• Custódio Amaro Roge (9/5): Hospedagem excelente - O apart é bem grande, espaçoso, cama confortável, bem equipado com utensílios domésticos especialmente máquina de café com várias cápsulas. Usamos bastante para o café da manhã embora estivesse incluído na cafeteria ao lado. A localização também é excelente. Bem próximo a estação central Faltou forma para pizza e instruções para uso do fogão. Não conseguimos utilizar

It has original features, is well decorated and cleaned and is in a great location near Central Station and Lima Metro. The host was communicative and went the extra mile to make us feel welcome. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud!! I could have slept in there all morning if it wasn’t for an early flight. A perfect place to stay in Milan.

• Yingying (10/5): Exceptional - It is the best apartment during this Italy trip. It has everything you could expect, truly "everything", even cooking oil, slippers, a big fridge, washing machine, microwave, oven, etc.. it is the perfect location if you travel to Milan by train, 7 mins walking from Milan Central Station, while the environment is quite and safe. subway station also walking distance, 4 stops to Milan Duomo (Cathedral). There is an elevator so don't worry about luggages. The breakfast is included and served at the two cafeteria nearby, where the food qualify is very good.

There are 2 nice restaurants 100m away. The flat is very clean. The host is in touch to support and check how you are doing. This is much appreciated. As apartment is located in multistory building you can expect some noise from neighbors and corridor. Earplugs are required to have a good sleep.

The entry to the apartment is a bit weird, we’ve been told to call a number and the door is unlocked. It didn’t work in our case but there was a neighbour who let us in.

The apartment was simply perfect. Spotlessly clean, beautiful furnishings in a lovely old building. Very handy to Milan Centrale station. Nicolo left us some nice snacks, drinks, and water which was a lovely, thoughtful gesture. Even the toiletries were top class. Breakfast was included in our booking and we were able to choose from two local cafes and choose whatever we wanted to eat. Simply superb food choices. Would absolutely recommend staying here. • Stéphane (7/5): Avoid Milano 😞 - - A very clear, comfortable, and safe flat (see bad points); - A nice landowner. - Two annoying surprises: (1) expensive parking; (2) A lot, like a lot of mosquitoes in the city >> specially close to the canal ; - One really bad point: neighborhood full of drug dealers, pickpockets (we were victims once and saw anothertime >> in the metro), and stolen object sellers, e.g. jewelries (we saw three times in two days); - A city center draining luxury goods and at the foot of these fashion shops, the contrast of poverty and misery: homeless and people who are just hungry. It shocked me as rarely. Overall, the city of Milano is to be avoided -- and should do something since the gap between rich and poor is dreadful. Of course, the owner can not be blamed for that...

My wife was impressed but the tiny details (like fresh roses in the vase, earplugs on the bedside table, water in the fridge, toiletries that smelled amazing and so on 🙂). The property looks better in real life than in the pictures and the stuff was really friendly and helpful.

Also had a really nice dinner at Pizzeria Ristorante Saliterno close by.

• Ozlem (9/5): Nice stay - A typical Italian style apartment close to Central Station and Corso Buenos Aires. There are two markets ( Pam and Carrefour) in the walking distance. You can have breakfast at nearby cafes with a limit of approximately 10 Euro per person. My mother found the bed uncomfortable since there were two beds put on the top of the other.

Breakfast was supplied at a nearby cafe - we chose Rovida and their service, coffee and pastries were excellent. Good close proximity to Milan Centrale Railway Station, so we were able to walk with our bags to catch our train. We thought everything was great.

Balcony overlooked Saturday market, which in itself was another attraction. Super quiet, great nose insulation. Host Nicolo was amazing, very responsive and helpful. To get the keys, you ring a phone number the first time, to get in and then you retrieve the keys. Breakfast included, and was served at a very nice cafe nearby. Tram 1 was 2 min away, takes you to Duomo in less than 20 min. Also walkable to there. Would def recommend the place. A convenent supermarket is around the corner, works until 10PM. During weekend, there may be young lads hanging out in the street that leads you from the central station or the tram to the apartment. They did not bother us. The street where apartment is located is safe and quiet.

Nicolo was communicative and left us a few drinks and snacks in the fridge. Comfortable bed. Close to central station. Elevator to take bags up (but we walked upstairs when we didn’t have bags). Great stay!
• Hochin (10/5): Cozy and fully-equipped like home - This very spacious and well-equipped apartment is everything one needs for stay in Milan. Located in a quiet neighborhood but close to central station, perfect for exploring! This is the only property I stayed during my 14 night in Italy this time that offered oil and adapters; from which you can see how considerable and thoughtful the host is. Breakfast cafe is just on the way to central station and very tasty croissants offered. I would definitely wish to come back and stay again.

But the truth is that it is EXCELLENT. It was very depressing to leave.

Nearby there is couple of bakeries with very pleasant service. We did not understand that we are tourist at all. Dirtiness on the streets, but with so many foreigners...

• Emre (10/5): Absolutely worth for your money - You can easily book this place and cross the “accommodation” problem from your list before your trip. It’s everything that you need from an apartment. Spacious, quiet, all kitchenware plus a Nespresso Coffee machine is present. Every detail is very well thought of so you feel good about your stay. The breakfast is included and it is also very good at the cafe that the owner is working with. The location is also one of the best, close to main railway station where you can connect anywhere along with other subway stations. There is a grocery store (Pam) very close to the apartment as well. The communication of the owner is also very good. He/she replies any email shortly with help. Nothing negative, I rarely give a 10 rating and this place was definitely a 10.
• Adam (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is renovated and very clean, spacious and cozy. It has also a great calm location just few minutes from important city connections or shops. The host also provides us with complimentary gifts :) I definitely reccomend this accomodation.
• Beate (9/5): We enjoyed our stay and the pssibility to explore Milano. - The appartment is very cozy, it's easy to reach the center from there. The host is very wellcoming, he left drinks and snacks for us. We got the information how to get the key via e-mail, the instructions where easy to understand. Parking is not easy. The parking lot is used for a market t´twice a week, all cars have to be removed. Parking in the nearby garage is comfortable but expensive.
• Ritesh (10/5): Superb Host.. A true Gentleman - The apartment is very spacious, nicely decorated, and feels like home. The kitchen was fully loaded with basic stuff, Oven, Microweb as well as complementary drinks, snacks, and chocolates in the fridge. The Sofa, Bed, and Mattress were comfortable, and lots of space for furniture to place our clothes and luggage. The host was very responsive and answered my questions until I unlocked the apartment during my check-in at 10 PM. The host kept checking with me at least 2 times a day if I needed anything but everything was provided hence all good for me. The location is perfect.. 5-minute Walk to Lima Metro station and 8-minute walk to Milano Centrale station.
