• Bernard (10/5): Modern apartment in the heart of Florence - This apartment is in a great location, literally 150m from the Duomo and so you are staying in the vibrant heart of Florence in a modern, well appointed apartment. The access process is easy, and our host was very contactable and checked in with us each day. There is a lift for when your legs are tired. We really enjoyed our time here and highly recommend it.

• David (7/5): A wonderful location in the heart of Florence. - The location was wonderful. Some little touches missing: coffee pods and washing detergent would have added to the comfort of our stay.

• Felicitas (8/5): Apartment with the perfect location! - The location is perfect. In the heart of Firenze. The fact that it has two bathrooms was really good! The beds and shower are really comfortable. The apartment had all we needed during our stay. The apartment temperature (heat) was perfect. The appartment was supposed to have view to the Duomo and we were looking forward for that but we were assigned an apartment that it did not have any view at all. So that was a little bit disappointing.
• Cathrine (8/5): A comfy stay in the heart of Florence - The location of the flat is amazing. Walking distance to absolutely everything and surrounded by cafes, restaurants and shops. There's an elevator in the building if you have heavy luggage which is a huge bonus. Communication with the host super efficient and fluid. The flat is comfortable and spacious. Everything was very clean. Nice and warm in winter. Beds are comfortable. Ample cupboard space. Good bathroom and great to have a toilet as well. Washing machine in the kitchen which while small is functional and well equipped and stocked with the basics. A small.booklet about Florence came in super handy. Would definitely return. When it rains it leaks a bit in the living room. It's nothing major and more a question of protecting the floor. There's no view to speak of as the flat gives on to an internal courtyard .
• William (10/5): Exceptional - This apartment is in a perfect location right next to the Duomo in the centre of Florence and walking distance from the main train station.
• Yang-kian (1/5): Security is top priority and have to be improved - 1. Good location 2.spacing room 1.The city tax of this property cannot pay in the platform and need to pay separately by transferring money from bank. PayPal in my country is not for personal payment. 2.Skylight window was leaking when the day we checked-in 3.Room radiator in toilet is not functional. Feel cold after shower. 4.Last but not least, on second evening of our staying, we found that the property has been broken in by a thief after we were going for few hours. The thief broke the suitcase and took a bottle of expensive perfume and left a knife on the bed. I felt this incident may endangered my family safety and moved out the property on that evening. We spent 2 hours evening time in Florence to look for a new hotel. We not only incurred loss of my belongings, time of making police report and communication to the owner and booking.com but also being affected emotional wellbeing to the extent that we did not even feel safe staying in the hotel in the continuous journey in Italy. The refund is not a full amount of the remaining nights.

• Lucia (8/5): Lovely apartment in a stunning location - Incredible location, plenty of space, comfortable beds and impeccably clean There were admin problems which Booking.com did not help with at all. The property manager refused to give me entry details until I provided my home address, which was unnecessary and was a data safety issue.
• Joseph (5/5): Excellent location but ok experience at the apartment - Location was great. The size of the apartment was amazing. Two bathrooms is a great plus for this unit. Host was very responsive - AC in room didn’t work - leak from skylight all the way to the baseboard. We walked in and there was a metal bowl catching the water as our first impression. - shower didn’t drain but host sent someone to fix it - one bathroom didn’t get cold water in the tap
• Ian (10/5): This apartment made our stay in Florence wonderful. Highly recommend. - The location was absolutely spectacular. Right in the middle of Florence. All the best restaurants were nearby, it was super safe, walkable to every major landmark. It was absolutely perfect.
