• Silke (9/5): Lovely and unique - We had a lovely stay! The rooms are nice and comfortable. The service team was excellent and the Restaurant has been one of a kind. Thank you! The house is old, which also makes it special. However, you should bear in mind that the noise level can be quite high depending on the room.
• Nina (9/5): - Beautiful, spacious suite in a great location in Garachico. The room was huge and had a charming, antique feel with lots of character. The bathroom was luxurious and the balcony with it's sea view was lovely. No onsite reception while we were there but the hosts were communicative and provided us with all the information we need for check-in via WhatsApp. The only reason I deducted a star from this property was a bad smell coming from the drains in the bathroom. This might be something to look into and resolve in future.

• Emmanuelle (10/5): Formidable! - Notre chambre était hyper confortable avec même un coin cuisine Merci pour les attentions bouteille de vin, corbeille de fruits Nous avons eu le plaisir de dîner dans un autre restaurant des propriétaires, le caleton . Je vous le recommande également. Nous y sommes allés les deux soirs de suite.!!! C’est un établissement tenu par une famille hyper sympathique et il y a beaucoup d’attention apportee aux clients. Bravo et merci à vous.
• Ana Cândida (7/5): - Historical building in a great area and very close to free parking. Large rooms with well equipped kitchen supplies and comfy bed. Staff is helpful although you don’t see them so much. Very thin walls what might be part of being in a historical building. You can hear everything from neighbors. There is no cleaning of the room what is fine for me but keep that in mind since the price is not cheap. We did not even get our breakfast tray take out of of the days. Breakfast is delivered in the room what is nice, but it was a bit sad- I always eat very well in Spain in the most simple and easy places but nothing was very tasty, from the tomato to eggs, boxed orange juice, the toast… it made us no really inspired to try the restaurant downstairs to be honest.

Die praktische Küchenzeile im Zimmer mit kompletter Ausstattung Einzig die etwas beschwerliche steile Treppe, das sollte man wissen, und die Stufen im Zimmer, dem Alter des Hauses offenbar im Originalzustand geschuldet.

• Adriana (8/5): Krásné, ale… - - stylové - v centru města - vynikající restaurace Pokoj se celý svažoval jakoby ke straně směrem k oknu. Z restaurace bylo do pokoje slyšet opravdu vše, dokud se restaurace neuzavřela a personál neodešel, neměli jsme šanci usnout. Také v noci jsme slyšeli doslova každý krok, sprchu, spláchnutí WC… z pokoje nad námi. Velmi, velmi doporučuji špunty do uší, jinak se prostě nevyspíte.

• Nathalie (5/5): Trois nuits dans un établissement qui propose "une véritable expérience immersive". - Charme de l'hébergement et situation sur l'île et dans la ville. Difficile de trouver mieux Chambre au charme historique, très propre, et idéalement située au cœur de l’activité au-dessus de la cuisine et du restaurant, permettant de profiter des conversations animées, des odeurs de cuisine et d’une ambiance sonore continue, y compris celle des sanitaires et douches des chambres voisines. La vue est spectaculaire : deux grandes fenêtres donnant sur le corridor des cuisines et un mur situé à 1,50 m, pour une intimité rare. Accueil conceptuel et rigoureux : petit-déjeuner servi uniquement de 8h30 à 9h, sans exception, même en cas d’excursion. Aucun fruit proposé, mais on peut les admirer en partant. Une adresse à ne surtout pas éviter. À fuir absolument si vous aimez le calme, l’écoute client et le repos.

• Anja (8/5): Nice place if you don‘t need it quiet - Nice room, in the center, close to parking. Friendly staff. Not soundproof, it‘s loud from the street (pizza bar is next to Tizon Suites) our room had windows to that side. When TIZON restaurant is open, you hear people talk, too. Breakfast was very simple - only one vegetarian option, missed fruit.

• Yifei (10/5): - I spent 2 nights at TIZÓN Suites in Garachico and absolutely loved the aesthetic. The property features a beautiful wooden structure that captures the authentic charm of the northern part of the island. The room design was exquisite—very tasteful, cozy, and cute. It truly has high aesthetic value. The staff deserves a special mention for being incredibly friendly, enthusiastic, and polite. They were helpful with everything, including storing our luggage. I give the team top marks! The only slight downside was the soundproofing, which wasn't perfect. However, given that it is a historic wooden building, this is understandable and somewhat hard to avoid. Regarding breakfast, while it was nice that it was provided, the selection was a bit limited. It would be perfect if they could add some fresh fruit options in the future. Overall, a wonderful experience!

El precio lo veo un poco elevado para la oferta que hay en la isla, también el registro de entrada lo solicitaron vía online cuando ya llevaba una noche alojada en el hotel.

• Janet (7/5): Lovely place and helpful staff but not a place to relax in - Great location and very authentic with lots of character. The staff were very helpful and tried to sort out the problems with the accommodation. There was no where to relax and sit in the room . As it was a really old building and wooden floors it had no soundproofing and we could hear the the restaurant below, and every noise in the rooms above and next to us. Even could hear them making a cup of coffee or using the microwave. The bed was uncomfortable but the management were great and changed the mattress. We were given a chair halfway through our stay so one of us could sit comfortably and we appreciated that.

We had a small kitchen, well equipped to have breakfast every morning. Although a kitchenette in the room would have loved breakfast in the restaurant downstairs.

• Joel (8/5): Very good - Unfortunately, my room on the second floor was extremely noisy. The music and the guests from the restaurant were easy to hear. You could also hear the neighbor in the room above me extremely well. This is probably the disadvantage of such a beautiful historic building.
