Guest Reviews

- Stoney (7/5): - Good communication and quick service. The noise from the boiler can be a bit dusturbing - but not much you can do about it.
There are places nearby that is a bit cheaper.
- Alexander (8/5): -
- Nichola (5/5): - Very quiet. There wasn't any hot water in my room. Luckily there was a kettle.
- Nichola (6/5): - It was very quiet. The toilets and shower room were a little hard to find as there was no directions on where they were located. I walked a few corridors to locate them.
I didn't see any staff, so if there had been any problems, there was no instructions on who to contact.
An information board by the entrance would be helpful.

- Salim (8/5): - Quiet location, Easy to find, Good value for money, Easy check in.
Bed is super comfortable, Plan was to get up 6am to go and watch the British F4/F3 races during the Silverstone F1 weekend but the bed was so comfortable we decided to sleep in and just watch the F1. Shared amenities and a little isolated from shops so it’s not convenient for longer stays.
- Paul (2/5): - Ther was no facilities shared toilets no showers just to sink in the room rooms, we're cold and basic. Nothing
- Louise (3/5): Not for adults or couples - It was clean The beds were awful. They urgently need replacing. If you turn over the whole bed creaked. It was suited to children not adults and certainly not a couple. There was no chair to sit on in the room
- Darren (7/5): -
- Hough (8/5): - Basic but clean and comfortable, excellent value Nothing
- Susan (4/5): Adequate cheap and functional - Very basic felt like a hostel without the catering facilities No means of making a drink however there was a kettle but nothing else
No staff
Paper thin walls do could hear next room
We just wanted bed for night bear park run that was cheap do great for that
If you want cheap and bed that’s all you get
- Kyle (7/5): Simple and easy. - Stayed for the British Grand Prix. Worked well with travelling to and from the park and rides. Also very close to couple of pubs which is always a good thing! Showers were a tad bit on the small side.
- Aiden (6/5): I paid £44 … bed, shower, brew facilities for the price was spot on. - Yeah was fine I suppose I mean what do you expect for £44.. I had a bed. I had a pot full of teabags, coffee, and sugar. Access to shower. So yeah was fine for what I expected really When another member who’s staying leaves the room in the night there doors when they close bang very very loud !! And shake the hole building. Would also be recommended to give us some time of tv in the rooms. Nothing special just a few channels so can sit in bed chill out and watch bit of tv. Other than that everything else was fine thank you
- Mark (4/5): Basic but cheap - The price. Pleasant staff who showed us the room. Toilet and shower rooms were basic but clean. Very noisy. Disrespectful guests making a lot of noise till the early hours. Doors slamming all night. Had to call a number on arrival and wait for someone to come to the property to be allocated a room. No hot water in the room sink.
- Pete (4/5): Disappointing - Very basic, but was cheap. No TV, tea coffee etc. shared bathroom /toilet. No hot water in the morning.
- Chris (7/5): Good -
- Martin (7/5): Great value for money but with a cost - Convenience and location. Hadn't noticed that the bathroom facilities are shared
- Bev (10/5): Exceptional -
- Robert (5/5): Passable -
- Ryan (1/5): You get a tv in jail - The communal showers and the smell of piss No tv
- John (1/5): Bad -
- Jonathan (10/5): Exceptional -
- Joe (1/5): Bad -
- Ryan (1/5): Well Overpriced for this hotel - Over priced For the price it was very poor
- Bryan (5/5): Woken up early with doors slamming - Cheap Doors very noisy
- Andy (5/5): No as described there is basic and there is Very basic and this is definitely the Very basic shame could have been bette - Location to where I need to be & free WiFi Pictures on booking site do not match the room , it states that it’s a basic room which is correct , but in the pictures it showed tea coffee making facilities but on arrival there was only a kettle no cups, no tea/coffee no milk no t.v , sink in the room was to small to fill the kettle, heating did not work
- Tendy (9/5): Superb -
- Evgeni (10/5): Exceptional -
- Leonidas (8/5): Value for money - Very clean important all areas Room Toilette ,Shower and satisfactory level of heating all the time Basic items like a glass ,sleepers ,kettle for coffee were missing and they help as someone enter the room may need them. external toilette and shower cause some incovenience but such comfort go with the higher price
- Kristal (8/5): Highly recommended - Very welcoming and extremely helpful host who went above and beyond to make our stay easy and enjoyable It is quite basic but fine for the price, good value for money
- Laura (3/5): Comfy bed but felt a bit unclean - dusty and floor felt like it needed a hoover - The accommodation felt like student or barracks accommodation which wasn't made clear on the booking. Was very basic which is fine as we don't mind basic but it was dusty and didn't feel very clean - we had to move the beds together and under and the walls didn't look like they'd been cleaned in a long time, there were disgusting marks on the door frames on the outside of the room which looked a bit suspect. Just didn't feel very clean. The heating was on far too high - luckily we found the thermostat in the hall as it was set to 24° which is too hot for a small room Felt unclean
- Ian (9/5): Would stay again. - Very clean and fresh room. Could of done with a kettle and cups ! Didn't have in room.
- Nigel (6/5): Pleasant - There was no breakfast, nor food or drink of any sort. I liked the helpful attitude of "Miki", the only staff member I encountered. I liked the location, and the parking, plus the generally peaceful milieu. This facility has not been open for long and has only attracted awful reviews. Much of this is down to poor description, e.g. the Booking.com page says there is no parking available, which is very off-putting and completely untrue! Also, local facilities such as the pub serving food only 10-15 minutes walk, away, and the farm shop about 200 metres further are not even mentioned. The description was provided by someone, probably the well-meaning Miki, who clearly had little ability to sense the stuff people would need to know around their stay. He also had no sense of those older travellers who may not do everything by Smartphone. If it was made clear that the facility is just a hostel with not even television available, priced accordingly, and with good directions given, it would have a place for travellers who might otherwise camp? I wish it well but the need for more thought and planning is urgent. Miki needs to take some advice!
- Antonia (7/5): Exactly what I required for a budget price. - All ok, a bed was what I needed. Thank you Small table in the room.
- Mr (10/5): Would stay again - Excellent
- Robert (1/5): No t.v in room,no members of staff..person I spoke to about invoice didn’t have a clue.avoid - The price
- Gillian (1/5): Bad -
