, peaceful setting. - It was a lovely pod in a secluded location with a beautiful view. It had everything we needed and it was very clean. Nothing!
- Shorten (9/5): Little Minch return - Location, quality finishings and
dog friendly. Minor kitchen essentials missing (chopping board, spatula, bottle opener) but no show stoppers
- Paul (9/5): Little Minch was a relaxing escape with stunning views - It was really cosy with everything you needed to hand and the views were stunning. A good base to explore Harris from and a lovely spot to come home to in the evening and coorie in
- Ryan (10/5): - Very cosy, fantastic views and a had everything we needed for a 3 day stay on Harris. Nothing.
- Michael (10/5): -
- Robert (10/5): I may never sleep in a tent again - Great views. Very quiet. Handy for St Clements Church and the seal colony
- Abby (10/5): -
- Helen (8/5): Very well appointed pod. - The location was stunning. Fabulous views. In sunny weather it was very warm inside and we couldn't open any windows because of the huge clouds of midges.
- Paul (10/5): Top rated pod - Peaceful and scenic location. Great facilities with everything you need for a relaxing stay. Very cosy and good space. The owner's communication was very good. Had a welcoming gift on arrival. Very much enjoyed our stay. Thanks from Paul and Laura. Shower could be a bit warmer but helped to wake you up in the morning.
- Ella (10/5): Great for Harris - Great for exploring Harris and it is in a really nice, quiet location. Very clean and tidy inside.
- Claire (5/5): -
- Anne (10/5): Beautiful place in a beautiful location . Ideal for touring Harris - Beautiful, clean and fabulous views and peaceful. Nothing really. But due to its remote location it would be nice to provide milk, tea and coffee for arrival.
- Michael (9/5): - Pod was great. Really worked for us.
- Victoria (8/5): - Nice place to stay, owneers very friendly The alarm system must be change,,scared to Cook in the night fort the alarm...shower is not really hot...and cooker is not working very well .
- lisa (10/5): - Lovley location, lovley pod, so peaceful, great fishing Nothing
- Geoffrey (10/5): - Our stay at Little Minch was the best introduction for our first visit to Harris. We let our host know our estimated time of arrival and everything was perfectly prepared for us. Our accommodation was superb: beautiful bed linen and everything we could possibly need provided. The views and the proximity to nature all contributed to a great stay. We wished we could have stayed longer. Five stars🌟. A little gem! Nothing to dislike - the perfect stay!
- Tina (6/5): Uncomfortable ethos. - Key safe code sent in advance. The owner is watching over the property and it felt like 'Big Brother'. I received an impersonal message (not named) that it had been noted that I'd arrived 2 hours early. Frankly, the host should be more forgiving, and account for ferry arrivals to Tarbert.
- KEITH (10/5): A Harris gem - Location

- Sarah (9/5): Comfortable stay, with great views - Great location, Clean, comfortable bed. It was quite warm during the night, couldn't open the window because of the midges
- Frederick (10/5): Very relaxing stay in a lovely place. - Great scenic location. Well equipped pod and very comfortable.

- Jill (10/5): Perfect base for cycling all over Harris - Stunning location and a really comfy pod. Great base for cycling in Harris. Near enough Leverburgh grocery store to mean self-catering was straightforward.
- Kivori (10/5): Lovely stay - The place was absolutely heartwarming and exceeded all my expectations. I wasn’t expecting much when booking just an overnight stay, but we got a lovely, cozy cottage with a sea view. Everything we needed was there. Charming, friendly sheep outside the window and a double rainbow as a gift. Truly special!
- Bence (10/5): Exceptional -
- Alison (10/5): Comfortable, cosy accomodation. Ideal for exploring Harris - Dog friendly. Cosy, comfortable accomodation with a lovely view. I suppose the lack of somewhere to hang wet coats was a challenge but the shower proved to be the answer.
- Thow (9/5): Superb - Brilliant location, very comfortable, and David was very friendly and helpful, enjoyed the chats.
- Alison (9/5): Superb -
- Louise (10/5): Tiny gem. - What a lovely little dwelling! It has everything you need. Beautifully designed. Spotlessly clean and so comfortable. And the most incredible view - such a beautiful location. This is not a criticism but a suggestion, given the fact that it’s not easy to buy groceries on Harris. Perhaps a small welcome pack containing a few essentials- tea bags, coffee, sugar, milk, maybe even a couple of eggs and some bread - would be so helpful.
- Jamie (10/5): Exceptional -
- Gillian (10/5): Exceptional - Such an amazing, peaceful view. Well designed and well equipped.
- Suzanna (10/5): Exceptional -
- Chris (10/5): We had a wonderful two night stay. - It was exactly what we hoped for plus more. There is nothing to report.
- Martin (10/5): Really lovely stay convenient for Leverburgh ferry… - Really clean & well equipped.
Owner clearly invested in making sure guests are at home - we only stayed one night but were really sorry to leave….. Nothing !
- Richard (8/5): Very good -
- Mrs (9/5): Superb - Nice welcome from host, explanations and information. The property was very clean. Fantastic view.
- Frank (8/5): Very good -
- Marcus (10/5): Fantastic views and has everything. - Great location and views.
We are now converted to POD living.
It was spotlessly clean and has everything. Nothing.
- Mo (8/5): We enjoyed it and will use again. - Spotless and finished with high quality furnishing. Wifi TV not working properly. Shower not too warm.
- Karol (10/5): Exceptional -
- Angela (10/5): The Little Minch Pod is a perfect place to R&R - The Little Minch Pod is a wonderful place to rest and relax. The Pod itself is warm, comfortable and well designed with kitchen, sofa and table and benches all fitting in well. You have your own garden too, which the sheep and rabbits wander through. The view of the coastline is inspiring. We were there only for one night and we would have stayed longer had we known how good it was.
- Leanne (10/5): Exceptional -
- Tabitha (9/5): Quick stop off - The remoteness and the views are perfect! the linen was lovely and soft and good utilities. Nothing everything was fine
- Margaret (10/5): Delightful. - The facilities were exceptional. The only suggestion i would make is that given the remote location and the nearest supermarket is 7 miles away (and could be closed by the time guests arrive) that the minimum basic provisions such as milk and tea be available at the premises. Also, we were 2 friends on holiday but there was no spare bedding for the sofa bed. The outside had two chairs but a small table to put food & drink would have been helpful given that the ground was pebbles. Had a great time, please take this as practical suggestions on how to enhance the experience even more.
- Stewart (10/5): A fabulously comfortable pod in a breathtakingly beautiful setting - Loved everything about this pod it was so cosy and our dog absolutely loved it!
- Adam (10/5): Beautiful location, comfortable and secluded - Spotlessly clean, comfortable and secluded. We couldn’t quite figure out how to get the shower up to full temperature
- Donald (10/5): Exceptional -
- Alistair (10/5): Exceptional value and service from the host, highly recommended - 1st time in a pod and WOW, this was amazing, hassle free booking and entry, beautiful pod with high end finishing, all the essential features in a great location. Will use again when touring on the bike. Nothing
- Alasdair (10/5): Amazing, welcoming and ideal - Location was beautiful and memorable The sofa and table benches can be uncomfortable for extended use
- Donna (10/5): great evening by the water, would definitely go back - Beautifully appointed, immaculately clean, great location
- Duncan (9/5): Superb - First time in a pod and we really liked it great wee hide away
- Alyssia (9/5): Secluded and cosy pod - Wonderful location and a great little pod with good facilities generally Nowhere to hang wet coats on entry, and we struggled to get the shower temperature high enough to be pleasant - it was snowing outside though!
- Buford (10/5): Nice hut, great views - Very difficult to find
- Charles (10/5): Exceptional - Very peaceful and great scenery and pod so clean and cozy. All gd.
- Callum (5/5): Perfect pod, rollercoaster roads and WiFi woes.. - Fantastic pod, well equipped, warm, comfortable, as new condition, practical and excellent setting. WiFi didn’t work, as a result no TV, this part of the world there is no mobile phone connection which means you are totally cut off. Not my first visit to Harris and not uncommon sadly.
The comprehensive guest guide gave instructions for everything except the TV which I felt was significant. Following the WiFi connection guide was easy, except came up not connected to the internet. This was the same for all devices, phone and laptop. Really sorry to leave this feedback but with no phone, no internet and no TV, was very solitary and not able to report it to the phone number provided until next day. Even then it was a struggle having to drive around to find a phone signal. Not much in the way of apology, or making good on the situation which is consistent with remote property letting…
Remember you have no idea where or who your owner is. So these contactless accommodations are fine in principle, but this is where they fall down..
on arranging a support visit the following day, the support didn’t show up when agreed at which point I decided to leave a day early.
Finally, the location could well cause real fear for some just by getting there, with around 10 miles of dramatic single track road. Not for the faint hearted especially in the dark.. and again remember no one is there to greet you.
- Christine (10/5): Fantastic - Remote clean and comfortable Nothing
- Stephen (10/5): Lovely pod and location - Lovely, clean pod which was well equipped.
- Peter (10/5): Exceptional - Comfortable and peaceful base for exploring South Harris.
- Shell (10/5): Lovely wee self catering pod with a great view - Clean ,comfortable pod with a lovely view and complete privacy being on its own
- Louise (10/5): We had a great stay and the cabin was very cosy and clean - Very clean and modern Nothing
- Adrian (9/5): Serenely beautiful, and out of the way. - Beautiful views, and very peaceful. The facilities are surprisingly good. Smoke alarm goes off when you fry anything, even when no smoke is visible.
- Iain (9/5): Superb -
- Seana (9/5): Superb - Lovely location. Really clean and modern with well equipped kitchen. We loved it! Bit of a stormy cold weekend, but lovely comfortable and warm in the pod. No Internet available, which meant no TV either as just a smart TV. Texted and tried to phone owner with no response. Hot water Luke warm, would of liked a warm shower.
- Steven (7/5): Secluded and affordable stay on the spectacular Golden Road. - Clean, easy, great view, secluded, lots of power/USB sockets, great Harris literature provided, and everything we needed was there. Too hot and loads of midges meant we could not open the door.
- Alan (10/5): Exceptional - I loved the peace and quiet and wonderful view . And the pod had everything you need for a comfortable relaxing stay
- Deanna (8/5): We stayed one night and enjoyed the view from our window. - The view from the pod is absolutely beautiful. It made up for the nasty weather which was windy and rainy.
- Thomas (9/5): Superb -
- Holly (10/5): Would stay again! - Amazing spot, very clean and beautifully presented
- Gillian (10/5): Perfect pod with everything we needed. Lovely location -
- Dilys (10/5): Brand new luxurious pod with all facilities. Excellent location with a good view. - Very comfortable and well equipped. Wonderful views across to Skye. Location was perfect to be able to explore both East and West South Harris.
- Christopher (10/5): Exceptional -
- David (10/5): Exceptional -
- Cameron (10/5): Magical spot - Idyllic location, secluded (only one pod) and with brand new fittings. In built Bluetooth speakers were a real plus. Host was lovely and gave us some great tips about what to see. Would definitely come back! WiFi was quite limited, but that wasn't an issue for us - to be expected and only enhanced the experience to be honest.
- Deb (10/5): Really nice stay - Views
