- Nikki (6/5): Prima - Locatie was goed, lekker centraal.
- Emma (6/5): Super convenient apartment - The location was perfect - right in the heart of the old town! The room was clean and the staff were super friendly. We enjoyed our stay, but there were some things that bothered us. There was a constant terrible smell coming from the bathroom that filled the whole room, we kept this door closed always. Also the plumbing makes very loud sounds every time you use the taps or the toilet. The air conditioning is also super loud. Definitely bring ear plugs if you're staying here or you will get no sleep! Lastly, we asked for a couple of extra towels and an extra sheet because we didn't want to share one (we both sleep much better with separate covers!) and we were told it would cost extra, so we were quite disappointed. An extra towel isn't exactly asking for a lot when we are already paying hundreds to stay in a room.
- Lustranou (8/5): Great location for a cozy appartment - Overall, the property exceeded our expectations! We thought the room was going to be small, and since it was our first time in Naples, we didn't know what to expect !
The apartment was perfectly located, allowing us to walk everywhere. It’s not far from the train station if you want to take a trip to Pompeii, and it’s right next to all the great street food spots and nice restaurants.
We really appreciated having luggage drop-off places right around the corner, which was super convenient for our last day
The customer service was excellent—understanding, responsive, and ready to help whenever needed.
The apartment itself was bigger than expected, with a spacious kitchen, a big dining table, and air conditioning in both bedrooms and the dining area.
It offered a calm space to relax and escape the city's chaos, especially with the comfortable sofa and large bedroom.
The apartment was also close to one of the main non-pedestrian streets, which made it easy to catch a cab to the airport if needed. Unfortunately, due to the age of the building, there were some issues with the plumbing. A bad smell came from the bathroom (which is connected to the bedroom), but we managed it by keeping the bathroom door closed at night and airing out the apartment during the day.
Once we communicated with the host, they directly proposed to send someone to check on the bathroom !
The elevator requires a 5-cent coin to operate. While not a major issue, it was a bit unexpected, especially since I’m pregnant and we had large luggage. Fortunately, we found a nearby place to get change easily, so it seems to be a common system in Naples!
Depending on the night, since you are in the middle of everything, you might have a bit of noise. Most of the time, it wouldn't bother because windows are thick and protect you from most of the noise .
